order breakfast 8.25am. tak ada orang pun dine in. very slow preparation compare to mcdonald & burger king. maybe menu tak ready lagi sebab time breakfast kan but at least staff say sorry for the delay or inform la customer or else jangan open order if benda x ready lagi. dapat order 8.45am rushing masuk Office.

This KFC has horrible service. Pepsi can go out of stock. While keying the orders before taking full order, i wasn't allowed to change earlier order. The worst thing was the ketchup gone bad. Initially it was not refilled, then i asked for refill, then gave to my kids. After eating i realized the ketchup has gone super bad. I complain to the front liner and the manager, i was ignored! Oh my god i have never written such a complain but today i simply can't stand it.

Nice KFC outlet, good service from the staff. Chicken and burger are delicious.

Slow service or is it because I always compared with McD. KFC needs to analyze their speed of serving, or system of food preparation. You would eventually lose out to many fast food chains who is mushrooming now. And remember, you are a "close to home" family restaurant, therefore happy mood environment and pricing must be reviewed too.

Not enough seating and service is slow almost every time i visit.

Aircond is out of service and not repaired so be prepared to sweat while u are eating here, no notice regarding air cond under maintenance.. staff is rude.

Bersih tu bersih. It says they sanitize every surface all the time. But when i went to the restroom it was awfully awful! Smells sooooo bad,so bad that i had to hold my breath while doing my business in there(can't hold anymore). They sanitize every surface that people touches but they forgot to clean the restroom which everyone uses too. I hope KFC Saujana Utama can read this. Please tell someone to clean the restroom as well as the handwashing area.

Very2 slow service..from kiosk order have to wait 30 minutes because 1 kiosk offline then cant order at kitchen..after order and apid at kiosk have to wait almost 1 hour to get meal..not many customers but service super2 slow n lazy staffs.. got staffs lepak in fron t of kfc in kiyhcen also many staffs but at vounter only 1 staff...

Slow service but 3 of the staff standing infront preparation chitchating. And they won't take your order at cash register counter.

Wouldn't highly recommend this outlet. Taste wise, more oily and little off compare to rest. Most times, chickens not fried well or even the wedges. The drinks, wouldn't even feel carbonated. And they won't have ice. It's not just 1 time or 2 times. But more. Just wouldn't recommend unless you have no choice.

Very very unexpected that happen to KFC now, Please look to the quality that u give, very2 small chicken not worth it with the money that u spend, and for the staff please double check the order, order lain dapat lain!!!

Order via Self service kiosk, payment via card. Fast on ordering side. Waited almost 25min to get my food, even though no crowd in the restaurant.

I've ordered 2pcs rice plate and dinner plate. What i got is 2 snack plate. Very bad service. I ordered for iftar. Very disappointed because what we expect to eat not as what we get plus small chicken parts.

the chicken is very very small, not fully cook. The milo taste kind of weird.The quality is not good. i was one of the kfc fan before but has change to MCD.After a long time i didn ' t eat kfc n wants to try whether there is an improvement on the quality .What I found out there is no improvement at all but become worse than before

the cashier misunderstood the order. we just find out after the item had already been paid. we requested her responsibility but we only received an apology. big loss.

By far the worst KFC. Delivery orders are never completed as per purchases order. They do not care about their customers. When confronted over the phone for missing items they hang up, laugh in the background, and call people by race instead of the name that is listed on the order. Initially I ordered 2 Loaded Fries, 2 Spicy BBQ Sauce and 2 Cheese sauce and 9 Pcs nuggets. I even called the store to check on my order upon ordering because I know this outlet always screws things up. I was informed bbq sauce it’s not available so I asked to replace it with 2 extra cheese sauce. So there should be a total of 4 cheese sauces with my order. When the rider arrived the first round I was only sent my nuggets and 2 cheese sauce, meaning there were 4 other items missing which were 2 loaded fries and 2 additional cheese sauces I paid for. Second round they still did not send the items paid for. Called the outlet they kept hanging up the phone. On top of that the audacity of one of the employees to call me “India” as their customer to another employee referring to my order. What kind of employees are working here? What training is given to them? Training on how to be rude and hang up on customers definitely a yes.

Dont judge the book by it’s cover. The chicken are tender and served hot. The soft drink got soda is not only sweet water ❤️ The ginger burger is really good 🙈 Full is cheese and vege. Overall is perfect 👍😋🥰
