Seems clean prima facie, but when you actually stay there you'll come to know that there is utter disregard for cleanliness. Showers are not clean at all, there is no hot water round the clock (i waited in shower for 20 min for hot water, informed room service as well as manager but then had to bathe with cold water). No service at all, will just give you Medimix soap (₹ 5 ) and towel. No water filter nothing. NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED. There are cameras but the locality ain't safe. Our cab driver dropped us after sightseeing at around 11.30 pm and he asked us to get inside soon. He waited around till we got in. There are undesirable elements roaming around. The manager is very rude, no regard for customers request or any needs. Room service is pathetic.

Third class bakwas hotel. Every one should avoid. Rats roaming here and there

I think it's a pretty nice place. The location is very easy to find. The rooms are clean, they have a balcony attached too. Ac works fine. I think it's value for money. And ya, they have a kitchen on every floor, so you can get glasses and plates from there and stuff like free water. I liked the no hassle self service. Check in was amazing. They didn't ask for a single extra rs other than the amount I booked from an app.

Stay in this hotel is better to stay at footpath because at very first entry the manager behaviour was very rude and after some hours of booking the room the staff came to my room and asking me for the money to help him financially he want some cash for his family but not only that he is telling me fake stories to make me emotional but I don't give any money to him but he wouldn't stop here when I ordered chai in the room I gave him 100 rupee note and he said he will give me the remaining amount but he didn't came back then I told manager then I ask manager for his number then the manager said he doesn't have his staff number. Overall very bad room very bad staff no hot water and also the hotel is empty like I am the only one who is staying there. STAY SAFE FROM THE SCAM AND FAKE REVIEWS BELIEVE ME AND TAKE ANY OTHER HOTEL AND IF YOU DIDN'T FIND ANY THEN STAY IN RAILWAY PLATFORM OR ANY PLACE IS BETTER THEN THIS HOTEL.

This is a budget hotel. You get what you paid for. I liked the location, price, proximity to Moolchand metro station where you can have paranthas and meals, wonderful spacious balcony. I think the only drawback I can point out is absence of Lift, especially at my age, I'm above 80 years old.

Great experience. Rooms are big and comfy. Near to shopping spot Lajpat Nagar. Hotel Manager Dinesh Ji is a great and cooperative person. Overall experience is good.

Good to stay , Nearby Central Market / Metro station , staff was very good 👍, However there r lot of scope for improvement in Infra , to provide more Facilities in Rooms , Service 05 Room 05 Location 05
