Food was alright, not great. There is a patio area for eating outside but it does have very little shade, so not great for hot days. Multiple tables got up and left on the patio and no one came out to wipe them down before the next group sat. My biggest complaint is that not a single staff member was wearing a mask. Guys in the kitchen yelling over food, girls up front 2 feet away from customers; all not seeming to realize the risk they are putting customers at. For a health food restaurant, they could show a bit more concern for their customer’s health.

The food was amazing! Exactly the type of place that downtown Laconia needs more of. The reason for the 2 stars is the lack of worker masks and general cleanliness of the eating areas. There were several employees working in the tight quarters behind the counter and in the open kitchen area (5+). None were masked (despite the sign on the front door). We decided to eat outside for fresh air and social distancing during the pandemic. The courtyard was quaint and beautifully decorated with cafe tables and surrounded by trees and foliage. When we tried selecting a table we had to pass us our first 3 choices because they were dirty. The restaurant was not particularly busy. 1 table was being used inside and 3 were being used outside.There was no one cleaning tables between guests and nothing made available for guests to clean their own. Once we found a clean table, we sat down. While we were waiting we began being pestered by flies. When our food was delivered (by an unmasked worker), the fly problem increased ten-fold. We quickly ate our food while trying to wave the barrage of flies away from our food. It truly pains me to give this place 2 stars since the food and selection was AMAZING! Fly prevention, face masks for the workers and proper cleaning and sanitizing would have easily made this a 5 star review. A few shade umbrellas would have been a nice touch as well. I sincerely hope the owner will make a few improvements. In the meantime, I agree with the other reviewer; eat at your own risk.

Walked into Trillium today because I was planning on eating there. Decided not to because it looked like business as usual and not like we were experiencing a world wide pandemic right now. Not a single person inside that establishment was wearing a mask. The customers nor the employees were wearing a mask. Social distancing was not enforced. Many people were congregated near the register. The tables were not spaced apart from each other either. Will not be revisiting this business until they implement the mandated safety measures.

Easily the best restaurant in the lakes region. The menu changes seasonally which is awesome. They rule at lamb dishes and their salads are phenomenal. The drink cocktails are unique and good if you want to expand your palette. I highly recommend this place.

The food was pretty good, but none of the staff were wearing masks. Most weren't wearing gloves, and many customers were congregating at the register without masks. Apparently they aren't aware there is a pandemic ravaging this country.

Would give it a 3.5 if I could. Beer selection was good, menu was unique & ambiance is excellent — Laconia needs more places like this. Although the sign on the door said to wear a face covering or mask, no one was wearing one. I wish the employees and staff in the back would be in face coverings. Overall, a good experience. I’d come again once the virus slows down.

Food is always delicious and unique. Menu changes with the seasons. Salads are sooo good. Actually, everything is so good. Has nice outdoor seating as well! Atmosphere is chill and nothing fancy, but nice :)

Loved it here. Very nice decor - the color is beautiful and the ceilings are even better. I got the street corn grain bowl with grilled chicken and it was fire. My partner got the BBQ ranch wrap and enjoyed it. Small things I would change is toasting the pita for the hummus. It was cold and doughy. It was also a bit smokey in the restaurant. I did see someone in the back wearing no gloves and handling meat with their bare hands while cutting it up. But great food and great music nonetheless. Thank you 🙏🏼

Interesting place. Interesting food combinations. They have a number of spicy side dishes; I enjoyed them, but not everyone in our group likes things on the spicy side. The brocolli salad was particularly good, and not overly spicy. I had the blueberry grilled cheese sandwich (with goat cheese); unusual taste, not sure I would go with that again. But try them out. They have some interesting things on their menu. Make sure you check out the outdoor seating on the back patio.

If you like farm to table, gluten free, vegan food this is your spot! A local favorite. Fresh baked goods. In house dressing. I had the green goddess salad. Lettuce blend, chickpeas, beets, pickled carrots,dried cranberries, and crispy onions. #allergygirl left off the cucumbers And subbed out the green goodness dressing-it has lemon in it for a delicious honey mustard. This salad was the perfect amount of crunch, sweet and savory mix.

Hannah and her team are certainly delivering when it comes to flavor... yum! A business model that allows for walk up board menus, pay at the counter, bus your own compostables, recycling and dish. Truly welcomed change. We like being part of the cycle. This allows for the team to be food intense. Of the Hook!! Try everything, we are. Great local Beer Veggie Vegan And Porkbelly!!! A must on the Japanese salad

I challenge you to find chaga and Wu-Tang playing in a better setting. Top notch service with all the yum yums. Desert menu is ever revolving.

