Cheated. Totally non sense. I had to change my review as I realized that they have sold me a product worth 14k in 20k. I called the helpline, and no one was picking up the phone. How can a product of 2.56 gm with 91.6 % purity cost 20k?

They are making fool of customers. Selling 18 karat gold as 22 Karat but when you sell back they say it is 18 Karat and they will not accept. They will say that it is imported design and making charges are high so the rate is equal to 22 Karat. Totally making fraud. I will suggest to go to Tanishq or PC jwellers they may take more making charge but will provide right product. I was customer of Amba jwellers ,Lajpat Nagar for last 10 Years but they cheated us. we bought 22ct gold set from them , I went to manhood to paw the same , they told me it's 18ct and not 22ct. when I went back to ambala jewellersthey refused to accept it's there set and started asking invoice which they never give. they are cheaters don't be fool by them.

Staff is good at Amba Jewellers. I have been attended by Mrs Sonia she is very polite and good at her work.The Owner of the Showroom is very humble. They have huge number of designs.

The show room is quite good. Staff is too cooperative specially Mr Raju Maiti. We are their customer since 12 years. There is lot of variety in various items.
