I love going in to Smokers Haven the staff is so wonderful and so polite and that's why I go and do my business here they greet me as I walk in the door and ask me if there is anything they can do for me and now that is what I call a great business

Cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Entered the door as a complete novice and left feeling very much satisfied and well informed. I chose this location because the other Laconia location has a high staff turnover and disappointing reviews. This location is worth the extra 3 min drive. This team was so very patient with me! I would recommend watching a few educational videos online so that you use your time wisely and can ask questions related to your specific needs. But even with limited knowledge, the staff is incredibly well informed and gives honest product feedback. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision on my purchase. Specifically, I would like to thank Tricia for walking me through the store, building a program that fit my needs, answering every question I had without making me feel like I should have come more prepared, setting me up with a no pressure, lifetime membership account, and making the drive 100% worth the effort! Thank you all for your help and support. I look forward to coming back!

Very disappointed, drove a long way to this store that everyone talks about. Bought a couple disposable Hyde's. I wish I could post a video, but the battery was dead out of the box. My first instinct was to charge it BAD IDEA, it started smoking and popping. Nothing I did could make it stop, so I spiked it into the floor. Will not be making that journey again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, didn't try selling things not need or wanted. Store well organized and clean.

Jordan is one of the most experienced sales associate I’ve ever meet, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store, is super friendly and easy to talk to about what I’m looking for.

The staff have been trained to acknowledge customers as soon as they walk in. They are also as helpful as they can be when there are so many options to chose from in the store. I have been buying my vapes and juices from both Laconia locations for a couple of years now and really appreciate how helpful they have been when I come in with a couple of questions. They stay fully stocked and up to date with new products.

The Lakeport location associates were very uninformative about the vaping products and where I should begin to stop smoking.

Great customer service but i bought 2 Hyde disposables and the aloe grape one tasted like paint straight out of the packaging… and the strawberry orange one is already tasting like it has no juice only 2 days later.

Always helpful when I have questions about products. Never a bad experience at either of the locations!

Was very comfortable and uncomfortable trying to order things here one person tells you yes but the other says no. Plus I e gone to this one 4 or 5 other time not right after one another and they are always out of Carton's in Marlborough red one hundreds. It's annoying getting out of car to just go back and and go to another store.

Horrible service. I showed the woman behind the counter 2 VALID forms of ID and she accepted neither, just because my address changed. She refused to sell me anything and sent me out the door. Never coming back to this location. Sticking to the one down the street where they actually know what they're doing.

They have lots of variety and pretty things. Got an awesome grinder for a fair price and a stash jar by #raw that is AMAZING dual purpose for dab, shatter etc. Or remove silicone liner and store da bud in the now nonstick container. And they don't bug ya to death lol 🤣 but are readily available to answer any questions.
