I
fully
agree
with
this
review.
Today
the
exact
same
thing
happened
to
me...
I
proceed
to
copy
it:
Today
I
went
to
my
appointment
as
scheduled.
After
waiting
for
40
minutes
in
the
waiting
room
and
seeing
that
all
the
people
waiting
there
were
coming
in
as
they
were
called
(even
those
who
arrived
later
than
me)
I
made
the
decision
to
leave.
My
time
is
just
as
valuable
as
yours
or
other
patients',
not
to
mention
that
I
have
taken
a
trip
and
spent
money
on
parking
for
nothing.
If
this
is
the
deal
before
even
becoming
a
customer,
I
don't
want
to
imagine
what
it
will
be
like
after.
There
are
many
clinics
in
Madrid.
Don't
waste
your
time
on
this
one.
Now
I
return
with
my
experience:
In
addition
to
this,
I
asked
twice
before
leaving
if
the
doctor
was
going
to
be
late,
20
minutes
after
my
appointment
and
they
told
me,
no,
you
are
next...
after
another
20
minutes
I
asked
again
and
they
told
me,
now
the
dr
is
with
another
patient
and
then
has
to
see
a
patient
whose
stitches
have
come
out...
so
you
will
have
to
wait
25
more
minutes...
that
is
to
say
in
total
65
minutes
of
delay,
and
all
this,
because
I
ask
(no
one
worthy
to
report
that
there
will
be
a
significant
delay).
After
I
find
out
that
it's
going
to
take
so
long,
I
tell
them,
I
have
to
go
somewhere
else,
they're
waiting
for
me
and
I'll
come
back...
and
there
they
tell
me...
but
don't
arrive
later
than
8:10
p.m.,
the
doctor
has
to
leave
and
it
won't
work
for
you.
to
attend.
I
have
said
and
I
have
thought,
how
little
consideration
these
people/company
have
that
they
do
not
even
say,
yes,
excuse
me...
don't
worry,
the
doctor
is
waiting
for
you.
In
short,
a
waste
of
time/money/health.
