This is BY FAR THE WORST, MOST DISORGANISED Burger 'king' on planet earth. I ordered 3 things; a chicken burger, a cheeseburger & 5 nuggets. There were only 3 customers in the store before me. It took literally 38 minutes to get these 3 things. People that came in after me got fed up with waiting & asked for a refund, said they would go to Mcdonalds instead. The supposed manageress does not have a clue. She saw customers waiting for ages but still didn't hesitate to stand there in front of angry customers & check her phone! It literally would've been quicker to go go shopping, buy the ingredients & cook these things myself - this is NOT a fast food restaurant. It is a very slow brain dump. It's a disgrace to Lagos. I intend to speak with the Mayor of Lagos, suggest the licence is revoked. Clearly, with so many 1 star reviews this place should be closed down.

The self service machines have different prices to the regular menu for the same products. It was ridiculously crowded/busy. I appreciate this isn't the owners fault, but it still shouldn't take 23 minutes to get a basic chicken burger to a customer. It would've been quicker to make my own.

This is the worst Burger King ever I have visited in all countries. Waited 45 mins for my food and the food was all cold. Service is unbelievably poor, when you want to check your order, the staff will even talk about you in Portuguese and they just ignore you requesting to see the manager! This is a pity for such a strong international brand to have such services and people! Destroying their reputation! Will never visit again

Possibly the worst Burger King/ Fast food place ever. Had to repeat my order of a singles Big King XXL meal 4 times at the intercom. Asked to move forward to the window had to repeat my order again. Still didn't understand what i was trying to order let alone what is on their own menu. He asked a female manager to come listen to me I asked again for a Big King XXL and she simply walked away from the take away window with no response. The most unfriendly staff (13/03/2023) 8:10pm. Avoid at all costs

The worst experience at a Burger King, one hour waiting for our order and they told us it was lost and didn't start to prepare it, only speaking to us in portuguese and shouting between the workers at the end we had to ask for a refund because they didn't do anything for us to eat. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

What is it with this restaurant? It' chaos and dirty! I was in Lagos for 2 weeks (december 2022) and ate there five times. (Lunch, snack, dinner) Ok we are in Portugal but if you cannot take an order in english please don't work there and if you do please stay friendly, even if you are beautiful girl and learn to count to ten in english and put some effort in your work. The toilets and also the restaurant are filthy at 20u30 don't try to say something about it because they are not friendly! They were even more friendly to the local bumb than to me?? Is he still there? And I also smoke but don't smoke in front of the restaurant!!! And that time I ordered a Big King? That wasn't a Big King!

Easily the WORST Burger King on earth. They screw up EVERY order - eg. adding bacon to my vegetarian burger. Their restaurant is absolute chaos. It’s filthy and the staff are clueless.

Rude slow and dusorganised stuff, average food, far from city centre

A disappointment. Ordered 2 whoppers both came without tomatoes. When asked was told the ran out of tomatoes. The restaurant is attached to a supermarket. The soda fountain was out of ice and the sprite tasted funky like the fountain hadn't been properly cleaned. Overall would recommend you avoid this place. Walk 10 meters to the intermarche. They have a cafeteria there.
