I was greeted impressively by a locked door and a security guard who unlocks the door for you. Then the front desk lady was super patient and NOT pushy. This is a big massage parlor with many small rooms and EXTREMELY quiet in here. It's super relaxing as therapists uses long strokes of massage + relaxing essential oils. I love it VERY MUCH♡ Slightly pricier than other massage parlor but so VERY WORTH IT & SATISFYING. I felt asleep within the first 15mins of my foot massage and went for another round of body massage 😍 You guys MUST TRY THIS. Tip for tourists: Don't worry abt your belongings. They are with you when you go the rooms, there's no couple rooms however but the integrity of the thai masseurs here are definitely worth trusting. THUMBS UP AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL THE TIRED FEET OUT THERE! 👣❤

Such a nice place for body massage as well the covid protocols are well followed by the staffs before we enter we have to do self test which is provided.. I would highly recommend this body massage and will definitely come again.. ☺

Good place with good massage. Reasonable price. Their masseurs are skilled and you may request for either male/female masseur. Pressure point massage are their signature ones which are good for muscle ache and body soreness.

You need to pre book, not walk in. They are fully book. Suspect that they maintain their quality, original Thai Massage until now that many Happy customer kept coming back. This is one of the no hanky panky original Thai Massage.

Place was nice and clean but I didn't really enjoy Thai Sports Injury massage. Was expecting that they will include hand and foot massage but the therapist only worked on my back mostly. Maybe I will try food massage only next time.

Lady Boss was very kind and supplied us with good skill masseuses although we wanted x2 male and x2 female ones. The one that I’ve gotten was a guy big bodied with tattoo on his arm, he did a great job releasing my back pain. We booked 3 hours before our said timing and were available. Will be visiting them every-time we’re at KL and that is for sure! Great team you’ve got there Lady Boss!!!

3.5 - mixed feelings. This place is definitely value for money. The lady at the counter, response on whatsapp and the masseuse were all good. That's good part. The average part is the infrastructure- pretty basic. But it is definitely value for money and service is good.

My wife and I enjoyed a lot the 1,5 hour massage we had This here is, in our opinion, a professional, clean and therapeutically excellent massage parlour. We will come again!

Not sure how this place get these ratings but worst massage experience I ever had in KL. Uncomfortable laying an a cheap mattress on the floor. Your head is pushed into the mattress so can’t breathe and squeeze in ur nose. Had to stop treatment because of discomfort and hygiene. Should be refunded.

A hidden gem off the main Bukit Bintang area. I had the Thai Sport Injury Therapy. The therapist will use herbal medicated ointment while massaging my back, and it doesn't cos a burning feeling. What I really enjoy is the hot towel treatment they use when relieving the aches of my neck.

I went there with my Wife and two daughters (6 & 2yrs.). The manager lady spoke very good English and asked us to babysit our own 2 yrs old as she was not allowed inside. Fair enough as she would have made noise and troubled other customers. My wife liked the full body sports massage. (She likes massage anywhere, everywhere). But here comes my turn. When my wife went for her massage first, I very clearly told the lady manager that I want a “male” masseur as I want strong massage. Whatever you/anyone would say, after 15-20 minutes even the strongest ladies looses their strength. Lady manager totally understood and said she will make sure that I want strong massage. I saw there were two male masseurs. One middle aged and one younger in his 30’s. Both didn’t turn up when it was my turn to go. A small lady came and started strong. She got on top of me and flexed me all over and that was good, but as I said, lost her strength in 20 mins and then a very basic normal massage continued and got over just enough to make me feel relaxed but not satisfied. It was good but not excellent. Just good enough. I’d say she did her best. But I needed stronger hands. I won’t blame the masseuse but I would blame the lady manager. I really despise this kind of smartness when they totally understand everything but still would do what they have planned. Nevertheless, my 6 yrs daughter got reflexology foot massage and passed out in the first 10 minutes. She slept like a rock as she was tired anyway from the whole day walking touring. So if anyone wants a basic good massage, this is the place. If you are looking for strong hands, it is not the place. I would comment strongly that those masseurs were definitely lazy-heads that’s why both disappeared when it was my turn. Phew!! I saw 4.4 rating for this. Found it 3 for myself.. 4 for my wife and 5 for my daughter who was so tired that she simply fell asleep. Hahahaha!!

