I
had
ordered
my
food
on
the
mobile
order
app
and
when
I
went
to
go
through
the
drive
thru
I
was
told
they
were
closed
because
their
machines
were
done.
Okay
no
big
deal,
but
no
one
could
answer
anything
about
how
I
should
go
about
getting
my
money
back
because
I
am
not
about
to
buy
food
that
I
won’t
be
receiving.
So
I
parked
to
see
if
I
can
figure
out
the
steps
I
need
to
take
to
get
a
refund,
but
then
I
see
them
ordering
other
people
order
not
even
5
min
later
so
I
call
to
see
if
their
machines
were
running
to
have
them
answer
not
say
anything
for
3
min
and
then
ask
my
name
so
I
tell
them
and
to
have
them
Hang
on
up
on
me.
I
think
this
is
by
far
the
worst
McDonald’s
experience
I
have
ever
had.
I
will
never
come
back
here
again
after
how
I
was
treated.
