I'm now a returning customer who always has the best experience 👌 Top food, service and atmosphere. It'll always be my No 1 choice when I visit Lagos 🤗👌 My absolute favourite is the home style prawns with those heavenly potatoes 🤤👌🤌 also cataplana is top quality and so delicious, highly recommend to try. Compliments to the chef, and I feel lucky to be able to visit this place every year 😊👏

I will never be able to describe the love I feel towards this restaurant. By far the best I have eaten on the entire planet. A beautiful and warmhearted family doing all their best every day to fill our stomachs with delicious high quality food. You get so much more than what you pay for - huge portions and a beautiful atmosphere. Best Cataplana on earth! Thank you <3 A tip: make sure to go there once the restaurant opens to put your name on the wait list - especially during summer.

It’s a small family run restaurant. Everyday long queue till the restaurant is closed. So crazy.. need reservation ! Food is definitely amazing . The Cataplana is amazing !! ( my cataplana is a bit different as you see on my photo , because I requested not put the cream )And steak is big and delicious. And Definitely need to order with the rice. Their rice is mix with herbs and garlic . I have service from Hugo (the younger son of the restaurant ), he is very funny and I love his service ! The father is the only main chef , he cooked the whole night for the customers. Amazing . I want to say that even he is only the chef, service is quick

I went there for the first time in September and absolutely loved it. This is a small family-run restaurant that serve authentic Portuguese meals. There is nothing better to truly experience Lagos! A must! We shared the cataplana, their specialty, and it was absolutely delicious. The service is also great as they really take the time to explain their menu and make sure you are enjoying your night. I would recommend making a reservation, but we were really lucky and were sat down at a table within 5 minutes of our arrival, without a reservation. However, it was 7h30 pm and we were told it was really rare that they could do that.

We had the steak and the prawn special. Both were very big portions with amazing flavour. Best meal we had in Lagos. We walked past at 6pm and asked for a same-night booking, and were told to put our name down and come back at 9. There were still a lot of walkins waited to be seated when we got there at 9 - this restaurant is very in demand, try and reserve if possible!

Fantastic food and warm, friendly service. We arrived early and beat the rush, by 7pm people were queueing for an hour, to get a table. This is a small, lively restaurant and volumes can rise (especially if you have a table of loud Americans, as we did.) Joking aside, highly recommend a visit.

This place was a dream. Our group discovered this place on our last day in Lagos and knew we had to try this place based on the reviews. Highly recommend making reservations in advance, however so thankful they were able to seat our group of 8. We did have to wait over an hour, but was totally worth it. The Cataplana was like nothing we have ever tasted before. Amazing dish. What makes this place even more special is that is it family owned, and you can physically feel the love in this restaurant lol. Hugo, our waiter, was the best. Overall this place is 5 stars and more!

Not worth the hype and wouldn't go back. Went in Aug, waited for a table for two hours and although portions are huge and the staff are lovely, the seafood itself wasn't fresh and didn't taste of anything - it seemed frozen and/or microwaved. We had squid, and cataplana with clams/prawns - sauce was delicious, but you know there's an issue when the best thing you order at a seafood restaurant ends up being the pork. Pretty disappointed.