Prices are a bit expensive comparing to neighbours (110 myr for thai full body massage), but they positioning the shop as premium quality one. Truly, you can expect exceptional cleanliness and thai-style atmosphere, bright and spacious premises and also professional staff. We was satisfied at all, but I would say if the prices goes lower I definitely come back:) I had Ancient Thai Full Body Massage, 1 hour. It was very similar with massages I have had in Thailand. I liked a warm towel used in the end ;) Lady on reception said they have a morning happy hours until 1 pm, so if you are able to come, you can expect some discount.

This is honestly one of my favourite massages in the world. I've been coming here for years and it's so nice that the quality is still so high. It's wildly affordable for how skilled the practitioners are! Highly recommend 90 minute traditional Thai. Come early during your time in KL so you can come again before you leave. You won't regret it

Visited this shop with my 66 and 85 year old mom and grandma. Lady boss was fluent in English and able to tell the masseuses that they wanted a soft massage. The masseuses were very helpful and patient with my grandma when it came to sitting, standing and moving about the shop. The masseuse for me was strong (just how I like it). He literally melted away 3 days of walking aches during the session. Both mom and grandma planning to go back there again. Thanks for the amazing experience!

Can say with confidence that this is the best massage I've had in KL, it's a little pricier than the other massage places nearby, but it's worth every cent. It's a pity I only found this gem on my last night, but if I'm ever in the area again, this is definitely my to-go place. Cleaniness: 5/5 Masseuse: Kon, 6/5 (solid fella with great skills)

They seemed to have increased their prices by about 40% recently. 1 hour foot and shoulder massage costs RM120 while some other reviewer posted 3 months ago and price was about RM75. No wonder the place was empty. Granted the place was clean and neat. The masseuse I had was mediocre at best, I felt like my feet was being lightly stroked rather than massaged. Won't be back, definitely better options elsewhere.

Clean and comfortable environment, masseuse was also experienced and dedicated. Kudos to my masseuse Kwan who did a great feet and shoulder massage. (1 hour 120 RM) He was thorough and sincere and getting to all the accupressure points. The hot towel was also an excellent touch. Can’t wait to go back!

So far, this is the best Thai Therapies in the downtown area of Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommend it.

I went to Chaang today and will not come again. More price and not that good service. They have placed a water fountain that sounds exactly like a messed up washing machine, too too loud to relax and enjoy massage. I asked the PIC if they can turn it off, she refused and said I was the first one to complain! Even though my husband and I were the only 2 customers, they don't want to accommodate us. Even they got new and less skilled masseuse. No wonder we were able to come without booking. Enjoy ur empty parlor. Not coming back.

I have to say that the value is not there. I paid 120 rm for 1 hour of a really weak foot massage that felt more like a light rub and an okay shoulder massage. It was a mediocre experience. I almost fell asleep.

Fabulous Thai massage. My masseuse got all the right places and did an amazing stretch session. Very clean and nicely done up at reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Best massage in KL. The quality is consistent and you will never regret it. I have never seen a massage parlour with such integrity in Malaysia. You should book an appointment and go for this shop even if you live far away.

Clean, professional and comfortable ambience. I did the Thai Sports Massage (90min 188ringgit) and my friends did the Traditional Thai Massage (90min 150ringgit). Both are full body massages. The masseuse were professional, friendly and skilled (able to apply sufficient pressure or and stretch at the right points). The hot towels to massage the head were a nice touch. Good and clean. Massage therapists are Good. New ones are not appropriately adaptive to the client. My wife is smaller and slender then me i got a super hard massage. Her masseuse who was younger tweaker her neck and shoulder and now she's in physio...

This place is very good massage shop. I was always satisfied with their massage. However, every time was not 100% satisfaction, felt like missing something 😅 That is the reason that I’m giving 4 stars. But I can say that overall they do have very good service :)

One of the top massage place with high skills in KL . I’d rather pay extra than pay cheap place with no skills . Place is very clean and cozy , highly recommend this place ! On the weekends you might need to book in advance as it’s busy .
