One of the best places for Mexican food in New Hampshire. Best burritos. Love the margaritas served in mason jars.

Today I tried to order from here Twice. We accidentally orders from the wrong location and they happily transferred our order. When we went in to pick up the order- it had been cancelled. Why? I don’t know. The only explanation I have is their own incompetence. They said it was cancelled because “we left”. We never set foot in the building because of covid. Not to mention all the employees were NOT WEARING MASKS during a pandemic. This entire situation is disturbing and their own idiocy has lost them my patronage. If you don’t want any covid with your burrito then don’t bother with burrito me.

This place used to be great, however it would appear as if greed has turned it into a joke. We ordered a “big burrito bowl” and it was just under an inch (I measured in disbelief) of food spread out over a 6 inch take out container. If this is the “big” bowl then I can’t even imagine what the standard size is. Save your money and go elsewhere, this place is a complete rip-off.

I truly love Burrito Me (hence the extra star) but have been leaving disappointed. The prices and add on prices are far too high for the small portion sizes given. I love getting my protein in so I started ordering “big” burritos or “big” burrito bowls. However, that did not make much of a difference in portion size from their normal sizes, even when paying for extra add ons of rice and chicken. I really hope they can fix this as I’ve gone back to give them many chances.

I've been to burrito me several times now. I've only had a positive experience the very first time and tonight is the last chance I'm giving them. First off the prices are very high considering the small/medium size burrito you get when ordering a "big" burrito. They charge you alot to add anything and it doesn't even matter because they still hardly put anything in the burritos. My burrito which I paid extra for guacamole had a laughable approximately 1 tbsp if that of guac. Tonight I got a bare bones burrito with nothing extra besides guacamole didn't even come folded. The inside was cold, the chicken was cold and chewy and the tortilla was cold, wet and slimy like they had laid it down on the bare counter or something. I waited by the counter and picked up my order immediately upon hearing my name called out. The burrito was all soggy and was visibly slimy even after just moments of having it. I don't each much per sitting but I was still fairly hungry after eating that "big burrito", the portion sizes are just miniscule compared to everywhere else. Beyond disappointed with the food and the workers here after spending quit a bit of money here. The only positives here is the convenient parking lot and the easy to use order kiosks.

The customer service is great. And the food is bar none the best burritos I have had in New Hampshire. There menu has many options and there service is always friendly.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.This was our first time at this restaurant and we had heard such great things. My husband went in to grab dinner for our family, which ended up being 8 tacos. The woman behind the counter looked to her co worker and said very loudly, 8 tacos? He wants EIGHT tacos? Looks back at the guy who gave her the order, then looks back at her co worker and says under her breath, sighing loudly, 8 tacos. My husband is a bigger guy. He was so embarrassed he almost walked out. In addition, 4 of the tacos should have had red salsa, 4 Verde. NONE of them had any salsa. All 8 should have had cilantro, NONE had cilantro. 4 should have had lime, but all 8 ended up with lime. Lastly, the 'lightly crisped corn tortilla' was nothing more than a grease soaked soggy tortilla that was so chewy I almost couldn't get through it. I am highly disappointed and do not recommend.

$17 for a small, bland burrito. Pork has zero seasoning and probably came from a bag. No matter how many options you add to the burrito, the tortilla will be the same small size. Better off going to taco bell. Seriously. This place used to be good when it opened. Burritos are less than half the size now.

Just got home from ordering 2 nachos. They forgot my guacamole, pico, and sour cream. The pork tasted very bland. Very very disappointed as I was looking forward to a nice meal only to find out after driving 20 minutes home I was missing all the toppings. How hard is it to check the orders. DUH ????

It's already been mentioned the food is over priced and bland. Not to mention the usual toppings you normally find on a nacho plate are extra. Got mine to go and should have checked my order. None of the toppings I paid for were in the bag and they never made any attempt to correct their mistake. Not going back.

This is the big burrito with extra stake for $12 next to an Arizona can, depending on who is working you might get a big or a small burrito when ordering a big burrito. Still good ingredients.

You used to be able to just walk in and walk out with a burrito. I went there today placed my order, and watched everyone who came in after me get food so after an hour LITERALLY i went and asked for a refund because i was told when my order was ready I’d be called but the lady working the register saw me just standing there for an hour and my burrito was sitting in the warmer! The whole time

First of all, I want to say that 1 start is to much. Under sanitary regulations specially now with Covid, every person inside the restaurant including chefs need to wear masks and gloves. Everyone was using gloves but nobody inside had masks. Food was cold and no flavor, I asked for guacamole and I paid for it, when the order was ready, no guacamole was given and the answer was "we run out of guac" when we had already paid for it, no money was given back. Not counting the waiting time +25 min for 2 burritos and 1 quesadilla.