Absolutely delightful. The burrata was by far the best I’ve had. It was presented wonderfully, along with being incredibly delicious. The service was quick and polite. My family truly enjoyed the BBQ Chicken wrap as well. All of the sides were delicious and uniquely presented. Thank you for a beautiful lunch.

This place is such a hidden gem in the lakes region. I absolutely love the Buffalo chicken salad, I literally crave it! And then corn dip is amazing! Literally everything I have had over the years is great! I am gluten-free and it is so nice to have delicious options.

A fresh new eating establishment in downtown Laconia. It is nice to have new and different restaurants opening up. The food was tasty and unique and the prices reasonable. I will definitely go back for the food and to support this new business.

This is a wonderful restaurant with friendly service, open kitchen, fresh ingredients, and yummy flavors. We were told not to expect much in the area and we’re pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a refreshing and healthy salad or a creative sandwich/wrap. We will be back if we are ever visiting the lake again!

Absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere even better food. If you are within an hour of this place hop in your car, take the bus, ride your bike, you will not be disappointed. Every bite of food is an experience and one that I didn’t want to end. My personal favorite is the chicken panini. I would eat this for the rest of my life if I could, thank you trillium.

This place satisfies EVERY SINGLE TIME. The menu rotates and you have a somewhat different menu each time, and it’s always a hit. The potato salad is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. The portions are decent and always fill me up and satisfy without feeling heavy. The ingredients are always fresh and I’m always blown away by their creativity in the kitchen. I really cannot recommend this place enough.

This place was so refreshing. Everything is home made with local ingredients. They are very earth friendly which I love. They have recycled plates and they even bave a compost bin to dispose of your scraps. The food was amazing and the staff is so friendly! They have out door seating surrounded by plants and trees and brick buildings. Its a very peaceful atmosphere. It was so relaxing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Laconia's hidden gem for sure 👍

So good! They have amazing food. The sandwiches were delicious and freshly made. This is the vegan tempeh burger with an amazing aoili, iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. The greens were dressed in a very nice vinaigrette. Nice little beer selection and sangria was yummy. We also got the sharable hummus plate it was delicious. I wish they would open a location in Boston ....I would go every day. Thank you for the yummy food and hospitality. We will be back.

A delicious, healthy find right in downtown Laconia. Staff was super friendly and welcoming as soon as we stepped in the door. We got the spring grain bowl, strawberry rhubarb salad, shrub soda and fresh lemonade. All were fantastic and had a ton of flavor and texture. Such a nice reprieve from all the rich, fried food we had been eating throughout our vacation.

Great variety of fresh food. The flavors were delicious. Had a great mix of items, multiple vegan options too. I had the Cuban with a horseradish potato salad. Quick, fresh, and friendly service.

We had a wonderful and delicious experience at Trillium! I enjoyed the honey mustard chicken sandwich on a gluten-free wrap and chose the lemon slaw as my side. The cranberry soda was refreshing and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Also pictured is the kale caesar salad with chicken that a member of my party enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to those visiting the Lakes Region!

I absolutely love trillium. Every single meal I have gotten has so much flavor and is delicious! The food is so fresh, and I always feel so good after eating here. Very grateful to have this place right down the street from my office. :)

We are repeat customers. Best spot in the region for a healthy lunch. Fresh ingredients, creative menu, always something new to try. I drive 20min to go here, it’s so good, would be awesome if they opened more locations!

Love that there are vegan and gluten free options to choose from. Wish the portions were bigger, but that's because it's so good! Staff is friendly and fast and it's a really chill place.

Amazing!! I loved every bite of my food, it was delicious. I normally don’t like kale salads, but this kale salad was delicious! The people in my party also agreed that the food was outstanding! The outdoor seating was so peaceful. The service was excellent, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We got our food quickly! The restaurant was very clean and pretty. I loved how they are sustainable! I recommend to come here, and I will definitely be coming back again!

Absolutely fantastic! I was visiting home and it was recommended. I had the BLT with potato salad and the watermelon basil soda. Everything was so fresh and the flavor combinations were delicious. Will definitely be back when I move back to the area.

Warm and welcoming as soon as I entered the door. Menu is unique and plenty of choices. I ordered the Gyro with Broccoli Salad on the side, a rosemary olive oil zucchini bread and a mixed berry soda. Everything tasted fresh and had plenty of flavor. I highly recommend Trillium and will definitely be returning. 10/10

Very new type of set up to the lakes region but a welcome one! Its more of a self service atmosphere with a relaxed vibe but the food is the point to make. All the food was extremely fresh and each dish seemed unique. The outdoor patio seating area was very comfortable and will definitely be coming back
