Lived there for six months there was a shooting twice, so many drug deals happen in broad daylight, my roommates car was broken into 2 times. the water would go off for 6 hours at a time at a time and I had to shower at a GYM!! Also saw a guy walking around with a machete while walking his dog in full black with a mask on. Not only that but there would be random people walking in the parking lot super early in the morning and homeless people everywhere!!!! This is not a safe place to live with kids. I’d recommend sleeping under a bridge then living here.

If you like to live in a neighborhood full of crime and theft then this is the place for you. Can’t tell you how many times I came home to my building surrounded by 20+ police cars. Not to mention my rims and tires got stolen off of my car. Most of the people who live here are not the kind of people that you want to live by or are considerate neighbors at all. The office will never work with you for any reason so you might as well never call them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I lived here for almost 3 years and my neighbors would fight and beat each other senseless in the yard in front of my window almost every day to the point that one of them had to have emergency surgery and the other finally went to jail and nothing was ever done about this either.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. So far I’ve had issues with the washer and dryers either not working or not accepting card payments (which I’ve spoken to management about coin machines and they just keep “fixing” the card machines). And if the card machine magincally DOES work the washer/dryer does not start or starts but is not washing or drying just going through the motions. I’ve had to go to another laundry mat just to get quarters to come back and wash clothes at the laundry mat in the complex that I pay rent at. Second issues is they cut your water off AT LEAST 4 times a month in the middle of the day for hours at a time with no reason on why. They just send an email telling you it will be cut off. Why they do this? Like I said I HAVE NO CLUE! Oh and expect your rent to go up DRASTICALLY after your first lease agreement because they will charge you about 100$ more than you were paying when you moved in!

I’ve lived here for 3 month and every thing went well but these days we are facing with water shoot off about 4-8 hours and several times during the month, they have tried to fix the problem but every week we receive a new Email that we are trying to resolve it and your hot/cold water will be shoot off! I’m really disappointing about maintenance and management of this complex, I gave 2 stars because of its neat club, fitness center and cleaning the pool every day !!

They had water outages probably 4 times a month which were extremely inconvenient. Wouldn’t recommend living here. They also start at a low rent but after about two leases the increases in rent were getting ridiculous. Their maintenance team were prompt though, can’t complain about them.

I was contacted by them a year after moving out with them claiming I owe them almost $300 for damages and wear and tear. I asked for an itemized breakdown and my move-in inspection sheet. They said they would get this to me and then sent my account to collections. Don't hold your breath for your security deposit back.

Generally speaking the apartments are in fair condition. The upgraded ones are better. What brings down the rating for the place is poor management. They don't care about the residents, and can make your life there miserable. They act like they are the owners and not Wampold who are the actual owners. Then again management can only be a reflection of the company

Office staff is friendly. Maintenance was always same day service whenever something needed to be repaired. Was there for over 3 years because it was fair-priced for it's convenient location on the Southside of Lafayette. Alex King helped me find the perfect unit when I moved in, and I'm glad she was the one I handed my keys to on the way out. They're lucky to have an employee like her. Joshua Alesi
