Well the new place is doing well i see. Its a DD what more does anyone expect, free coffee and breakfast sandwiches.. serioulsy expect the newbie experience here. Same DD coffee and food, give this place a little time and you will have a better experience. Maybe when the grass grows outside the grass will be greener on the inside, until then stop by and enjoy yourself free wi-fi and hot coffee.

Place is clean! People are nice! Food was good, made well and quick! Bathrooms were clean. Been awhile since I had a good experience at Dunkin snd much needed after a 12 hour drive. 😊

Went through the drive-through for the new tomato pesto grilled cheese. When I bit into the grilled cheese sandwich I realized that the paper that went between slices of cheese was on my sandwich. I went back and told whoever was working they offer me a free drink while I wait for a new sandwich to be made. I respectfully decline as I don’t really drink coffee nor do I drink specialty drinks. I finally got acknowledgment and an apology from the person that remade my sandwich however they didn’t really seem to care about their mistake beyond their own embarrassment. Made correctly, the sandwich is pretty good and I CAN say that the customer service at this location has improved drastically since they first opened.

Stopped here to get out of the nasty storm that blew through here around 6:15 on 8-5-23. The young lady was a sweet and could be and told us to be safe out there. Really made our day.

Didn't care for the donuts I selected, and the cold brew was not really good either. I'm guessing it was an off day for me. Side from that, it was good.

Server was great and polite. She even swapped a drink my daughter bought and did not like.

The donuts were dry, the employee got mad cause he had to make more coffee. Due to the attitude the employees had( one of them a manager) made the visit so bad I have not been back there. I go by there every time I leave my house and remember how bad my experience was that I have no desire to go back.

The staff acted like having a customer was an inconvenience to them. The tables were very sticky, The food tasted like it was fake. They have good hot chocolate but that's really all that was good about our experience.

Friendly staff. My mobile ordered drink is always ready when I arrive (approximately 5 minutes after placing and leaving home). Would like to see more sugar free syrup variety (but that’s a problem with all coffee shops).

Might want to make sure anyone who who is working the mic that they treat the customer with respect. I just went through the drive thru and 2 people said something and I didn't understand so I said huh and the guy precedes to say how 👏 may 👏I 👏help 👏you 👏slowly. I'm like you don't have to talk to me like I'm stupid and he just laughed. He could just have repeated himself normal. So I just left without my coffee.
