Nice ambiance. The staff is polite and friendly. Very good service. Food and coffee are good. It was really nice to sit by the window and enjoy our discussion over coffee. The washroom was clean but needs an upgrade inside.

An absolute horror show of a CCD. I've come here 4 times in the past week on my way back home asking for one simple drink that's on their menu, the tropical iceberg. The first time, the manager arrogantly told me off and said wait 30 minutes if you want it, the 2nd and third time there was a "machine" problem and now there's an ice problem. The specific blender in question was seen being used for other, quicker orders which shows that the staff and the manager simply do not want to take the effort to make the coffee that takes just a little more time. The owners seriously need to have a look at this and do something about it because there's literally only 2 tables ever inside and they're still to lazy to do the vare minimum.

Good ambiance, polite staff and great service. Coffe is as good as one expects from any CCD. I just have one feedback about the washroom that the washrooms is a bit old and not very neat, otherwise all good.

Went to meet a friend and ordered a cup of cold coffee which was very average could have been much much better, never had such a terrible coffee. Veg wrap and chilli cheese toast were amazing and tasty, super delicious! I really loved them both. Just the coffee was a mix of ice and water with a hint of milk. I don't know if they were short on milk or something. Rest it's a good place to chill out and have meetings.

Cafe coffee day is one of the all over World brands. When you visit any Mall, shopping centre mainly metro area you find CCD is very easily. The coffee is good you visit anytime and enjoy your coffee here. The price may be good. They provide good service and very fresh all time. You can enjoy your coffee time here

As always CCD do the work as expected. Nice place and they do serve perfect expresso. Service is also very nice.

That was okay okay… Taste was just not good… & expansive also… ccd must change their taste nd food also…

I simply wanted plain chai ( cardamon or adrak one) and they couldn't provide me that. My parents and myself were very tired and asked few basic things that they didn't have and apparently all the costly things in menu was available for us . Worst was men cutting in line to order and staff was ok to take their order too. May be if you were with date then this will be good place to hang out as order will take ages to come 🤣🤣

The ambience of the place is very good if you want to have a conversation with someone the seating is also comfortable and the coffee is good too overall the experience was good but when we went to this outlet they didn't have glasses so they gave it in a disposable cup which was a little disappointing because the coffee was very expensive and there was no cutlery available other than that it's a good CCD outlet.

This is the worst and unhygienic CCD I have ever been to. The seats had weird spots on it and all the tables were looking dirty. I ordered to go Cafe frappe & it was horrible. They gave half empty glass with just a mix of crushed ice & nothing more. It had 20% coffee and milk and rest was crushed ice. The toilet was super unhygienic & the floor was wet. There are bunch of unprofessional employees with no knowledge of making coffee. They are just spoiling CCD’s reputation.

The coffee definitely meets the expectations but quite expensive. And the place was not clean when I visited. There were rats and it was a frequent sight. Quite disappointing for a CCD experience.

The filter coffee was top notch and so was the ambience. Nice place to wind up with your friends in the evening.

Apparently this is happening in most cafe coffee day outlets that after ordering the cashier keeps asking me to add some more food items and even after saying no..he doesn't understands it and keeps pestering me to add more food items..like what is this literally?? And as for food and beverages ..the quantity and the price are literally polar apart..there's not even acceptable amount of food or beverage to consume as per the price.. it's like CCD is much expensive and with lesser food serving compared to all other Cafe.. with extremely poor service..stop telling us what to buy..!!

I live this place, coffee is really great, and people are helpful too.

☕️ Cafe Coffee Day in Lajpat Nagar is a cozy little place with seating for about 15-20 people. It has a decent ambience, though nothing too fancy. The cafe has a washroom available for customers, which is a nice touch. However, the menu is not very extensive and might not cater to everyone's tastes. Overall, it's a decent place to grab a quick coffee or snack, but don't expect anything too extraordinary.

Cafe Coffee Day. Extremely polite staff. But apart from that, there were 3 big mice and a smaller 1 which were running helter skelter in the kitchen and on the coffee counter jst besides the cash counter. In being asked, the staff said that there is a construction going on somewhere in the vicinity and hence mice keep coming in. So sorry, but that can't be a reason you should be giving! Also, the furniture looks shabby and dilapidated. It's time to redo the place and give an ambience which will make it look spic and span and also allow CCD to live upto it's name.

I went there to work on Republic Day holiday. The staff is highly arrogant and act as though they are some demigods discipling customers, right from taking orders to loudly talking among themselves taunting me about my order of tea. It was a near deserted Cafe yet the waiter rudely literally "ordered" me to order after about 2 hours. This was fairly reasonable demand from a front end executive of a commercial cafe, but their manner was extremely arrogant/disrespectful especially given cafe was a deserted scene. The waiter literally pulled away my things from the tray and literally ordered "order kijiye!" Said I should keep making fresh orders when i pointed out about the cafe being deserted!! But the most concerning part was with the second order. Within minutes of having my tea, I found a cockroach in my drink! I went up to the staff and politely asked them to boil it. He didn't say a thing, let alone apologize. So I repeated with my request to boil (still without eliciting a response). I went back to my seat and a waiter quietly put a filled tea cup beside me, without a word. Later when I accosted him again about it, at first he pretended to forget. Then when I said I took a photo of it and said this would have entailed legal damages, he started making excuses like they are renovating the place. I forgave him and went away in disgust.

