The food and the staff were amazing. The place itself had a great vibe. We ordered chicken enchiladas and a customized burrito bowl with beers. The portions were good and the drinks and the food were served quickly. We loved the flavor and freshness of every ingredient on the plate.

Lovely little place with Mexican atmosphere. We got there before 5pm so they were only doing take out. I got a burrito bowl and selected ingredients myself - even though they forgot to add two of them, it was really tasty bowl. And my margarita was super nice too. The staff is really nice and friendly.

Beats and Burritos has a very nice concept where you have a sheet of paper and you can choose all your dishes and drinks - its a nice idea. The food was delicious so as the waitress. All over the walls of the resteraunt are hanging beautiful napkins from the guests.

Nice place with good food and fun/chilled atmosphere. The bowls are good, and the burritos are very well served, but the nachos stole the night. Service was super helpful and friendly. If u are looking for something safe, different, and delicious, go here!

Completely customisable burritos, bowls etc! Lots of veggie/ vegan options. You get a piece of paper and can tick what items you’d like in your burrito. Great food and fab portions. Lovely staff:) The place is covered in drawings on napkins customers have left and makes a great activity for whilst enjoying your food! You can then tape the napkin/ drawing to the wall after and leave it there! - as you can see in the photo. Would highly recommend.

Sharing a glorious review for a place with amazing food and ambience. Must visit! The drinks are made with your need in mind and I had a great margarita after a long time. The quantity is no joke! Will visit again during my stay in Lagos!

The name of this place makes a lot of sense once you are there. Their soundtrack is one of the best I have heard at a restaurant. Really upbeat playlist. The food was also delicious and very filling. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious!!!! Every vegetarian/vegan dream! Make your own taco with the most delicious and fresh ingredients. You need to open a shop in Berlin pleaseeeeee!! Nothing compares to these tacos man 😍 I will miss this place. The staff is so friendly as well 🥺

Nachos were good love the fluffy chips and meat was tasty cheese was a little cold. Salad bowl was meh, burritos too shells smell good but toppings were okay, I guess I’m spoiled with all the great variety of Mexican places in the States. Service was super slow, make sure to order extra water it will not be refilled or they won’t stop by to refill, they were busy when we ordered but we were probably the last ones there for the night and i wish they wouldn’t have taken us for a table as it seemed they didn’t care and took so long for our food even when there were like 3 tables there. I don’t understand the hype but I’d return for the nachos. Also very hot inside, if you don’t mind sweating while you eat. Decor was nice.

I went here twice in my 8 day vacation in Portugal! As a vegetarian, I was so happy with the selection in Lagos in general but this restaurant was my favourite. I loved how I was able to select all my ingredients, base and sauces for the bowl. It’s the coolest thing to have all the hand drawn images by the customers - such a creative touch, it also inspired me to make my own! Lastly, their fresh orange juice was divine!

We may have just been hungry but we loved this little spot. If you are staying in Lagos, want something quick with a traditional Mexican flair…this is your spot. It’s down an adorable street that we recommend exploring! Park above in the parking garage and go for a stroll. Spicy Bean Dip: Perfect Flavor Nachos: These are not traditional American nachos. Add cheese and other toppings! Basically just chips and salsas. But the salsas were amazing. Burritos: A huge portion with great flavors! The service was great and we even went back again for the mini quesadillas which were great. Best food on earth? No. But a GREAT spot at a great price.

I had the vegetable enchiladas which was a big serving and nicely presented. Probably not hot enough though for me as by the time you got halfway through the first one, it was lukewarm. Not sure what all the vegetables were but too much beetroot(?). Had to chase my order up as it was taking ages( 1/2 hr), & there was a mixup with 2 of the other orders. However I was offered the homemade smoky Chipotle sauce in addition to the box of sauces on the table. I had the mint iced tea, but it was so pale I don't think there was tea in it, just water and mint and lots of ice for €3. I enjoyed the music, the decor. It is hot though as no windows open.

We ordered the large nachos, they only come as chips so we added the melted cheese, jalapeños, and beef chilli. They were just average and won’t be going back for them. The build your own burrito/tacos/bowls looked like a better option. Most things are at an additional cost so keep your eye out for that. The vibe of the restaurant is nice, you can doodle on your napkin and put it up on the wall. If you want water I would advise to not order it for €1.50 as there is a jug of water in the middle of the restaurant that is available for anyone. No one really advises you of that and only noticed when I saw people going up.

