Why do we keep coming here?! Regardless the time of day, stuck in an obscene wait line. Then my order is wrong and sloppy. I always have to physically put it back together. Do they even know you are at the window, it takes forever for them to say anything. It is never fresh/hot... a drive thru on a main strip like this should have a much higher standard. Even though this is the closest I am taking my business and my family's business to a different location for good!

I had ordered my food on the mobile order app and when I went to go through the drive thru I was told they were closed because their machines were done. Okay no big deal, but no one could answer anything about how I should go about getting my money back because I am not about to buy food that I won’t be receiving. So I parked to see if I can figure out the steps I need to take to get a refund, but then I see them ordering other people order not even 5 min later so I call to see if their machines were running to have them answer not say anything for 3 min and then ask my name so I tell them and to have them Hang on up on me. I think this is by far the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. I will never come back here again after how I was treated.

Went there yesterday after work since i work right across the street. Sat at the drive thru menu for 3 minutes. Was never acknowledged by anyone. So i got mad and left. This is the second mcdonalds that has lost my business in my area. I think im done with company all together. Wendys is better anyway and ill pay the extra for much better quality and service

Waited in line for 40 minutes, but everything was fresh and fantastic! Guy that took my order and money must have been new and terrified. He was trembling. I also tried a sausage biscuit for the first time......Hello! So good! It tasted like the biscuit just came out of the oven! Just tried lunch here. Everyone was so friendly and fast! Food was fresh...including the fries!!!!!! 🍟 We tried the spicy nuggets and they are so good. No sauce needed.

I absolutely hate going here! They are slow as a snail, and they can’t get a special order correct for the life of them. It's sad! And other then the high priced food that we can't even get like we order . Maybe one day they will get it right...lol

This is the slowest drive thru I've ever experienced. EVERYTIME. They don't even say anything to you when you pull up, just sit there with lines stacked up. Totally ridiculous

This has been the best mc donalds i have been at for very long time. The food was the best made. Only thing is every mcdonalds never have enough strawberry cream pies ready so i never get any cause of the wait and thats main reason i go to mcdonalds.

Huge disappointment. Put sauce in a 4 PC box and got all over the inside of the bag and ruined everyone's meal. So thank you for the incompetence mcdonald's.

I've been to so many McDonald's across the United States and this one is the worst and slowest everyone has an attitude and no one's very nice about it only way to get service there quickly is to be just as rude and blunt. Update: The GM personally called me. She was away for more training and unaware of the difficulties customers were facing. She has made appropriate staffing changes and service continues to improve.

This location's night crew needs looked into. I've been told they could only accept cash one night, another time that they could only do drink orders, once when picking up an order placed on the app at 2:30 am they had switched to the breakfast menu. The menu board showed dinner and the app had breakfast starting at 4am, I asked about this and turns out he lied. Working night shift, food options are very limited, but if you can't staff adequately to be open 24 hours then adjust the hours.

Open 24 hours yet I'm sitting here at 4am for 10 mins and no one has gotten my order through drive through I drove around and looked in the windows lights are on and the menu boards outside are on so clearly they are open yet employees not doing their job