Hi I am writing this review after visiting 2 times to same place. I ordered 2 cappuccino and banana chips and chocolate cookie. On first visit, I did not had very good experience on service as I ordered coffee and got after 15-20 minutes but that was fine I understand sometimes due to rush it happens, but on 2nd visit I had a terrible experience. Now this time as soon as open chocolate cookie it had stale smell so told the person who was delivering the coffee to please give something else as it was not right. Once he ignored my request so I thought there might be some confusion so he told me speak to person at billing. After I finish my coffee I went to the person and request him to change to banana chips or refund either ways suits your billing. So on upfront he denied to do the same. I requested again as it is matter of eatable and one cannot eat stale products because I will fall sick if I do so. So he replied we are selling everyday and it cannot be stale. So I again requested the person why don’t you try one of cookie which I did not touch and give feedback. So he replied I will not try and I will not take it back very rudely. Now, it got into my nerves and I said this is not right now and let people know by my actual review what kind of service is this. I have attached few pictures to decide by general public who are checking this google review and decide accordingly to visit this place. Please note : As soon as I clicked few pictures he started giving refund to me and said sir please take refund and don’t post and pictures / Review but somehow the attitude was not right so I had to write about it.

See i'm a customer of yours from a long time but few days back on 20.04.2023 i was visited this outlet and its very disspointed that the executives are working but a guy there may he is a ASM or Showroom manager he is very irritating, He is attending a meeting and sometime he is asking his team for something but in an unprofessional way. Then we order a coffee and 2 burgers that burgers are worst than in terms of taste, serving and quality we have requested him to pack the burger because we can't able to eat it. A suggestion to improve the service, customer experience and the taste of your food items. Overall experience is too bad, I was expecting something good but i'm wrong because this was not 1st time earlier in Feb'23 when i visited i realize a laziness and rude atmosphere. Kindly improve it else i request to CCD HQ to take a nessacary action on it.

I don't like the cold coffee here but hot is good Other snacks are also good the dimsums are awesome

CCD is the place to go if you want to meet your freinds specially in this hot and humid weather. Their menu isn't too expensive. You can bring your novel and read it here while sipping your coffee or bring your laptop and do your work

The staff here is absolutely rude. We ordered a drink and wanted to sit and catch up with friends which APARENTLY CCD is known for. While we were having our drink the staff told us to relocate to a table at the back they told us that customers have booked this table. We stayed for 2 hours after that and no one came to the cafe. They lied to us telling us to move. Others were also sitting at the cafe longer than us but they asked us to move even though we were not disrupting the café environment. The staff is very unwelcoming and is not very friendly. Bad experience overall.

One of the oldest and yet authentic ccd that are in function since more than a decade. My first visit here was on 2012 is been 10 years and the vibe is still the same. . .also they kept the decor . . .it has reached the classic coffee house mark.

This I am particularly talking about lajpat Nagar 2 branch Apparently it says open 24/7 but we went there at 12 and the employee there did not serve us saying that it's closed and will serve at 12.30 can someone please explain what do you mean by open 24/7 then ?? Fooling people around we requested him so much but he just did not serve at all. I understand that's his job but don't put a poster outside or mention with an atrix that conditions applied or something.

A brand heading towards disaster. Visited their cafe this afternoon. The power points were not working properly. I felt that my charger will burst as their electrical lines were short circuited. The coffee was just the hot water with no taste at all. CCD where are you heading towards. Your quality has become poor. An early response will be appreciated.

Cafe Coffee Day....perfectly placed. Nice place especially in summers for shoppers to relax and do a overall evaluation over a cup of coffee . Coffee served here is good.

Asked for a tiramisu, got two waffles pieces pasted with chocolate syrup. Apparently, that's how they make their tiramisu. Complained and asked to change the order for orange pudding. They said that's also a little variation of waffle. So you put your food on the menu and sell it, but do not know what the food is. This shows they CCD does not give their employees basic training. They are just scamming people.

The place was fine with good seating space. But Food items like cheese toast and palak corn sandwich were not up to the standards of CCD

Coffe at Cafe Coffee Day is always great and refreshing. This CCD is situated at Lajpat Nagar near Lajpat Nagar metro station on Pink line of DMRC, Gate 5. The staff here is polite and courteous. The service is good. The ambience is nice. The place is usually crowded. Overall a recommended place.

Frapes are not good very bad taste don't go for frapes at least i don't know about other things. And also the paneer tika sandwich is not good.
