Have you heard about a buffet for fried chicken restaurants? There, at 3500 Pinhook Road, lies the last remaining Popeyes buffet. For just $9 (less than the price of a combo meal at some locations), you can eat all the chicken, mashed potatoes, and biscuits you want. Yeah, you heard me right. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation, they stopped servicing and have not opened yet! Popeyes is always my favorite type of fried chicken, also served fried chicken sandwiches. they have a variety of menus. They have great, friendly employees every time I went. The chicken and the sides were hot and just right. I loved my experience and I will be visiting again...

Ordered spicy blackened chicken sandwich, corrected the cashier when she repeated the order back to me and she said classic, and not only did I get the wrong sandwich, but it was rung up wrong, and didn't bring my drink out to me after a 7 minute wait. I threw it away and went to eat elsewhere. This is the second time y'all got it wrong, and there won't be an opportunity for a third. Please do better.

We usually love it but this time I ordered a regular 3 piece legs, fries, and regular red beans and rice for my small kids and when we finally got home we found out we got 2 small red beans and rice and 1 box of 3 really spicy strips and 1 box with 1 spicy strip. I tried to call and the phone is just constantly a busy tone and it's just not worth packing a car full of kids back up in the rain to get it fixed. Super bummed. But at least the young girl working the window was super nice.

Such a terrible location. Food is hit or miss and the service is terrible and any and all points of the day. Writing this at 2 pm while I've been waiting 15 minutes for "fries". *Update* I thought that was the end of it...but i waited over 20 minutes for them to come out AND ASK ME WHAT I ORDERED. In the end, I got an old chicken sandwich with BURNT (yes, burnt) fries. I ordered off the app, mind you, and arrived to no one in line in front of me and was told to pull off while countless people got their food behind me. And they forgot my order

Homeless ppl begging customers for food. Instead of telling them to leave they gave him a broom asked him to sweep the Parkin lot and fed him for working. You don’t see much of this anymore. The team work hard work was visible and heard ms Martha tell her team good job team we doing good multiple times. That is what a manger is suppose to do. Very pleased with my visit here usually not to happy when I leave Popeyes but this one showed me there are still good ppl

*9/23/2022 UPDATE* Yo Lil Dude that’s working the drive thru with the braces, how can someone working the drives thru gets mad when someone requests for BBQ sauce lmao. Man got aggressive when I asked for BBQ sauce.. I mean the food was still good but mans acting as if the BBQ sauce is coming out of his pay check lol…. Why you being stingy with it??

Management needs someone who knows how to lead and direct workers. Come after lunch rush and there’s no tenders at all. No fries at all. People standing around 5 mins after your order saying drop what you need because they don’t have what you’ve ordered on the line. That should be first order of business when you make your order. Quality over quantity.

Keywanna was very helpful with my order of the 8p c family meal which I had forgot to pick something up for my Godchildren. The food was fresh hot and the kids love the food. They ate it all up and will be going back to Popeyes again because of the service and the food.
