I worked here for about 20ish days and this was the WORST experience I've ever had. There's no communication, the lead MA was high everyday, took 2 hour lunches, hid charts from the rest of us so she wouldn't have to help out, screamed and yelled at us when we asked questions, etc. There was ZERO training, charts were messy, the clinic was dirty, everything was a a wreck. The owner, Van, liked to brag about having money but told us he can't pay us what we're worth because he doesn't know us well enough claiming when we're clocked in he "owns our a**es, we're replaceable, and he didn't mind shutting down the clinic because he's from Las Vegas" whatever that means. Myself and 2 other new hires worked for three weeks trying to replenish this toxic clinic and it wore us out so fast we just left. We were kept after hours for last minute meetings to be disrespected, blamed, and berated by him because of HIS poor management of his business. The more we showed our worth, the less we felt valued. And to top it off, after he fired someone he immediately called me to gossip about it and basically made me feel like I was in constant competition with my co-workers which was incredibly unprofessional seeing as though he fired that person for being just that. Offered me a raise if I stuck around! WHY WOULD I DO THAT? The turnaround here was about 12 days. Drs were quitting left and right, staff were quitting left and right, common denominator? The owner Van, his brother Long which was also an MA and travels to the other locations, and the lead MA who was finally let go after submitting dirty urine. PATIENTS: y'all were amazing and so forgiving and I appreciated all of you but do not return here. I wouldn't even bring my DOG here! Unfortunately there are many locations, avoid them all. My review has been honest and transparent and I hope that others will take this into consideration before sending their clients and family to this dump.

I was scheduled for a physical by my employer for 1000, I checked in at 0945. At 1020 I asked the receptionist if there were any problems holding me up from being seen. She stated no, to "just have a seat". I again approached her at 1030 with the same inquiry. I was told everything was fine and "sorry for the wait". At 1040, I asked if there was anything I could do to speed up the process of being seen? I was told that the contract at my employer was not responsive to email or phone calls. I asked who they were attempting to reach and even gave them the first and last name of the person that handles these situations at my employer. They did not recognize the name nor could they tell me the name of the person they were "attempting" to contact. I then called my employer to explain the situation, then handed my phone over so the receptionist could speak to them directly and fix the problem. After waiting an additional 17 minutes I was seen and was able to leave. Two days later I again visited this office for a different appointment for my Reserve military career at 1000. Upon arrival I was told the provider I was going to see had a "family emergency" but if I would be willing to wait 2 hours I could be seen by a different provider. I explained that I was unable to wait that long and was given a letter explaining that I was not at fault and that I would be rescheduled for a different day. Which brings us to today, one week later for a 1200 appointment to conduct my military physical. My first two experiences with this office should have prepared me for what was to come. After checking in I was told that the provider I was going to be seeing would not be in for another hour and a half. The receptionist stated that the contractor to the military had called me twice the day before and "left a message" for me explaining that my appointment was being delayed by an hour and a half. After checking my phone, there was no evidence to support the receptionist story. The staff made the decision to get as much of my appointment completed so that "when" the provider arrived I would be seen quickly and I could be on my way. This did not happen. Once the first half of the appointment was completed I was told to "go grab some lunch" and to return by 1:30 to be seen by the provider. Well at 1:30 I was told that the provider was "stuck in traffic" and should be here by 2:00. At 2:17 the provider arrived and I was seen for no more then three minutes in which time the provider wrote one note on my paperwork and told me "well your done my friend". It is my intention to NEVER return to this office. The staff is very polite and respectful but having to wait for an unreasonable time to get simple physicals completed is unacceptable.

This clinic was not by choice rather it was a contracted appt by employer. The front desk or clinic supervisor can better work on communication or common courtesy/decency with patients waiting. Not once during my 70 minutes of waiting after my scheduled appt was I advised why such of the wait. I overheard staff conversation of a provider was out and along with another patient already waiting 1 hour. I received a text 30 minutes after my scheduled appt confirming with another provider. Also there were some miscommunication with the front desk and MA having the wrong PII on my pre-chart paperwork having someone else DOB but luckily the MA caught it.

This facility should not be allowed to exist. I had a checkup yesterday for the Army and the staff was incredibly unprofessional and unkind. I waited 1 hr and 50 minutes to see a provider, completely unacceptable. When I politely asked about the delay I was told that they, "only had one Dr. today." When the doctor finally arrived she was curt, dismissive and breezed through the visit with little attention to detail or empathy. Last year the Army sent me here as well and I waited 90 minutes to be seen so clearly they are only getting worse.