I went here for a Chicken Quesidilla and a Chicken Enchilada and I was delightfully surprised of the atmosphere in the building, some music, beautiful drawings on the walls and just a friendly waiter. I loved how they had sparkling water to drink, it’s my favourite. The food was tasty but the chicken quesadillas was lacking cheese and it could have used some sauce in it. Overall the experience was great, would come again.

If you are in Lagos DONT miss this place. We’ve tried Mexican food in over 10 countries and this is by far the BEST. Strongly recommend this place. We ordered - 1. Mini quesadillas as starters - just okay, would skip it, it’s plain cheese stuffing. Very basic. 2. Vegetarian enchiladas- oh my god they were MIND BLOWING. never had such enchiladas ever. MUST MUST try 3. DIY vegetarian burrito bowl with chickpea and halloumi - amazing ! Just a little low on salt as per our taste but we added that on top and it was amazing Their mango salsa is amazing! One amazing thing and rare in Europe is free drinking water which we love haha! MUST DO IN LAGOS!

We stopped here for a delicious lunch. The service was fast and friendly and the food was great. They have a number of gluten free options. A nice alternative to the many traditional Portuguese meals we had while on holiday.

Absolutely hands down the best burrito I've ever had. The place is nice and the music is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food service is excellent and very quick. The beef meat in the burrito was outstanding, the whole thing was mouthwatering. I highly recommend planning a dinner here if you are coming to Lagos. Just one thing to keep in mind is that you can only pay in cash, but they do have a notice before going in :)

We have been here several times and everything was extremely delicious - there are many glutenfree options like (vegan or beef) chili, nachos with cheese and salsa, bowls and dessert. I haven't had any problems although being a symptomatic celiac.

Beats & Burritos is by far the best place to eat in Lagos!!!!! We stayed in Lagos for 5 days & the food we came across was ok until our last night when we ate at this welcoming small taco place. The food was delicious, service was great and loved looking at the artwork previous customers left behind on napkins! This is the place to go & you will not be disappointed.

Easily the most convenient choice if you’re an vegetarian like me. We ordered a build your own burrito and bowl (loved the variety of things that I can put in there!), an organic soda, lemon ice tea and the vegan brownie with ice cream. Note : the brownie also comes with berry compote which I am personally very picky about - that did bring my experience down a bit but the ice cream was very good (and from the looks of it, was made from actually vanilla seeds and not just flavoring).

The beef burrito was incredible. Such amazing flavors and you get so much on it. Was well priced and good service. Loved the little touch of homemade mango chutney too!

Fresh, delicious, easy meal - lots of vegan and meat options and range of drinks. We had the key lime pie for dessert and it was 10/10! Awesome atmosphere too. Would highly recommend.

The dinner was absolutely lovely and filling! The staff was extremely friendly and nice! Price were reasonable, except for a lemon vegan cheesecake which was a bit overpriced and not the best one I have eaten either. Otherwise if you are looking for good veggie options this is the place to go :).

Greta vegan options and portion sizes. The vegan enchiladas were wholesome with the mushroom filling. Tacos with chickpeas were a hit and flavorful. Kids had the burritos and raved about it. The icing was the vegan chocolate cake. The sitting in the restaurant is not too comfy though and we had to be a bit uncomfortable all along. Overall the food is awesome!!

The best Mexican food in Lagos. Nice atmosphere, great service and fantastic food. The Vegan Enchiladas and Fresh Vegan Bowl were good, the burritos were even better and the tacos with meatless meat and vegan feta were not from this planet. Absolutely go there!

Really good restaurant. Food is delicious here, staff are lovely. It is a little bit crowded, I have to wait for 20 minutes to get a seat. So, be prepared for that.

Despite the seating being open only from 4pm and the place being far from our place it's a 5 star. Irrespective of where you are in Algarve you must try this food. It's simply awesome at an amazing price. The quantity and quality are simply amazing. The beef was amazing. Their box has rice , salad as basic options and you build your own menu on that. Must have beef, the best I ever had.
