Excellent family run local eatery. Staff is always friendly and greets people by name. The best seafood in the lakes region hands down. Nice portions with great prices. Don't judge a book by its cover, stop in, give them a try, you'll be a regular before you know it.

Not my first time eating here and this time I got pizza and onion rings. Onion rings were homemade, not frozen. Pizza was so on point I went back my second night after working in the area and had it again. Sometimes the wait times can be long so order ahead if you can. And if you can't, the food is worth the wait.

We called to order steak bombs on a Saturday an hour before the place closes but were told they don’t make steak subs after 9. Due to making sure staff get home on time. Never heard of a food establishment closing down the grill an hour early and only choosing certain items to sell for the last hour. We however ordered from Lakeside and were shown how steak bombs are made!!! This place used to be GREAT! Ever since it changed hands it has gone down hill. Portion sizes, quality, customer service - etc. The new owners didn’t earn the 4.5 stars it does have on Google, riding the coat tails of the previous owners. I wouldn’t give them any stars! And how they respond to customer reviews is way out of line.

Pleasantly surprised at this restaurant the other night. My husband had ordered the fried clam and scallops and the portion size was huge and very tasty. I ordered the Greek salad and the ingredients were fresh and crisp. The owner was very nice and came over and talked to us . South End also sells an amazing Baklava made by the owners mother. The food was great and the prices were good . I am already planning a visit back. They also offer delivery, take out and eat in.

Ordered buffalo wings and a bacon burger. Bacon burger came with. No lettuce or tomato. Wings came breaded and no buf sauce, not to mention didn’t receive the blue cheese to go with it. Not to mention the 35 minute wait was more an hour wait for some lackluster meal. Will not be returning for business and wont recommend.

2020: Omg I love their pizza ❤️ It was my first time having it. This is now my pizza. 9/9/2023: Soooo good. Close-your-eyes good pizza. My mouth started watering as soon as I had the box in my hands 😂 The crust is so crispy and light, and they use great stretchy cheese. I just finished 2 slices so I’m particularly happy as I write this 😂 It was an hour wait because they’re so popular/super busy but it’s so worth if you can. The chicken tenders are also my favorite of any restaurant I’ve been to that is still open. Deliciously light and crispy, well coated. I don’t think I’ve ever had a gnarly tender there.

Picked up the Big Mac pizza and it was damn good!!also got the bbqchicken pizza and it was also off the hook!!wont see me ordering pizza anywhere else!!

Called in for delivery, told they dont deliver to my address as it was over 30 minutes round trip. Drove over to get spagetti w/sausage, took 8 minutes to get there. Got food drove home, took 8 minutes so total 16 minutes round trip. Opened up my entree and no sausage. Called to let them know, told will send credit to my phone number, now 2 days later and nothing. i will not ever go back as this came highly recommended but major disappointment.

New to the area. First time there. My fried claim, scallops & onion rings were delicious, tender, not too greasy. Although they were super busy, my order was on time when I arrived to pick it up and everyone was friendly. Will def go back.

ordered onion rings & frys as well as a cheeseburger sub. was very disappointed, the onion rings were a mess, not one complete ring, batter fell off. frys were burned, hard an had no seasoning. as for my cheeseburger sub, was bland no taste. I asked for American cheese i got cheddar, i asked for pickle, tomatoe & lettuce as well as mayo, i got matted chopped lettuce thrown on top, barley any tomatoes & mayo. such a shame, unfortunately i will not order from here again.

Delicious, courteous, friendly. If there’s ever a mix up they quickly resolve! Sometimes the wait is long when they are slammed because they are so popular! It’s worth the wait for their delicious food!

Ordered in house at 5:30pm. Yes, I know its prime time for Friday night dinner time. Expected a bit of a wait for our food. As expected we were told 45-50 minutes before our order would be ready. We took a walk being a gorgeous evening and grabbed a coffee along the way. Arrived back at 6:25pm, 55 minutes after ordering. Waited until 7:15 for our steak bomb sub (cold), gyro pocket (hot), seafood salad pocket (warm, bagged with steak bomb sub)and onion rings (cold). Worst service, presentation/packaging and service ever received at South End. Not to mention with take-out only having about 20 people inside with it being impossible to have or give 6ft for social distancing and not a single employee wearing a mask although mandated by state. Absolutely appalled by the entire situation. Won't be returning if these issues are not corrected. Use to be a great place for dine in and take-out.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST Greek Salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was amazing, huge salad, super fresh and delicious dressing. The staff is very nice too! This was third time in one week I had this. Our new favorite place! Not sure why review came up under my husbands name! This is Deb!

We ordered delivery and the food was great..my kiddos ate everything..the steak sandwich reminds me of a shop that is famous back home...and the price was perfect...thank you for making my picky kiddos Happy.

The BBQ chicken pizza (I added bacon) was perfect! I was so happy that it wasn't overloaded with barbecue sauce. The chicken was tender and moist! The bacon was a good size, not just a crumble here and there. This will be my go to order. Thank you!

Amazing food, amazing people, and an amazing time every time you go to this place and if you don't feel like going out you can always have it delivered and one of their spectacular delivery drivers will show up in a flash and you'll be surprised because you weren't expecting the food to be delivered so quick. The drivers are very friendly whenever I've encountered any of them. One particular driver Jasmine is absolutely amazing and super friendly!!! The owner is one of the hardest working guys I've ever met and it shows because this place is his baby and he treats it just like one making sure to take care of every little minute detail making the place one of the best places to eat in The lakes region... I suggest you try the chicken bacon ranch pizza or perhaps you're more of a chicken tender person whatever you like I guarantee this place has it and everything is made to order nice and fresh... The only downside is how busy they get sometimes on the weekends or Friday nights but it's definitely worth standing in line or waiting. Definitely the best pizza I've had in a long time. Everything is decently priced too and with today's economy and how expensive things are getting that's always a plus...

