Beautiful and clean hotel. 3rd time we stayed here and it's always been great ! Customer service was awesome and breakfast was also very good. Outback Steakhouse is right next to the hotel. That's a huge plus. Love their bread and everything else they serve. So, book a night or 2; u will not regret it ! The pool is small but nice. Kinda sad it was a little too chilly to lay out and swim. Oh well, next time.

I stayed there just for a night with friends. Unfortunately the room was not completely clean/ready (we did a late check in). And it was late at night so no one was available to clean the room nor was any other similar rooms available (suite with sofa bed). After emailing the GM they made things right after check out. Room was really nice, hotel is updated and modern. Beds were comfortable. Room was good sized. Sofa bed was nice - not the one with bars but a flat surface. Room had microwave, fridge, etc. We had a river view.

I was there 6 weeks as a travel nurse. The staff is amazing. I wanted for nothing. My room was always clean. Each employee was kind and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel!!

We used to love coming here, but we have a small dog less than 4lbs..she is fully trained and a service animal.. Since the new company took over, this company is charging $150.00 for a non-refundable fee per pet, Per room.. That is entirely too much.. most hotels in Lafayette are 20.00 to 50.00 refundable at end of stay.. However, if you don't have a pet, the staff here are super friendly, very professional, they treat everyone like fmly. The house keepers all love their job, They really clean the rooms extremely good. The beds are super comfy. The breakfast is really really good. The pool is always clean. The maintenance man is always available and on top of his job..he is very nice..and works great.. This hotel is following all guidelines for covid.

After a bad experience w Hilton (advertised pool) & they were actually redoing pool area for more business space. As fast as we got there w a 4 yr old expecting a pool....We left and got out $$ back. We found your hotel w a pool and hot tub! Our experience and stay was AMAZING! Even had a very nice breakfast before heading home! Thank you from my family to yours.

Recommend calling before you go to make sure there is not a party at the pool. There was 24+ people located at the pool. Lady at the front desk knew these people. It was very evident people at the pool were not paying customers. Brought this to the attention of the Manager, she did not acknowledge this did not meet the expectation of a paying customer (me). Therefore I will find another Hotel in town to make for our Family Pool trips…aka paying customer.

I accidentally left an expensive pair of headphones in the room, when called and asked about said head phones I get the walk around of yeah no they aren't here. Like where did they go? I could tell you exactly where they were left. So long story short, watch out they will take anything you forget and lie to your face when u ask about your belongings.

Don’t know enough to determine if this is a great location but didn’t see a lot of nearby food options for us foodies here for the Lao New Year! Great budget stay that is newer, clean and space for a group of 4 and 1 child. Staff was great and the included breakfast was actually decent!

Good hotel and good people. It would be nice to have larger TV's in the rooms.

Crisp clean rooms that are open and spacious. The whole experience was great! From the nice staff to the great rooms and pricing. Great place to stay with loads of amenities!

Management was very responsive. I asked for a little help with the TV. They followed me to the room and took care of it quickly. My kids were ready for bed . We only watch TV at bedtime.

Great hotel, great location! Many food options and retail stores nearby. The room was clean and very comfortable. They had a microwave and a dorm sized refrigerator. Our room had a nice view over looking the river. The free breakfast in the morning had many choices and was delicious.

In town for a soccer tournament. The hotel was perfect and the rooms were very nice. Breakfast was good and stayed stocked with heavy traffic.

Rooms were ok could be cleaner and maintenance could step their game up. The hot tub was broken and the chems were off also exterior needs cleaning. ( from a facilities manager)

Met a friend here we came into town from Arizona had breakfast in the lobby and a friendly staff that actually engaged us and was actually concerned with if we are enjoying ourselves and if he enjoyed his stay

I stay in this hotel quite often due to business travel. The rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable and nice. The manager and all the staffs are very attentive, friendly and helpful!! The breakfast buffets have lots of items to choose from. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, 5/5 star experience.

We stayed here for a night after a long drive. Building is quite old but they have kept it quite clean. Great hot breakfast and friendly, kind staff.

This place was nice. The guy in charge of the pool keeps a fantastically clean pool and hot tub!! He told me his name and I didn’t write it down. However, it’s one of the cleanest hot tubs I’ve ever been in. I’ll definitely be going back to this one!!!

I enjoyed the older layout of the rooms, but they didn't feel sparkly clean. Front desk staff was adept at his job but bordered on snarky/sarcastic when I was trying to make conversation.

Friendly check in and a reasonable mid teir hotel. Suite layout was cramped with a pretty useless kitchenette. Rowdy pool crowd, but was comfy
