Just another taxes chicken outlet, serving crunchy fried chicken which I feel it's better than kfc. The outlet is clean with nice decoration and Soft drinks are free refill.

clean and well maintained toilet also clean interesting promo assorted type of combo or ala carte to choose from price is reasonable please park accordingly unless you will get fined by local authorities which active do their job at this area

I have gone to some of the Texas chicken outlets but frankly this is the lousiest service ever. They should put a responsible and friendly counter waitress to give an excellent services.They should put in mind that customer has all the rights and satisfaction. This is the first and last ever outlet that we will ever visit.

Overall boleh lar (order via GrabFood) Requested to have chicken breast, and yes they fulfill the request But hopefully can have more sauce for mashed potato

Just same likes others fast food restaurants. Fast service, friendly staff. Their fried chicken size biggest than kfc and mcD.

Don't know why they given different type of cup...the small cup set is more expensive then the other set but get bigger cup. Not only me, other customers also complaining the same.

Bad service, do improve!. Had que for quite sometime, then when its our turn, had been told that the counter's computer had problem and was told to que again at the beside counter, where the line is already very long?? What can't she just transfer us to the beside counter, since we had already que!

I'll ordered 3 set jalapeno bombers and creamy jalapeno sauce but instead they gave me 2 set of jalapeno bombers and bbq honey sauce... I am very very upset and disappointed in this kind of food....🤬🤬🤬... I will not coming back to THIS PLACE ANYMORE..

The free refills is just awesome for lunch during hot afternoon. The chicken porridge quite tasty too minus the M@& price

positive comment: environment was good chicken was cooked perfectly free refill was a plus point to improve: waiting time to get order faster working pace overstaffed at eating area until they dont know what to do..end up chitchatting price could be more affordable

I really love the chicken, they're so tender and juicy. Maybe 'never frozen' is the key here. Whipped potato and coleslaw are also anytime better than their competitors. The biscuits is awesome and the free refill soft drinks is an +plus. Recommended!
