Vishwa
Shanti
Stupa
is
a
Buddhist
temple
located
in
the
heart
of
Delhi
near
Kale
Khan.
This
monument
is
known
as
a
symbol
of
Universal
Peace
and
harmony,
was
inaugurated
by
the
Dalai
Lama
on
4th
Nov.2007.
The
Shanti
Stupa
holds
the
relics
of
the
Buddha
at
its
base,
enshrined
by
the
14th
Dalai
Lama.
The
Stupa
has
become
a
tourist
attraction
not
only
due
to
its
religious
significance
but
also
due
to
its
location
which
provides
panoramic
views
of
the
surrounding
landscape.
Architecture
of
the
stupa
is
excellent
and
looks
awesome
from
distance.
Place
is
very
peaceful,
green
and
serene.

is

to
visit
this
place.
