I like the coffee and muffins here! Service is good and the cafe is clean.

A modern coffee shop. You can either order at counter or online. Environment and decoration ate comfy. There are drinks from coffee to non coffee ranges. The coffee is good pair with their hummingbird cake is awesome. From 3 to 4 selection of pastries, we ordered the lemongrass chicken puff, tasted good for tea break. Spagetti is so so... Strongly recommend the coffee (i tried spanish coffee and salted caramel coffee both were excellent) and the hummingbird cake. Definitely will return for the coffee.

Barista is wayyyyy to friendly,which is a good thing. Love the vibe whenever I come here with my friend. Suggestions...wish you could prepare some cards or games that we could indulge in while spending our evening here. Anyway, I'm not sure if this is the proper channel to point this out but your android App sucks big time. Hated it!

If you're nearby or doing your grocery shopping at Lotus's Rawang, you can order your drinks via ZUS Coffee apps. It's convenient because when you're driving out of Lotus's you can just drop by to the shop lots besides Lotus's to collect your drinks at ZUS Coffee outlet here. Drinks are sweet as it is for me (default menu)

First i ve noticed the zus cafe here. Lovely. I dont need go to gombak n kl city to have this coffee. Its near to my office and i obviously will get this coffee daily. I usually order my meal by ZUS Apps and very dispointed when u have to check it out the packaging before u leaving. The workers not alert the client's order (said 'eh dia ni order apa lg weih' and make face ) when I questioned him about my order. Obviously he's ignore my request in my apps to put all my meal into paper beg (bertali). What's happened to my packaging? Let's the pictures tell the story

The ambient was nice, design similar to other Zus outlet, comfy and blue + white color paint makes you feel good and relax. Barista and waitress were friendly as well. Only one thing to comment was the quality of latte was different with other outlet. For eg, pandan rose latte at Kota Dsara outlet was in light green color and taste very smooth and fragrance in pandan smell, however, I ordered the same drink at this outlet was in light brown can lor and quite heavy in caffeine smell, less pandan favourite. For my opinion, Zus should go for regular trg to maintain the quality and standard of drink for every outlet.

Drinks were OK but patisseries were not very fresh. Bought a savoury bagel and vanilla stick. Too hard to chew. Overall ok with fast service.

Friendly and attentive staffs. However, the chocolate fudge cake was very dry. Maybe the turnover for cakes at this place could be slow, hence it didn’t taste fresh.

It's nice to know that Zus has expanding its wing to the far place than KL. They have different menu than the online one, not sure if it's the same with other Zus place but don't expect they have all the menu. Price wise is much cheaper than the other coffee chain. Service is also good. Overall, nice place to hang out or to go.

New addition in Rawang Reef. As with any newly open outlet, it get too crowded. We didn't hear our order being call, almost like pasar malam inside.

Great environment for working, its really quiet and if u needed a piece of mind, you should go here. The drinks on the other hand is not bad! As of pastries, it was.....hard as a rock. Couldn't enjoy it much.

For those who are stuck in traffic from batu caves-templer-almost to the center of Rawang, or you guys planned to travel to Perak by these routes, Do get yourself a caffeine booster with affordable price at this coffee house!

The coffees are ok. The dining area is spacious and clean.

Ordered 1 drink by picking it up later (after office hours) and I must have mistakenly chosen the pick-up time at noon, so they stored the drink frozen because I didn't pick it up until after work. The barista immediately remade my drink fresh without hesitation, which I greatly appreciate. The iced crème cheese matcha latte was delightful. Thank you for the great customer service! On another note, the ZUS app needs to improve in providing fully detailed receipts including pick-up times chosen to avoid this mistake from happening.

Crowded Tuesday even if I came at 2.30 pm. Fast service provided for both pick up and dine in. Clean area that most customers would enjoy while having their cuppa coffee. Coffee and other drinks have reasonable prices. It's definitely a recommended place to get your dally coffee fix.

Absolute favourite place to work. Quiet, jazz music, good smell of coffee. Staff is friendly and warm. Seatings and toilet is clean too. Ample amount of charging points for laptop.
