    I have gluten sensitivity and usually order a salad and gluten free sandwich. Without a doubt 3/4 times I haven’t received my bun. I understand that it’s really hard nowadays working in food. You guys are killing it otherwise. Just sad. I love the friendliness and speed. Thank you for all you do.

    For the very first time ever, my order was wrong. The mistake was made at this new location. I’ve always bragged on Chick Fil A and their ability to stay on top of everything but this was a bummer.

    My sandwhich was not in the bag and they refused to help me and put it on door dash. About a month ago we had to return food because there was a bug in it. We got that through the drive through. Each time the customer service was terrible. Chic-fil-a is my favorite place to eat but I will never return to the 38 and creasy location which is sad because it is much closer to my home. I hope they get it sorted out because we have been waiting on this new location.

    I like the layout of the restaurant, and the tables and the lighting all look really interesting, the service was fast, which is good, I think the portion size of the meal I had which was basically chicken strips, could have been a little bit better for the price of $11 also not a fan of the waffle fries, I think Chick-fil-A could offer better sides, however that is nothing personal against this location that is just my honest opinion, the parking lot is huge and the drive-thru is really long, which I think is beneficial considering the sister location is always jam-packed and you can't get into the parking lot to dine in some days because of the drive-thru been so long, plus this location doesn't have all the barricades like the sister location has, I think the robotic trash can is a little bit extreme, but interesting overall not a bad experience for my first time at this location

    Had a drive through order, got home, sandwich wasn’t in the bag. Called to get a refund, can’t get a refund over the phone. Manager didn’t even come to the counter knowing I would show up to get my refund. Didn’t even get a voucher or anything. Service is definitely a 0/10 and I will never be going here again.

    The outside layout of the new Chick-fil-A is SO much better. There is plenty of parking, clear directions and overall much more straightforward and less crowded. We had excellent service with the Mobile Thru and even had someone run after us to make sure we didn't leave our second bag of food.
