Best holiday resort I have visited! Location is top and quality is not matchable by anywhere I have visited! Everything is within walking distance. Will define be back again

Wonderful condo. The staff are very friendly and efficient. If you stay more than a week housekeeping is provided 2 times a week. They have been by more frequently. The room is kept spotlessly clean. It is a well-furnished condo and the kitchen has high quality appliances, dishes and utensils. They even have a washing machine. The condo is spacious and it is in a quiet location. The patios are large and well furnished. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. 2 pools but one is closed during off season. It is walking distance to Luz where there are restaurants and shops. The restaurant on site Alloro is excellent as is Ondaluz – up from the resort. The only downside would be the underground parking. There is a very steep slope to get into the parking garage. The driveway into the garage is only about 10 ft. wide and there are large concrete walls on each side. It would be difficult with manual transmission. Once inside the garage you have to negotiate concrete pillars to access your parking space. It is a lovely resort and we would highly recommend

We loved this place 3 years ago. Sadly, our last stay this past week in August was not enjoyable. We arrived to find the 2-bedroom pool side villa we booked was actually a one bedroom with a loft upstairs (no door to the room), and there were stairs needed to get into the unit. As my wife is 6 months pregnant she struggles with stairs and the pictures of the unit didn’t show stairs required to get in and additional stairs in the place. When I told the man at check in we needed a proper two bedrooms without stairs, he stated our unit has “2 rooms” so it’s a 2 bedroom. They were less than helpful, rude, and could not find another place for our two week stay. (Note: when I called again a week later, the woman who assisted us was empathetic though also couldn’t help so maybe it was just that man?) This caused a lot of pain for my wife over the two week stay. The place was also just much smaller than the one bedroom and other two bedroom in our parties booking (though there’s weren’t pool side) and just not enjoyable. The balcony was super small and had a/c unit fans blowing on both ends. If you end up going here push hard to ask about: 1/ Are there required stairs for the unit and any accessibility concerns you may have 2/ Does the unit have physical doors or is it a loft? Remember they may tell you a unit is a two bedroom even though it’s a one bedroom with an upstairs room without a door (a loft) 3/ Ask for a floor plan to see the size 4/ Routinely call to remind them about getting your room cleaned. They skipped ours and did it late in the eve until I called to remind them 5/ Generally avoid the 2-bedroom pool side villas. They are not worth the location for the small space. We loved our previous stay that was not pool side and this stay ruins that experience. We won’t be coming back after this experience.

Just stayed a week here for the first time. Lovely complex clean and well kept gardens. Arrived a few hours before check in time but room was ready fabulous service. Two bedroom apartment was amazing bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful and living kitchen and balcony all spacious and modern. Swimming pool area perfect three pools adults over 16. Pool for families and games and a baby toddler paddling pool. Bar and lunch cafe great staff food and drink all at reasonable prices. Will defo return next time

The room was great, fully equipped and very big, the service was also great and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The pools are very nice and the beach too, although the walk to the beach was a bit longer than we had expected, it was fine as you could walk thru the town and enjoy an ice cream on the way back. Would absolutely recommend!

What a wonderful place! Such a beautiful location. Will definitely stay here again and visit this little town again ASAP!

Very comfortable resort, spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice big pool, good restaurant.