Drinks ok. Food has fallen dramatically. We were served a burrito with no sauce and when we asked for sauce were given taco sauce in a packet that you would see at a fast food joint. Sound home made fresh to you?

Not pleased and Definitely not as good as they used to be. People making food with out any sort of hair net or headband or bandana. Staff misses orders even when it's not busy, waited over 15 minutes past the time my food was done, and only order 2 things. When I asked about my order the man said it's been done for a while and gave me an extra bag of chips for the wait. I have never had to wait 30 minutes inside for takeout when my order was supposed to be done in 5.

I have always loved Burrito me but since Covid-19, they've made some great positive changes! My favorite change is that you can customize orders using a tablet (with sanitizer near by) inside the store. So if your indecisive like me it's perfect! Also the price is fair in relation to the size of portions.

This place is a treasure. Pick from one of their blend of ingredients or create your own. Once again, owners who know that fresh ingredients matter. Two thumbs up! Be forewarned, even though they are fast it can be pretty busy during your lunch break.

You've heard the phrase "beer me" when someone wants a drink. A new phrase in my vocabulary is "Burrito Me" when I want good, quick, fresh, filling food when I am in the Laconia area. The steak nachos were loaded with cheese, a good amount of steak and the pico was delicious. Salad w/chicken was filling and very tasty. Small selection but keeps the choices easy so it doesn't taste mass produced... So if your in Laconia just remember..... Burrito Me

My Husband and I got steak burritos! The flavor was amazing, but the steak pieces within the burrito should be smaller, making it easier to eat. Also, there wasn't much of a difference in size from his large burrito vs mine, which was a small. Service was good! Called an order in from the parking lot, and had my food within 10 min. I will go again, and yes I recommend their establishment.

Went to Burrito Me with my daughter (Tues. Dec 1, 2020) in Laconia. The server was very nice, but the music was loud and raunchy. Ordered a big burrito, which we were to split. Took it to the car to eat in peace. The burrito was not big at all. The cheese that came on it was sparse. Asked for more. Daughter bit into her burrito. Pulled out a long, brown hair. Both of us were grossed out. Returned it. Saw that girl who made it had long brown hair hanging down at sides. I will never return.

Best burritos ever. We are regulars at Burrito Me and can’t recommend it enough. In addition to burritos they offer tacos and quesadillas which are all delicious, but burritos are out go-to. Fresh ingredients, lots of options, made to order, super filling...what more can you ask for. This place is a staple lunch or dinner stop in our house. Highly recommend.

I came across Burrito Me by accident while driving around Laconia and I was not disappointed. Other than being messy, the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness, flavor, and size of the burritos. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my son and it was also very tasty. If I come back to Laconia, I will be stopping at Burrito Me again.

This place! Omg! They have gf tortillas for burritos and they're SO good!!! I had given up all hope of ever having a real burrito again!! If you want that true burrito experience go for the Big Burrito, it's the perfect size. Everyone that works there is so sweet too!

Margarita was good ...service was good ...the food was awful...steak was definitely a cheap cut of meat. The chicken quesadilla was very small and it was expensive. Guacamole was not good ..I would of thought with a Mexican restaurant it would be home made . I really really wanted to love this place but the food just wasn't good.

It's just a great place. Watching football and having margaritas is perfect for having a nice barrito.

Honestly the worst “Mexican” food I’ve ever had, If you can call it Mexican. Taco Bell is more authentic. Margarita was decent, but everything else was overpriced, bland, and boring.

Lindsay was a fantastic bartender, the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious.

Veggie food was not great. We ordered veggies tacos. We were told we could substitute lettuce and tomatoes for other vegetables. The restaurant treated each "substitution" as an "addition" and charged us.

Love their Chimichangas but everything here is fresh and delicious including their margaritas and other mixed drinks the service and prices are great too

I always order online and it's always ready by the time given. The price is great for how tasty the food is. I come here every week I have to drive up for work related reasons.

Used to be one of my favorite lunch places. I walked in and after waiting a few minutes to give my order I was told I no longer can give my order. I then needed to wait in line to put order in at kiosk to find it only takes credit card. Then need to wait to put order in at register. 10 minutes of my 30 minutes lunch break just trying to put in my order. Now probably another 10 minutes waiting for salad. Urgh so frustrating. No longer my lunch place in nless I call ahead.

