Spacious waiting area and helpful staffs with the Ticketing Kiosk but should consider more appropriate place for the kiosk as at present, its a bit hidden for public to know it to enable them to do purchasing. Keep it up.

Need to use lift to get to platform. Poor design and planning. Should have escalator to be more practical

My first time here... New station, nice building and very clean, well kept. We travel with many luggage.. First ETS experience for my 2 boys.. awesome...captivating scenery all the way from KL. We forgot one of the bag as we rush down embarking at Kuala kangsar. A very nice and friendly staff attended to our report... Thanks to Naim, who was caring enough to help trace and manage to return our bag later when the train make its return trip. I was grateful to him who showed dedication in customer service... bravo NAIM 👍👍👍

Overall the station was beautiful but let down by minor thing like uncut grass near the entrance. Went there to use their ladies restroom. Unfortunately on this occasion the toilet flush and wash basin tap were both out of order. Hopefully they'll rectify this issue soon.

Beautiful station.. just need more facilities.. vending machines for simple food and drinks would be good. Food stalls can be placed outside the station for arriving and departing passengers . If attractive, other public customers can come as well.

Stesen Keretapi Kuala Kangsar is one of the fidfeen train station in the state of Perak. Travellers can take Komuter or ETS service provided by KTMB (Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad) from Kuala Kangsar station. Kuala Kangsar station is located at Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Kangsar. ETS is short for ‘Electric Train Service’, the ETS is an inter-city electric rail service that is operated by KTMB. By cutting down significantly on travel time over the previous coaches, the ETS is currently the fastest inter-state train service in Malaysia. The ETS route map in Malaysia is currently operating from Gemas in Negeri Sembilan to Padang Besar up north in Perlis.

It would be better for KTM to have manned stations for the sake of ETS users. (personnel now are barely ever there) It's still a little confusing at smaller stations. Or maybe there could be better signs to the platforms or a screen display to guide ETS users in place of actual staff.

THE MPKK SHOULD MAKE A SIMPLE FOOD STALL OUTSIDE THE GATE OF KTM SO PEOPLE CAN LEPAK-2 MAA WHILE WAITING FOR THE TRAIN TO COME OR PEOPLE JUST ARRIVED FROM OTHER PLACES...

A new big train station in town. For the safety passengers/pedestrians especially students, I sincerely hope that the local authority wouldn't mind investing on at least a proper pedestrian crossing with traffic controlling lights with bumps, or even better, a canopy pedestrian footbridge.

they should hired a good cleaner because it's quite dirty here. it's full of lizard's and bird's poo. i think it will be better if they can provide a small kiosk that selling drinks and snacks .
