The rooms were untidy. Really tiny. So please don't go by the photos. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned as there was some old guests hair in it. The headboards were dirty beyond belief. Also this wasn't the cheapest place either, I booked this for INR 2200 when I've stayed in Fabs which were much cheaper and much much cleaner.

This place is very good, room's are amazing but the reason why i am giving it 4 stars 🌟 because switchboard was broken and was very old in my room.....i ordered sandwich and coffee for dinner it was amazing........ i stayed here 1 night and it was amazing experience...... over-all it is a very good place and quite affordable.......👍👍👍👍plz like this review if you find it useful 😊😊 have a nice day😊😊

Cost Palace is a decent place to host conference and meetings. I haven't stayed so I cannot comment on that, but hosting a small scale conference, workshop or meeting for 30-50 people is very much convenient. The staff is very cooperative and hospitable, while the food is quite decent (veg or non-veg). There is provision of WiFi access as well which may need a bit more fixing, but otherwise it is a good location and place to host official sessions on a small scale with limited budget. I will totally recommend this place based on my experience with hosting business meetings/conferences.

I quite liked the place. Though room service was not to expectation, the attendants would forget to replace a towel, soap and I had to call them at night to bring. In this day and age free internet should be available,in this hotel a one day pass is given and you have to keep renewing which is ridiculous.

If there is something less than 1 i would rather prefer to rate tthis hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights they asked to pay full amount during check in. The room was very very smelly and the kettle they provide was stinking. Even the linen stinks, room was very very unhygienic.

Rooms are not clean. Dining hall is very congested. Not much variety in food. Breakfast is monotonous. Mosquitoes disturb in the night. Inside rooms are complete dark. On opening the window only drainage pipe is visible in the inside rooms. Not worthy for staying.

The most unpleasant stay in my life. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was appalling. When we checked in we were meant to receive 2 room but the staff handed us one room and seemed to forget that we were meant to receive another. After calling reception again multiple times they finally sorted out another room. There was damp on the walls and the room was cold. The Wi-Fi did not work throughout our whole stay. One if the room we were given had a heater with no actual plug and so could not use it. Also the boiler was not working so there was no hot water. On complaining they offered to bring me a bucket of hot water everyone I needed. After I suggested this was not an option they finally moved me into another room. On arrival there were no towels in the room and we had to call down for them to bring up the towels. Rooms weren't cleaned even once throughout our 3 nights there and beds weren't made and towels weren't changed. On checkout when we asked for some sort of compensation for the troubles we were put through, all we recieved was a sorry. I would highly suggest you avoid staying here!

Service is good but probably is not in good condition. Front rooms are like nightmares its difficult to sleep after 6 am when regular traffic starts on the road infront of it. So be careful don't stay in the front rooms.
