Waited for close to 40mins patiently for my order, just when i walked over to the counter to check to check on the status a male staff walked and without any question he said ‘ lek laaaahh ‘ note in a rude tone while facing his back to us. Even when i was talking to him he still choose to talk with his back facing me. Pure RUDENESS. Never minded waiting but customer being treated rudely is just not right. To that male staff tolong la balik belajar cara adab betul dari kau bertik tok dan bersembang kosong kat kerja.

Ever since covid started, this particular KFC has deteriorated in their quality greatly. Nuggets and fries close to burnt, and they’re clearly leftovers from the day before, it’s refrozen and refried then serve to customer. Chicken not as fresh as you can see from the bones, it’s dark. Chicken we chose ALL original flavour, the staff still give us ALL spicy chicken. It’s either they don’t have original anymore and didn’t want to inform customers, or the staff there didn’t bother at all. This is not the first time this happened. We’re tired of giving them chances. Why are they still open? That’s a mystery.

Cashier staffs are friendly and polite. I had unpleasant experience with the Chinese cleaner though. (I’m a Chinese too, so no racism here, just want to express my disappointment.) I figured I should try dining in once again however the same chinese cleaner ruined my dining experience once again. I’d always clean up my own dishes and rubbish, I politely asked her where should I threw the ice cubes to, she then replied with annoying tone as if I did something wrong saying “BUANG BUANG LA BUANG” (pointing to the rubbish bin and questioned me why I brought the bin out.) The bin was already outside fyi, I wasn’t the one who pulled it out, can’t she pick up some manners? The previous experience I had with her was also because of me trying to clean up after myself. I’m so not cleaning up after myself again the next time I dine in unless she’s not the cleaner on duty.

Theres two KFC outlet here in sg buloh This one is outside from the kompleks Sg Buloh Bandar Baru Sg Buloh area Staff need to be more polite and smile more

Went there few weeks ago. The mashed potato looked damn sad. The quantity was even more sad. Price increased but the quantity decrease? Mashed potato scair mcm bancuh lebih air. Pastu isipadu half je? Be for real la. Dulu full. Lps tu jd 3/4 lama2 jd half?

Worst experience. Customer service was hopeless and the worst I've ever came across. Explanation from the staff were so poor...... The team are not well trained and wonder what the store managers and area managers job function is. My last visit to KFC...Mcd is still my first choice be it the quality of food, cleanliness, customer service, lighting, store ambiance and most importantly staff are trained well and polite.

Staff is not friendly. At. All. Not smiling. Not helpful. Service is also very very slow. Kfc really need to step up their chicken sizes and customer service. If not. Eventually kfc will go bye bye

Advertised purchase above RM40 entitled free nuggets. However when I request the free nuggets , the cashier said out of stock. What puzzle me is that, there are customer purchased combo nuggets set.

For those who want take out, better check before leaving. Sometimes their forgot put chili sauce, tissue and spoon.

Today I change of mind from 4 stars become 1 stars, worst experience ever, I order my lunch on 12.27pm, but my meal arrived at 5.27pm, I thought out of chicken but just now my mom go for take away, them still very free, sit at there chitchatting, I don’t know what happen, I call their cs phone , no one answering and keep charge my money, great one👍🏻

Very slow service. I wonder why. A few weeks ago I ordered KFC and choose to collect the food. However they took hours to prepare the food. And today, I ordered kfc to be delivered to my house, I supposed to receive it 45mins ago, until now I'm still waiting and they are still preparing the food!!! jadi serik pulak nk maka kfc

The malay lady that served me was just wonderful. I made a mistake with my order (ala carte instead of combo meal) when I ordered at the kiosk. She helped me to place my order to combo meal and allowed me to pay the remaining in cash. Sadly I didn't get her name.

The worst ever KFC in Malaysia.. The first time having fried chicken with no chili sauce giving, the staff told me the chili sold out, and Thai chili also, only tomato sauce is available.. So I just can eat it with no chili because I don't eat tomato sauce also..

Both original and spicy fried chicken too dry. Not juicy at all. First time experience maybe not well prepared but 2nd time purchased also the same. This branch not recommended.

Counter staffs lacks customer service. Greeting, putting a smile, to say Thank You to customers is something 'taboo'. That's why l very seldom buys KFC unless really craves for it.

the smell here is so so awful...the smell wasn't that pungent at first as i came in wearing mask..but when i took off my mask to have my meal..omg..it was awful...a combination of raw aged chicken with blood..so yucky i have to quickly finish my food and chow...will not be here again..

Been here to buy some dinner..unfortunately most of the menu were out of stock..even no fries n Wedges at all time.not recommend here

Ordered from Kfc apps said items ready for collection but unfortunately have to wait another 30 mins. This is very unacceptable. Even small things like sachet chili sauce pon takda pastu suruh customer naik atas pump sendiri sos !!!! Sedangkan dekat bawah ada je tempat sos tu !!

The worst KFC staff I've ever met, came across a Malay male (nothing to do with race here, but because he wasn't wearing any name tag, so that's why) staff at the counter just now who was completely disrespectful and has no people skill whatsoever, rude and sarcastic. Definitely would suggest people to avoid this branch and recommend the nearby Paya Jaras branch that has been a delight instead. I wish I could give a negative star review instead for this particular staff. Wish him all the best with his sick sarcasm, good luck at getting it cured. Haha.
