Rane was absolutely amazing! Came In today looking for new products and needing to get color matched. I’m usually hesitant to ask for help, as I have been color matched wrong in the past, or have been advertised products I wasn’t looking for. Rane was prompt to ask if I needed any help. She color matched me perfectly on the first swatch, which surprised me. Rane got to know my makeup style and preferences and directed me to products that were exactly what I was looking for. She turned a potentially 1hr long store visit, to about 20 mins, which I loved. After I returned home I tried out all the new products in my full makeup routine and have to say, Rane nailed it. I am happy with everything I left with, which usually doesn’t happen. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! <3

I had not been to this store since a year after they opened. It's still just as clean and neat as it was back then. When I asked a gal worked there about a product, she was not quite sure so instead of saying I don't know, she asked another gal. I love that!

Never disappointed, great curbside pickup option when you order online. I appreciate the fact my ID was checked at pick-up .

Courtney was SUPER and did a super job doing my second ear lobe piercing. I called the store and it was easy getting an appointment with Courtney in the salon. She took me right to a chair and explained the process and ensured she knew what I wanted. Courtney took her time and carefully measured and placed dots on each ear. Then she showed me to ensure I was happy. She was careful and clean with the equipment. She showed me the earring choices to select; there are several. I chose the hypoallergenic silver colored hearts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Courtney!! Everyone in the store was nice and helpful.

Booked an appointment to have my hair colored with Ulta. I have done so at the Gainesville ulta many times. I was then basically ganged up on by the GM and two stylist with a list of reasons as to why they couldn’t preform my hair service. They didn’t go over alternatives with me if they had given me even a moment to explain that I understood and I was frustrated but would still be happy to get something different or even just a trim and blow out. I let them know I didn’t want to reschedule because I have a very hectic life and days off are hard to come by and they acted like I was trying to argue with them and got defensive. It was like they didn’t want to work on my curly and textured hair and were doing whatever they could to get me out of there. I understand they had a holiday party at 6 and said they had to get everyone out right at 6 and couldn’t go over. It was 4:15. The girl that I had the appointment with looked at my hair and almost immediately went to get her manager before even letting me explain that I wanted color *if possible* a trim and a blowout. As soon as I said I wanted color (at my color appointment) she shut down and didn’t want to hear anything else. I’m obviously not going to let someone who is telling me they are not confident they can preform the service on my hair, preform the service but they could have at least heard me out about the trim and blow dry before jumping all over me. It was embarrassing and really made me feel terrible the way they handled it. Like they wanted me to argue and fight, but I just wanted a trim and a blowout if they couldn’t do the color. Instead they tried to force me to reschedule the entire service. Then when I told them I had been canceled on a few times by ulta so I really wasn’t interested in continuing to reschedule the Manager said “well I’m going to look that up in the system then and see who’s doing that if that’s the case” as if I was lying. When they were also canceling my service so obviously it’s something that happens! They also looked at my current color and tried to say I didn’t have it done at ulta and they didn’t see it even though I literally have a selfie of myself in the ulta getting it done . They were defensive, argumentative, and unwilling to work with me beyond just rescheduling due to my textured and curly hair.

Jose in the fragrance department was amazing. We laughed, we cried, we broke up, then 3 seconds later resumed our relationship of smelling fragrance, laughing, smelling coffee beans, consulting his coworkers and ultimately landing on the right fragrance for me, which should be called "Kristine with no twang". Lol Jose will get what I mean if he reads this. Thank you Jose for all the laughs and your expert help today!

I made a mistake on a home job I did to my hair. It turned orange 😳. So the next day (Saturday) my regular salon wasn't available so I went to Ulta in Lady Lake to have them fix it. I have been to other Ulta's in the past and they did a great job....not this one! I made an appointment for a root touch up because it was my roots that turned orange. I got there and explained to the girl what I had done. I asked her to frost the roots with bleach. She responded with "oh I don't do bleach". I said I'm confused on why you don't do bleach does your license not cover you using bleach? (Because honestly I didn't know how that worked) I was blown away by her answer.... "No, it covers it... it's my personal preference not to use bleach" 😳 Then after trying to off-set the color with toner while I was wet and under the sink she says...."that didn't work would you like me to make you an appointment with someone else?" I asked "you mean like right now?" She said "no, for next week" While I was explaining to her that I was not walking around with orange hair for a week another hair tech walked in and had to explain to the girl how to fix it. She used what the other woman mixed for her and I ended up going from asking for my "platinum blonde hair" Black to leaving with light brown hair! My days of home hair don'ts and Ulta hair techs are not over 😂 Also I need to add - I gave 2 stars instead of one because the other tech was nice enough to try and help and because she (the other tech) kept me from walking around with orange hair for a week. My girl really didn't seem to want to be bothered with it 🙄

Raquesh is an amazing stylist. She’s professional and respectful. She did an excellent job with my hair. Very happy with my hair looks! I will be back!

Rane Sawyer provided me with MAC foundation, concealer and fix list. All problems solved and I love my new look. Go see her, she is the best!!!
