I
thought
of

on

was
very

destination
and
genuine travellers
always
make
online research
before
travelling.
This

we
became

of

The
activation
process
was
smooth
and
we
started
receiving
leads.
The
leads
we
have
received
till
date
are
pretty
good
comparing
with
other
suppliers.

the
guest
do
answer
the
call
or
respond
via
email/whatapp.
Its
been
1
month
of
joining
Tripoto
and
conversion
rate
is
quite
good.
They
also
offer
CRM
for
follow
up
and
online
payment
gateway
for
easy
payment
for
guest. We
rate
CRM
9/10
for
New
leads
and
follow
up.
After
conversion
you
should
keep
the
data
on
your
own
for
costing
and
other
part. The
sales
and
support
team
in
Tripoto
are
good
as
they
keep
track
of
customer
follow
ups
and
sometimes
do
speak
with
customer
if
required.
The
only
drawback
is
that
they
share
the
leads
with
other
agent
and
average
cost
per
lead
is
little
expensive
than
others
supplier.
If
in
case
conversion
rate
decrease
then
it
will
be
loss
for
the
tour
operator.
Overall
the
quality
of
the
leads
are
good.
Hope
they
don't
share
the
leads
with
multiple
agents.
