Went to several locations to get new tires. Everybody was 3 Weeks out for service. Stop by here Michael the manager Help me pick out some tires got me in the next Day.did a safety check. My exhaust was leaking. Give me a great deal on an exhaust. I'll be using this service again.

I had a brake fluid leak. I brought it in to find the problem. Definitely brake fluid leak and they found on the right rear brake the leak and my brakes needed several repairs. When I got the estimate from Mike I almost fell over and he was able to get me the financial payment plan I could afford so the car would be safe . I can't Thank everyone enough for their compassion and great work.

Welding done on exhaust pipe. Did a healthy inspection took pictures of everything they were doing. Mike and Mechanic's were very nice and polite. Love the pictures so I new I was not taken advantage of being in my late 60s. I will highly recommend them. Thank you. Carolyn H.

I am very thankful for the complete rundown they did on my vehicle I just wish they drove it a little more careful into the shop. Although The inspection was very useful. I would recommend going here if you want to know what your car needs or to diagnose an unsure fix, but besides the driving aspect the technician did a really good job inspecting it and I am appreciative of the work he did

They're great! The Ford dealer wanted more than I could afford for rear brakes. Much better value here... and I can still get a few months on the existing brake pads. That's honesty in my book. I'll be back for sure. Got my sticker while there.

I was Irwin for 7 yrs. They could do it in 7 days- Meineke did it today. Not cheap but a lifetime warranty, also got me out in 45 min. Going to find out if they can do an oil change in under 1 & 1/2 hrs

Time I walked in location to the time out less then an hour With 2 front router and break changed Great service from mike and his staff Offered coffee and loaner car and details cost and diagnosis in 5 min. Store busy with cars on every rack , and only 3 people working with great attitude Never had a better experience going to auto repair shop like that Thank u Moe

My 2 teen sons and their 84 year old grandfather were on their way to the nascar race and a weekend camping trip traveling from NY, when the muffler detached on their car. The employees at this shop were so incredibly helpful! They immediately put the car on the lift and welded on a sleeve in just minutes. They then wished them well, and sent them on their way, and wouldn’t even accept a tip! There truly are still good people in this world, and some of them work here! Thank you Laconia Meineke! You saved my family’s vacation and we appreciate you!

The staff at Meineke are friendly. I trust them and they are always honest with me. I never feel like they are trying to get more $ out of me. They fix what is needed and do a great job.

Great place to take your car. Excellent service, the Laconia staff was super nice and accommodating getting our daughters car looked at. The dealer has suggested a bunch of brake work. I was very unhappy with the service I had my mechanic look over my whole car and I had everything new. So they really had to look for some thing they said dust was coming off the rotors I needed brakes and I had them done two years ago, then they said I needed a gasket and if I dry it up when I bring her back it would be fine. So no I wasn’t happy with it.

Had a very positive experience here. My brakes needed replacing and they were able to show me in person how bad they were, while also texting me annotated photos of my car's parts as proof of the work needing done. I appreciate that extra element of their service. They were honest and not pushy, and the work was done on time. I'll definitely be back.

Great service at this Meineke. I had an extremely bad break issue and couldn’t find anywhere that could make repairs within 5 days. I called this location and they were fully booked but after explaining the issue they asked me to drop the car off so they could take a look. They have a quote and made repairs within 24 hours even though they were very busy. Everyone I met there was extremely friendly and helpful.

I don't usually leave reviews but these guys are awesome and fair priced. The manager is a super nice guy and is up front and honest with you about what you need and there tech's definitely seem to know what there doing. Will be going back for any of repairs/ work that needs to be done.

Super rude, guy sitting asked the desk was far more interested in whatever he was doing to bother to help. I asked for a basic quote on a simple job, and he laughed at me and said I needed an appointment for a quote. I promptly walked out and took my business across the street to VIP where they not only were able to give me a quote but also got the job done then at a reasonable price. Will never set foot in a meineke again.

The staff was friendly, professional, on time and they worked it out without my asking, so I could get a set of wipers I needed, at no charge. I'm a satified regular customer for which they give extra points each time you use them. They can be used for money off future repairs, oil changes, etc. Pretty cool. My last 2 oil changes were "free!" Dosn't get better than that...

