Muy buenas instalaciones pero mala experiencia en el tratamiento de las arañas vasculares con el Doctor David Fernandez. Recién acabado el tratamiento y viendo que todavía quedan zonas que no están bien, voy a consulta y su opinión es que irán desapareciendo pero por otro lado me ofrece hacerme una sesión de mantenimiento, pagándola, claro está. Me ha parecido muy poco profesional. No recomendaré este centro a nadie y si tengo que seguir haciéndome algún tratamiento iré a otra clínica, en Madrid hay muchas. Los precios de esta clínica son bastante elevados y en mi caso no se han cumplido los resultados prometidos.

Muy mala experiencia en cuanto al láser para manchas. Además de no quitarse se hizo una quemadura una costra y quedó peor la zona siendo esta de la cara . Cambiar el tipo de láser más agresivo para intentarlo sin avisarme y me quedo peor además de ser mucho más doloroso. Poca preocupación por el paciente ha habido días que he tenido que esperar hasta 2 horas y otros me cambiaban la cita de la mañana a la tarde siendo de fuera de Madrid y teniendo que pasar allí todo el día . Además de además de todo esto había alguna vez en la que no estaba el médico con el que se había contratado y te cogía otra doctora que no sabía el problema con el que ibas a la clínica por lo tanto un auténtico desastre. Y estamos hablando de un tratamiento que cuesta un dinero como para que estén pendientes del paciente y de sus resultado .

Fui pensando que sería una buena opción tratarme ahí pero, no. Me atendió la Dra Juanes. La primera vez muy amable, en teoría con la primera sesión, por cierto bastante costosa, sería suficiente… pero no, fueron 4 más, cada vez la atención era más express, parecía como un sitio de comida rápida . Cuando preguntaba porque me había surgido ese problema dermatológico no había una explicación concreta o que me intentara explicar o algo. La última vez fue la gota que colmó el vaso, cuando ya me estaba terminando de atender le dije que sentía que tenía unos problemas más en otra zona de la piel y cuando se los quería enseñar desde la puerta (imaginad que vista) me dijo que no había nada. Y para rematar, la receta no lo entendían los de la farmacia, llamé y se me dijeron que se pondría en contacto conmigo pues no! Paso más de una semana y volví a llamar luego se equivocaron porque me dieron una crema que ya tenía pero no la pastilla que pregunté y cuando aumento el problema y se me extendió ! me dieron cita para más de 3 semanas! Y cuando pedí con otro doctor o doctora ya que yo pagaba mi dinero cuando iba, me dijeron que no era posible. Que solo podía atenderle con ella por política del sitio. En conclusión me he cambiado de clínica a otro lugar y la diferencia es bastante grande

Estoy en atención con el Dr. Pedro Villas Boas y aseguro que hace magia. Muy recomendable la atención de todas las profesionales del IML, la predisposición que tienen por ayudar es buenísima. Aroa la asesora del Dr, esta pendiente del proceso. Solo llevo una sesión para eliminar una cicatriz hundida producida por un herpes en el labio. Actualizaré el comentario cuando acabe las 4 sesiones, pero el cambio ya es alucinante y eso que esta curando.

Me vendieron un láser que eliminaba “casi por completo” las estrías blancas, porque ya sabemos que del todo no se van a quitar. El médico que me atendió (el cual a los dos meses ya no estaba) me garantizó que se me iban a disimular muchísimo. Pagué los 1200€ por el tratamiento el cual nunca funcionó. Llamé para a otra cita de valoración y que compararan las fotos que me hicieron al principio con las actuales (no hay diferencia ninguna), con otro doctor claro, y me dijo que me darían una sesión más. Sigo teniendo la mismas estrías y 1200€ menos en la cuenta. Una estafa.

Me opero en 9 días y la verdad es que no puedo estar más tranquila y más feliz. En cuanto conocí a la doctora Gloria y la enfermera Elena no tuve dudas de elegir un sitio mejor, son un encanto y explican todo con mucho detalle resolviendo todas las dudas posibles, son unas expertas! Y Belén también, me dio muchas facilidades e información para concretar la fecha de la operación y los métodos de pago. Todo el equipo son un encanto y unos profesionales. Deseando que llegue el día!

Llevo años haciéndome la depilación láser aquí (diferentes zonas) y siempre salgo encantada. Por el edificio que es precioso, el trato de todo el personal y los resultados obtenidos. Cuando me hace el láser Teresa me encanta porque me explica todo muy bien, está pendiente en todo momento de cómo estoy, me aconseja cuándo volver, que hacer antes de venir y si realmente me hace o no falta hacerme una zona para la que ya tenía cita. Cuando veo que me ha tocado con ella sé que va a ser rápida y muy eficiente. Se aparca bastante mal por la zona pero hay parkings públicos cerca.

Estoy realizando tratamiento de varices con el Dr. Fernández Caballero y estoy encantada. Tras las buenas reseñas que encontré del Doctor decidí a hacérmelo en IML y desde la primera visita el trato ha sido muy cercano y me dio la confianza de que me ponía en buenas manos. Además, Aroa, de atención al paciente, es encantadora y ha estado dispuesta en todo momento a resolver las dudas que me surgieran. Los dos son unos grandes profesionales. Ahora estoy con los primeras sesiones y ya se están viendo los buenos resultados, no dudo que me irá genial!

Elegí el IML para hacerme la depilación láser de las axilas y el resultado fue tan estupendo que, poco tiempo después decidí hacerme también las piernas. El hecho de que cuentes siempre con la supervisión de personal médico me da mucha confianza y las personas que realizan el tratamiento - la última vez me atendió Belén Navarro- son también excelentes profesionales y de trato encantador.

Hice una elevada inversión hace años y contraté muchas de sesiones para el láser para la depilación en el que me dijeron que me cubría los repasos que me tuviera que hacer con los años,asegurándote así el pack según ellos más económico y así no tendría que preocuparme.
