This
hotel
is
an
American
style
golf
resort
populated
by
nice
expensive
homes
for
full
time
residents,
and
townhomes
for
guests.
While
the
townhomes
are
nice
(apart
from
the
poor
internet
connection
and
minor
plumbing
issues),
the
wall
shared
with
the
other
unit
is
ridiculously
thin.
As
such,
if
you're
on
a
family
vacation
and
you
would
like
to
get
some
sleep
at
night,
you
had
better
hope
that
your
neighbors
are
up
to
the
same.
If
not,
their
partying
will
be
your
partying,
as
it
will
literally
feel
like
they
are
in
your
living
room.
We
lost
many
hours
of
sleep
due
to
this,
which
is
not
great
when
you're
on
vacation.
But
the
biggest
beef
I
have
is
an
altogether
different
one.
When
I
booked,
I
was
lured
by
the
name
amenities
splashed
all
over
the
property
description.
Things
like
indoor
and
outdoor
pools,
football
field,
tennis,
archery,
gyms,
etc.
Well,
it
turns
out
that
these
facilities
are
either
not
there
(like
archery),
only
available
for
extra
fees
(like
one
hour
at
the
indoor
pool
for
6
euros
a
head,
and
by
reservation),
or
they
are
being
rented
to
private
companies
for
extra
profit,
thereby
being
unavailable
to
the
guests.
For
example,
the
football
field,
which
my
son
and
I
wanted
to
use,
was
taken
by
outside
people
for
the
entire
morning
we
went,
so
we
could
not
play
at
all.
This
sort
of
double
dipping
at
the
expense
of
paying
guests
is
as
upsetting
as
the
smug
responses
I
received
when
I
brought
my
disappointment
to
the
staff.
Along
with
the
total
lack
of
privacy
and
quiet
as
per
above,
we
are
not
coming
back.
