😐 The luge was really fun! However the que to get onto the skyline were extremely long (estimation around 40 mins). We bought 5 rides & ended up spending 5 hours in total just to complete it. The worst part is there is not enough shade, so be prepared to be standing under scorching hot sun for a long... People often mention queue, ride,

The luge was really fun! However the que to get onto the skyline were extremely long (estimation around 40 mins). We bought 5 rides & ended up spending 5 hours in total just to complete it. The worst part is there is not enough shade, so be prepared to be standing under scorching hot sun for a long time. After each ride you’d need to que up again, there isn’t a separate line for the skyline.

Given that is a new park. Everything still looks nice and clean. Got my ticket online so no queue is required. Just download tix online, collect your helmet, and present to the staff. (No need to collect physical tix) Con: Long queue to get to the top and also the long wait to get your luge. No shades, standing under the sun and heat! Pro: Staff are friendly and takes the time to explain for the first time riders. So best is to come super early and beat the queue. Also not many food choices, don't come hungry here.

I see many complaining about the long wait times, some up to an hour per ride. I did 5 rides in 90 minutes. My 2 advices are firstly order your ticket online so you don't need to queue at the ticket counter, and secondly come before 10am. I started queueing around 9.35 and my group was second in line. The 4 tracks were good, my favourites were Gravity(right turn and then left turn), followed by Ultra(middle lane). The staff were well trained and professional. There are cameras across the track. With your helmet(maybe there's a hidden rfid tag inside) you can bring it to the gift shop at the end and buy your photos. Prepare to stand under the sun. I was lucky the weather was good on the day I visited.

The ride was great, but the queue under the scorching sun was brutal, I bought an online ticket but still had to queue like everyone else. Should have been 1-2 hours to complete the whole course but surprise 4 hours gone. Yeah after each ride U have to queue up again for the next ride. This attraction does not prepare for a large sum of people in one go better make a group system based on time.

Purchased tickets in advance, but the process is inefficient. Despite the online purchase, I still face a lengthy queue alongside walk-in customers. It's perplexing – what's the benefit of buying in advance if I can't bypass the extensive line? Insufficient staffing exacerbates the issue; with around 100 people waiting, only 2 counters are open, manned by just 2 staff members. Moreover, the lack of fans in the hot area adds discomfort. It seems premature to open without adequate preparation. Improvements are needed across the board. Despite these challenges, the overall experience is decent and enjoyable. However, I may reconsider returning in a few months if enhancements are made to the system.

The ride is fun and extremely joyful However, the queue and the management were at the lowest. We can mid-week so it is supposed to be quite less crowded, but No! We had to queue under the sunny sun for almost 45 mins. The others who will have their second ride have the priority to ride first <??? Not to mention the minimum ride is 2 so you have to queue again 🥲🥲

Nice place. D rider about 1/3 of the SG sentosa, but it allows u to choose 4 different routes. We came here on Friday at 10 am n not too crowded. Took us 1hrs 40mins to finish our 5 rides. Like other visitors said, they need more shelter place to cover up the lineup area. Hopefully, they got improvements d next time we come. Important note: wear sports shoes

👍👍 Really good place. Relaxing atmosphere, friendly people. Water is hot, bring 2x 20L or larger buckets and a water scoop to let cool down a little. I have tried 2 x to help my recovery from broken fibula. After 1st my ankle joint mobility improved a lot just after 20 minutes soaking. See if improve...
