We unknowingly showed up during a shift change, while on a road-trip. The staff seemed annoyed with the next shift, and we were in the cross-fire with the demeanor/attitude…I didn’t take it as a big deal, but my company did. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I get irritated when my company is not comfortable. The next shift was actually very pleasant and nice…thank you.

The only reason this place is getting five stars is because the girl that was making drinks was amazing. Little bit of time that I spent at the window I could tell she was a hard worker and got things done. Excellent customer service.

When I pulled up to the order speaker I was garbled at. So I drove up to the window to order and was not greeted by the woman taking my order. I placed my order and was told to go park in front. A kid brought my order out was not friendly. Double check your order because they will not prepare what you order. And when you call back they get ugly with you. I'm allergic to mustard yet they put it on my burger after I asked for Mayo. It's one thing to mess up an order it's another to be rude to the customer.

Great staff and awesome service highly recommend.. we were passing by and decided to stop and boy was the food great hit fast and staff was 😃 smiling.. live to see people enjoy their job thanks aliss,bobby,kenneth,Eddie u guys rock keep up the good work

Best service I ever received at a fast food joint. The young lady at the register helped me order exactly what I was craving, and patient with my kids orders. The interior is very retro, but I think it added to the charm.

The whole staff was courteous and nice including our server Bobby. Our Reese’s blizzards were top notch! Best Dairy Queen we’ve been to. 10/10 recommend.

The food in Lacy Lakeview is always fresh. Right of the stove and in my bag! I just love the f and the ppl who work there. Always friendly!! Thanks for making my life fuller!

Got me a Burger meal and a frosty here on a road trip. The staff were friendly, the customers were friendly and communicative. The restroom was small, and could have been cleaner. My food was ready pretty fast.

They bring you your food on time and hot. They have the best service I've seen so far. I love to walk in there and order they are polite and very respectful. They also greet you with a smile.
