I am having a good move in experience. There was a leak under a sink, but they promptly fixed it and I don’t foresee having any issues going forward. … Ms Trudy was very nice and friendly while I was signing the lease agreements, and the other staff Ns Barbie and Ms Yvette have always been friendly and accommodating as well.

Decent complex. Not a lot of drama. Never had issues with the neighbors. Insulation in the walls is kinda thin leading to high electric bills in the summer. And the new electronic gates they installed at the entrance and exit seem to be broken more often than not. But all in all, decent space for the money. Edited to add: the bug man doesn't come as often as he used to, and we have roaches. It isn't due to my own uncleanliness, either. There are 8 units per building that all share walls. If one gets roaches, all 8 get em. And they've added a flat rate for water onto the rent, effectively raising it, and you can't mitigate cost by using less, like you can with electricity. Neighbors are now more noisy and less considerate of others as well. But it's easier to stay here than find other arrangements. And the cost still isn't too bad. Edited to add, it's going downhill fast. Still easier to stay than to move but that's the only reason I'm still here. I'd move out if I could afford it.

Great place to reside! I enjoyed my time at Bayou Oaks and I highly recommend this complex. Any issues I had were resolved right away by the amazing staff. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere!

Recently I had to call on maintenance in the middle of the night & the worker could not have been more kind & professional. At 2:00 a.m.! All my recent dealings with maintenance & management have left me feeling safe & taken care of. All the updates & “extras” of the complex are seen & appreciated!

Love living here! Complex is quiet & peaceful, and the neighbors are very nice. Super friendly & helpful staff… maintenance is very quick to help and solve any issues! The location is absolutely amazing, everything I need is so close!!!

I LOVE this apartment complex! My move in process was so easy and quick that I couldn’t be more excited everyday! They are very nice and helpful with whatever problem or concern you may have and they also have great communication with their residents.

From Day 1 of showing a model unit, I have been extremely pleased! Far exceeded my expectations. Staff is super friendly, maintenance is quick and thorough, grounds are always kept up nice, pool always clean, love the amenities. Upon move in my unit was nicer than I even expected. Truly love living here.