The providers don't listen to what you're saying and/or interrupt you constantly. The treatment plan.... There wasn't one. I asked multiple times for imagining to be done and it went in one ear and out the other. I had more happen in one visit with my new provider then months coming here.

Okay so I will reiterate what a lot of other people are already saying. This clinic is not good. The area appears sanitary but I know for sure they aren’t cleaning patient rooms between visits. But I will say the staff was flexible and tried to accommodate me wherever they could, but they’re working with overall low resources at this job, and it’s more than obvious they hate working here. Can’t really blame them for that. Front desk can never get ahold of the doctors when they are out of the office so my prescription ended up going unfulfilled because they doctor forgot to refill it and they couldn’t get ahold of him, and I went through withdraws. But the nurses and receptionists did their best to get me into another psychiatric clinic via referrals. They also eventually did stop answering my calls though. I will say that this clinic is good for absolute emergencies where you can’t get into your regular doctor in time, but you shouldn’t rely on them for more than 2 visits. This clinic needs a revamp, from what I’ve seen from other reviews from past staff, it’s likely the owner that doesn’t take enough initiative to provide them with the resources they need to really provide for patients. But yeah. Not 1 star, 2. Cause they did help, after all. P.S. As you can see below, the owner did reply and ask I reach out, seeming like they are looking to improve and are active in the community, but left no means of contact, and I reached out to his associate which I never heard anything from

Communication in general is very difficult. There is no contact email, easy access to the doctor or exams. I had an experience last year where I had an allergic reaction to the medicine and the doctor Michelle Kim said I was to blame because I should have known I had an allergy to the medicine she prescribed me. A week ago I requested a doctor records to attach to my insurance process, because they don't want to cover my expenses and I didn't get a response. I personally went to the clinic and they told me she wasn't there, I called a few days later and they said they would send it to me by email, but I never received anything. That's because she is my primary doctor. I was considering going back, but honestly I will look for another primary doctor.

I’m 5 months pregnant and they still haven’t sent my referral to tricare and when I call they say they’ve sent it and it’s not their fault but when I call other places there is no referral pending or unapproved referral. I just want to know if my baby is ok.

My wife renewed her DOT physical for her CDL here. Forms had been photocopied so many times they were nearly illegible. When the physical was complete the staff said they don't transmit to DOL electronically. Customer service is terrible. Waited 1.5 hours past the appointment time.

Made an appointment. Took a couple of hours to get here. Called 1.5hrs ahead of appointment to inform staff that I was encountering traffic and they said I’d be ok if I was 5-10 min late. I arrived in that timeframe and they said they didn’t have someone to check me in, they didn’t have anyway to bill me and couldn’t honor my appointment. I’m disappointed that an appointment would be scheduled and not honored. Waste of time. Terrible.

I have worked with this clinic for 11+ years and over the last 5 months the service has been awful. They bill our company for services but don't provide any results. I have sent multiple emails to the office manager & staff, and made multiple phone calls to try and get our employees results with nothing in return from them. We will no longer be sending our employees there.

DO NOT GO HERE. Michelle Kim ARNP and Long the MA are horrible at their jobs, judgmental and unhelpful. This place only wants to make money off of workers' comp claims. They don't care about patients. Save you insurance dollars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I would advise everybody to stay away from this clinic. I went in nearly a year ago for a wellness appointment. The doctor was running around and sweating, they couldn’t even find a gown. I was asked to come back the next day because it was so hectic. I was assured it would be only charged for one wellness appointment. Of course I was billed for an office visit. After several hours of calling customer service, I had to physically go into the clinic. I was assured it would be resolved and they apologized. 11 months after my appointment, I was sent a bill again for the same amount for an office visit. It is a simple issue of not being coded correctly. I have spent more time on the phone with their department and I was assured I would be called the next day. Of course, I have heard nothing. I would advise everybody to stay as far away from this clinic as they possibly can. The office visit was ridiculous and the customer service is appalling.

My Dr. was out of town and I had a relatively serious condition. The folks at the Lacey clinic were very helpful, even though I was not in the best of moods. Dr. Petka (SP) was very understanding and helped me thru the worst of my issue. Can't say enough good things about these folks.

Called in late afternoon with an urgent care need. The staff member who took my call was very helpful and kind. Upon arriving, the clinic was very clean, all staff members were wearing masks as you would expect from a professional group and my wait time was short. The care I received was very thorough. I found the staff members to be professional and caring I would recommend this urgent care facility.