To whom it may concern, After leaving my mechanic so far away in Idaho, I needed to find one a bit closer for emergencies. I looked at a couple of different options...then decided to try Meineke for an AC issue. Upon talking to the owner/manager, I decided to let them look at the underneath of my vehicle. It had been driving rough and making the "worn brake" sound. They diagnosed my AC quickly, and added 2 lbs of coolant. The rough riding and sounds were a much more urgent matter. Apparently, I had blown the gasket on my driver's side front wheel. I could not believe how much it moved by hand. The two front brakes needed replacing, as well. During the inspection, they discovered my leaky radiator, that I had been nursing along for awhile. I was worried how I would pay or all this...so, they helped me get a Meineke Card...6 months interest free! My car feels brand new now. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten over time. I cannot speak for all of the Meineke shops, but, this one is Awesome! Best Regards, David S. R. Clark

Mike was super nice, very knowledgeable and accommodating with our schedules. My husband and I actually drove an hour out of our way to have them work on our exhaust. Definitely recommend and would be back there in a heartbeat!

The team at is great to work with they are honest and kept my vehicle running great. I was never side blinded by pricing or repairs needed the team always communicated the necessary repairs and future repairs and the estimates to accompany them.

Overall they did good work although there were 2 things that I wish were better. First off it took way too long. One and one half hours for an oil change. Second, they said that my air filter needed replacement, which I said okay to, then they didn’t have one in stock but never mentioned it and left me sitting there while I waited half an hour for one to come.

Took me in on short notice and did all I asked in timely manner.

I like Meineke a lot there all very nice and keep things very professional. The music isn’t to loud in the garage which is great. Aaand they always have the best movies on tv lol.

This is the first time in my life that an inspection station needed to take my vehicle out for a ride before a vehicle inspection. I arrived at 345 for a 4 o'clock appointment wasn't seen until 430 and that's when a tech took my keys walked out to my truck and just drove away?! Not one word was ever mentioned to me that my vehicle would be leaving there property. It took 7 minutes for the tech to return with my truck! This will never be acceptable to me, who is responsible for any damage when the vehicle is out with the tech? They took pictures after returning with my vehicle before the inspection but in my opinion that's a day late and dollar short. Not happy will never return!

My auto had failed inspection due to front brake pads. Offered assistance on getting the job financed, as I wasn’t sure how I would be able to get this done same day. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness extended to me. Fixed my brakes and completed the unsuspecting I didn’t have to go back to the other place. Inspection price was less than where I had been, will be using these folks in the future. Thanks guys!

Amazing people. We had been stuck at the Steelle hill resort for a couple days because our vehicle broke down and Mike was great. Took us in right away. Gave us tow and a taxis number and helped our family home. 100/100. We were so stressed but this one call fixed all our issues. Great price too. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this place! If every business, company, and organization had a Paul managing it, then there might be world peace! Sounds like I'm kidding, but really - integrity, honesty, and efficiency is what was relayed during our visit and we are now a life time customer. Paul did everything to make sure our car was in top shape (broken calipers), serviced fast, and got us safely back on the road. (Was his name Paul or Mike? Not sure, but the guy with quick wit is who we're referring to).

I went for simple inspection, they said I needed a right wheel wheel bearing and would cost me about $600. I immediately said no and called another shop, Holley auto in Bristol and was told they can do it for $175! But since don’t have a computer to do inspections can’t do the inspection part. But a $425 difference shows how crooked they are

Came in with worn down wheel bearings, which had caused me to fail by annual inspection. The manager could sense my frustration so he offered me a loaner car since the work was going to take six hours. It was a very welcome gesture. I recommend these guys highly. And they reinspected the truck at the conclusion of the repairs at no extra charge.

They are very thorough (for better or for worse). However, they are not perfect m. They missed a few items on the state inspection because I took my vehicle to another place that found a gas leak and a brake line leak.

Very fast and efficient, I was surprised at how fast they were able to change my brake pads and rotors, and have it done 5 minutes before they closed. Helpful, knowledgeable mechanics that know their business... I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done right and on time...

I have had my car serviced at several garages around Laconia. Nobody matches the service at Meineke. I have finally settled on an excellent car repair center. The staff are thorough, detailed, and very knowledgeable. Really appreciate the print out they provide. They're the very best in Laconia.

We were greeted very nicely by the counter tech! Work was done neatly and in a reasonable timeframe. Tech suggested that we get an inspection to save time, which was very helpful.

Meineke has always provided safe and speedy service for both of our vehicles. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
