    I have been a BC customer for several years. They are doing a fantastic job. My orders are filled accurately and delivered quickly. When I call them, they are very helpful, patient and very courteous. I buy only from Big Cat.

    A big thank you to everyone at Big Cat Coffees! When placing my order this week I put the wrong coffee in my cart and subsequently placed the order. I sent a note to Big Cat about my mistake and to my delight when I received my order they corrected my mistake and sent the correct coffee.. Thank you for the GREAT customer service.

    I've been a customer since 2009, and I haven't been let down by them! My last order I received one bad batch bc some pods were broken, but I called and talked to PATTY who helped me out and gave me good customer service! They are a great company to buy and MAKE your own variety from as well as reasonable!! Its also supporting a mom and pops company!! Thanks BIG CAT!! You'll always have business!! 👍❤

    The last time I ordered was in 2021, simply because of Big Cat's continued price increases and free shipping parameters. Before I took my business to another company (Amazon), I decided to try their discounted out of date coffees, and they were tasteless. Not worth the few pennies you save. Also, when asking for a promo code, I was rudely told no. The same happened today. Why couldn't a customer rep say let me see and try to find something? What would it hurt to try and be positive and nice and try to help a customer? It would have created customer satisfaction and brought back a customer. So I did not order. Seems like the owners or General Manager of Big Cat would review their customer service efforts.

    I have always been happy with the service. Except when my favorite flavor K cup was "discontinued by the manufacturer". I went with out for weeks. This week someone told me that the coffee was available from Kurig website. There it was and I had to order. Any chance we can get it back to Big Cat?

    Not Big Cats fault but UPS Ground is getting real slow in my area. Package arrived here in my town on 6/11 and won't be delivered until 6/14.

    Delivery is too slow! I am in the same state, and it will take 3 days from when I ordered it. I know this is a small company, but fast shipping is a must. Mailing sure post is a waste of time and money, and will not grow your Business on slow delivery. After contacting the company to see why I was still unable to track the delivery, and discuss the shipping, I felt the need to give feedback. Big cat also couldn't find the tracking info, and had to call me back with it. Big cat will cheap itself out of Business with shipping. Many small companies know that fast shipping is the key to success. Big cat seems to be focused on big orders for normal shipping time, and those of us that order only 4 boxes or less get the intentionally slow sure post. Not good customer service for all!