Very fresh, full of flavor and great portions! Ten times over better than chipotle and would rather give my money to a local eatery any day. Steak was so tender like it was marinated and slow cooked for days, gauc fresh and flavorful and my favorite the Pico! The pico was so good I wanted to order a large container of it. Very clean and great atmosphere.

Haven't ordered here in a long time. Figured we would give it a whirl for old times sake. Got 2 big burritos a quesadilla and some nachos. Sub par on the burritos. Wrap itself was gummy. Couldn't taste any salt at all in the pork. Last time I had this was a few years ago and the pork was phenomenal and the burritos were much bigger. Also asked for queso for my nachos and it was grainy and chunky. From what I know queso to be it's a smooth and silky cheese. Was very disappointed. Don't think I will be back to this establishment

used to love this place. noticed i pay $30 for two big burritos and they are the size of the small ones… beans undercooked and on top of that mixing up wraps and ingredients. still tastes good just not a good presentation or portion size

Great place to grab a burrito that is super satisfying. The only downside is that the burrito order process and physical space can be a little slow and awkward. As a result, 4.5 stars when they're not busy, 2 when they are = a solid 3.

On a long weekend in the area, really enjoyed the chicken burrito for lunch!

Highly disappointing is an understatement. We got two burritos two tacos and a burrito in a bowl all culminating for almost $60 and it was actually worse than if I had gone to Taco bell. There was next to no meat or seasonings. I'm not sure who they have doing the cooking but they need to take an education on flavor. Not worth the money or the effort. Save your time and money and go down the road about a mile to Taco Bell and you'll get better tasting food. Not to mention, the burritos has the same amount of filling in it as the two tacos which was also next to minimal. You will not get anywhere near your money's worth at this place

I love this place but they're night crew is full of highschool employees that only care about making money. They have no care In how your food is made. The day crew is always amazing never have had a problem with my food. And the girl with the blue shirt decided to take a spoon full of toppings and basically smudge her face in it and then proceeds to place back into the container to be served to someone else. The girl in the blue shirt seemed to find it funny that your company had to remake almost 40 dollars worth of food. Either get rid of her or my business will be taken else where.

I paid thirteen dollars for a tasteless steak burrito. His food quality has definitely declined. Tables were filthy, one having two dead flies on top. The overall atmosphere is unclean.

Was under impressed by this place. Incredibly small portions for high prices, especially with all the add ons. Seasonal vegetables were bland and not cooked well, which was disappointing because that isn't a hard task. We were the only ones there and they rushed our food and made it without an ounce of love or intention. Overall, not worth it. Do not recommend. Staff were uninvested and clearly don't care about their job.

Stopped in for weekday lunch on a nice walk down the trail and it was lovely! At first glance the size of the servings seems unimpressive at the price point but it makes instant sense as soon as you start eating and understand the level of quality.

They never get my order right. Last week was the final straw when I bit into the all American and 3 tablespoons of grease poured out. I click "extra lettuce" everytime and get barely any lettuce. You will eat half the burrito and only get meat, then one big bite of ALL the condiments, then just lettuce in the last 3 bites! There's no difference between a big burrito and a regular, except the price.

Great experience! Perfect choice for a healthy meal, highly customizable options, fresh and delicious ingredients, food is real and made from scratch. Quick service. Parking is available right in front. Probably best casual spot for brunch/ lunch in downtown Laconia. I'm definitely coming back.

I've gone to burrito me for years now, and I'm surprised I never went to review it until now. This is my favorite place within an hour of where I live. The food is excellent, the prices are good, the quality of the ingredients is consistently good. I highly recommend this place to anyone who even vaguely likes Mexican food.

I had a steak burrito bowl today and it was outstanding! Steak was delicious with literally no fat! Everything was very fresh and delicious.

The food is good. But my order seems to be impossible to get right. It’s been years since it’s been right first try. This place is going downhill.. None of the employees seem happy. And don’t bother getting extra meat of your burrito. They will just mask it with an absurd amount of cheese. Bring back the GOOD Burrito Me

The food is delicious but the employees are antisocial and the service is very slow. I ordered two burritos and had to wait nearly an hour when the restaurant was hardly busy. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and there was a hair in my girlfriend's burrito. I've been coming here for years but it's gotten worse and worse every month. The prices are very high and nobody is making an effort to prepare the food in a timely manner anymore. I have a limited lunch break but the employees keep stopping their work to fool around instead of preparing the food. I've even ordered an hour ahead and still had to wait. Not impressed.

the workers were just talking the whole time, i waited half an hour for my burrito. a few people came in after me and the workers just talked with them and made their burrito before mine. unfortunately the workers only cared about talking with each other and taking their time with making a small burrito then making customers happy
