Went there to buy kitten kibbles & tofu for my newbie kittens that I just brought them home. Standard price for cat’s essential and very affordable for the services. They also offered a grooming services for kitten and adult cat where I think the price is very affordable as most of the places I saw the starting price usually RM70 and above. While this Pets Room starting price from RM35 for kitten I think. Pets Room also have a lot of colorful fish Idk what it called. And the surrounding of this store also beautiful, neat and so calming. Staff also friendly and answer my question diligently. Surely will come here for grooming for my little kitten soon! Recommended ! 👍🏻👍🏻

Sent my cat for the first time here and it turns out very good! The groomers are very friendly and patient handling the cat. They check my cat and explain the treatment process. They even sent me a video of my cat during the grooming session. Very recommend to all cat parents to come here for grooming!

Very cheap compared to other places. Although their shop is small, but they give excellent service. Before this I was a bit confused with the other grooming shop that just opened next to them, luckily I asked first. I've tried both, so far my cats seems to be more comfortable grooming here. Thank you petsroom.

I was told there a pet shop underneath my house so I decided to check it out, they offer grooming services and after check the price, yeah sure. My first time it was great which was a year ago , this is the only place where my cat would come home without any issues. The groomer did a really amazing job, I send of 8 cat for my first visit and all 8 cat came home clean with no flee left on their body, smell good and soft fur! Asyraf did a really good job , he is very detailed with each cat and Carter to each of my cat need. I do recommend cats parent to come and try grooming at this place. Make sure to make your reservation before coming in. And I’m loving with the new look of the shop. They really treat my babies with full care and love. And Harris approved this place.

Just a small shop-lot inside the apartment area but you can find almost everything you need for your small pet. Ambience is nice and clean. The seller is very helpful and attentive with your request. There’s no curb side parking so better find a temporary parking inside the parking lot or else you’ll get clamp.

Its was my 1st time to adopt cat, and im totally zero knowledge bout taking care of cat.. but the staff here guide me so well. The staff was so kind and and friendly.. my cat was keep scratching his body and i hav no idea wat to do so decide to bring my cat go for grooming but unfortunately all shop was full booked, but yet pets room still manage to give me a slot❤️ so appriciate it.. thank u so much pets room..

My colleague recommend me this shop for cat grooming. It's actually an aquarium shop! lol. overall I love their minimalist concept. The groomer is a boy, very polite and I can say he is a great cat experts. He know how to handle my two grumpy cats. Definitely will come again.