Inviting place as we watched the staff warmly greet many regulars who walked in. The fried seafood is perfectly fried, not too much, not too little. It is also very clean, not greasy. Drew was very kind and went out of his way to make our meal a great experience.

Not at all as good as it once was... Onion rings are still great. " But its" hit or miss".... Shrimp under cooked and tasteless, Perhaps a ( Different vendor)..Fry's limp and soggy (they were once a favorite, crispy fresh) Not so now!! fish thin flat and very sparse on my shrimp & Haddock plate.. Prices higher but sadly does not reflect food quality!!! 3 strikes I'm out.....P.S. this place once rocked the best seafood around.....Worse yet they do not wear a mask to keep customers safe...!!!! And NEVER offered me, anyway " to make it right"

Speedy delivery and wonderful sides. They changed my mind on chedder cheese vs. cream cheese poppers. I am now a cream cheese popper fan. I must say the pricing is affordable as well. The sea food plate use to be my go to but lately I've been going for a bunch of sides. Please keep doing what you are doing south end!

Recommending anyone that loves fried clams like this New England girl, the only place to get them is South End pizza and SEAFOOD! Leftovers heated up and just as good. Ordered a vegetarian sub and fries for lunch and wasn't very impressed with the sub. The fries were an absolute hit but the sub wasn't exactly what I wanted. It wasn't toasted, it was overloaded with black olives and the bread was a bland white roll although the veggies were absolutely fresh tasting. It obviously a pizzeria and while they are really good at the oven and fried stuff I would have loved to see a bit more success on the veggie sub.

The best pizza place in town!! I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. Staff is very welcoming and food is always great with large portions (salads & chicken finger dinner). You can also get a cheese pizza for about $10 which is always great!

I was surprised to see a seafood lasagna as a special for lunch. I ordered it and was very satisfied. The sauce was delicious, and there was plenty of seafood and garlic bread. I considered ordering a second to take home it was that good.

Excellent, busy, local pizza and seafood, fried chicken place. Had huge Greek salad and side of French fries sweet potatoes. Both were exceptional. Did not try pizza but there were many orders with pies going out the door along with the dinners. Cooked to order so call before you go.

This is an unsuspecting gold mine! We've tried a few of their pizzas now and they've all been top notch. The crust is similar to a "croissant" crust, and I say that as a compliment... it is crispy and robust. The biggest winner for pizza was their Big Mac style pizza. My family reached the consensus that the fries are the true all-star here. They have been fried to perfection each time... just the perfect fry through and through. (I highly recommending ordering more fries than you anticipate, as you will shovel them down and run out before you know it!) For just over 40 dollars, a group of 5 adults and 2 toddlers were happy, stuffed, and had a few slices and fries to spare.

The food was great, and it served hot, and there were generous portions. Small dining area, but don't be fooled or put out by the seating. I highly recommend them. I don't ever give 5 stars unless exceptional but 4 stars is a pretty good ranking.

Honestly the best takeout I have had in a long long time. Great seafood too. Staff is super nice and patient when trying to figure out what you want. Will order from there many many more times!

I got takeout here when I was visiting the area for work. At first I was a little skeptical on a pizza place serving whole belly clams but I was wrong. The fried clams were amazing (no sand, not chewy, not burnt) and they provided a huge serving! Highly suggest this restaurant

Place has fallen off recently, not what it used to be. Seafood went down a long time ago and now everything else is just inconsistent. Really unfortunate, only one other pizza place in the area that I’d say is worth visiting. Edit: The weed couldn’t even make your food taste better, soggy and disgusting from pickup. Since your going the extra mile I’ll add that restaurant is pizza express. Much better then what you’ve put out the last couple orders I’ve gotten, sometimes it’s great other times horrible. Deal with it like the owner you are 😂many agree with me

Their Greek salad with chicken is probably the best in the area... if it's not I can't think whose is better! Chicken is always moist. Serving size is good. Good go to spot with good service!

I stumbled across South End Pizza & Seafood while trying to find some lunch with my family. We got a large pepperoni, clam plate and a Greek salad. The clams were cooked perfectly and man that pizza! This is definitely a place to check out in the lakes region!

Our friends brought us here for takeout. It was pretty good to be honest. We had called ahead for a. Unch of food. I ordered onion rings and a roast beef sandwich. He got the scallop platter . My sandwich was a basic sub . The bread could have been cut a little more to get everything to fit into it. But the onion rings were delicious and homemade. He loved the scallop platter. The one thing that did bother me was that non of the staff were wearing any sort of protection. No masks no gloves for food nothing . I get that nh isn't bad at all but it was a bit off putting

This is the worst sub i have ever got in my life! I had orderered a tuna sub with lettuce, american cheese, tomatoes and onions. And this is basically a straight up tuna sub. 3 tomatoes, 5 pickles, 6 little chunks of onions, and no lettuce?! And who the heck puts the veggies on the top like that.... terrible. I get better subs at subway compared to this. Wont order from south end again

First off good place super busy..now for the other large steak and chesse sub mush onion pepper chesse..🤮..sorry guys but the most bland and unflavored steak sub ever..u need seasoning on ur steak....wont order this again...on possitive note have ordered before and was great.....
