Most of the sales staff were professional, motivated and encouraged buyers by showing more options than one planned that would be 5 stars. Though payment collection responsibility is given to an undeserving staff named Ankit Arora, who would prefer solving his personal jokes with the security guard in middle of billing the customer. Specifies an amount to be paid, when customer extends his hand with the cash he refuses to take it and asks for the phone number instead, finally after a disrespectful treatment instructs the salesman to squeeze the products into an undersized and unsuitable carry bag though the salesman selected the correct size initially. Worst experience in a levis store out of all the stores visited globally was at this outlet.

Our experience at this store was quite pleasant. The attitude of their staff is positive. Levi's is a world renown brand and one is likely to find cloths (especially jeans) of high quality.

Please don't ever visit this outlet at Saket mall, unless you want to get insulted, humiliated and feel degraded, by the sales guys in this shop. The most useless outlet by Levi's. Wake up, Levi's....if you don't take some action against these guys, you'll lose your loyal customers.

The attending employees were polite and they maintained good hygiene. The hands were mandatory to be sanitized before entering and the collection was up to date except some stuff which hadn't yet arrived.

All the denim here is extremely good. The fabric is strong, they look and fit good. Almost all sizes available. The environment is great too

Super store is the only way to describe it. It has two huge floors where men's section is on the first floor to make the shopping convenient. As usual Levis is Levi's, great jeans collection with premium pricing but definitely worth it. Always look out for sale offers.
