First let me start this by saying that I really liked Dr. Livingston and I have also had no issues with the receptionists/scheduling staff... however, the insurance dept and office manager have horrified me with the way they handle things and their apparent confusion over how my insurance works. I tried to make an appointment as a new patient in order to get information on the Inspire implant for sleep apnea. I got a referral from my PCP as I have an HMO insurance. I had to FIGHT to get an appointment because I was told that my insurance is through Vista and not Advocate and therefore would not be covered. This could not be more wrong. My PCP is through Vista Physician's Group but that has ZERO effect on my insurance covering this visit - especially since I had the referral APPROVAL information. The receptionist was relaying messages to me from the office manager, when I asked to speak with the office manager I was told she would not take my call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! And after emailing them from my insurance directly I was given an appointment. Then at my first appointment, Dr. Livingston wanted me to do an at home sleep study for further results before we could proceed with the implant. I have been fighting for 8 days with the insurance dept or whoever trying to get this test kit. My insurance covers WITHOUT PRE-AUTH as I have told them. I work in medical billing for a living, am a certified biller, AND I know my insurance quite well. This has been a NIGHTMARE. Not only will they not give me this test, and have referred me to my PCP (who does not handle sleep tests), I have clearly wasted my time and now need to go to ANOTHER specialist in order to get the sleep study order and am able to pick it up, THEN I need to go BACK to Dr. Livingston for the results. I have never in my adult life dealt with persistent confusion and attitude regarding insurance before. I am GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.

I went here after a less than desirable consultation elsewhere. Dr. Cundiff and his staff were the best. I had heard horror stories from friends and acquaintances who had gone to different places, but my experience was the opposite. I had a septoplasty done. From the first visit to the last, everyone was top notch. I would not even think to go somewhere else. I passed on getting this completed elsewhere as I did not feel the same level of expertise, respect and professionalism. While recovery is not a fun process, I am confident that any discomfort and pain I had was minimized. I am very thankful I was referred here.

I saw a Dr. Vemuri about allergies- They took allergy tests and never gave me the results. I havent received a call, but I get is a Bill. the $15. copay is not a problem, But I dont think they should be able to do this to their patients

I have seen Family Nurse Practitioner Ashley Ward at this Ear, Nose & Throat Care Center three times now over the last three months, June-August 2023. She is so kind, compassionate, with the best bedside manner anyone could ask for. She even squeezed me in when it probably was not convenient for her. There were no appointments available because I needed to be seen in a specific amount of short time. She is thorough and I have never felt rushed. With good listening skills along with caring compassion, you will be in good hands with Ashley Ward. She is a true asset to this center.

My experience with Ashley Ward was outstanding. She listened to all of my concerns and offered multiple options, guiding me to the proper solution. I could not be more pleased with my outcome, and highly recommend Ashley and the team at the ENT Care Center.

Pleasant and efficient staff at front desks. Wait time is never bad. Modern, clean office. Not happy with the recent decision to keep my credit card on file. Also, don't be 10 minutes late for your audiologist appointment...you will be told you will have to cut your appointment short. Really? I didn't know I was in the employ of my doctor's office. Patients are late for appointments every day, not excusing my tardiness, but I am paying a lot of money out of pocket to be seen by you and I expect you to take as much time as needed at my visit.

My experience was great, as always. Dr. Cundiff is a very professional medical doctor who is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He answers questions and shares information easily that patients can understand. I will be returning to see him as is needed. Laurie Kramer His medical assistant was also professional and kind. The office is clean and professional.

I have seen Ashely Ward twice in the last 30 days for separate isses. She has a great bedside manner - patient focus - combined with the requisite science & medicine demanded of her by the profession. See her with confidence.

I had pain and multiple sores around my mouth and throat pain when I first consulted with Dr. Jeffrey Petrusek in July 2023. He prescribed a "magic" mouthwash that he ordered to be delivered to my house. The so called "magic" mouthwash did not do anything to relieve my pain and condition. I went through the pain with over the counter medicine on my own. Early in September, I once again had the pain and exact same sores. I then went to see Dr. Petrusek again. After his examination, he said he will prescribe medications. Before he left the room, I asked him if I can go straight to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine since I am in so much pain and I cannot eat anything for the last 2 days. He said, "give me an hour" and we will call it in. I went to my pharmacy three times since then and they did not have my prescription. I called Dr. Petrusek's office to ask why my pharmacy does not have my prescription and it has been 10 days. The staff said that unfortunately it was never ordered but they will order it today. I have seen many doctors for many different issues but I have never had a doctor 'forget" to call in my prescription. It is the easiest thing to do. My primary doctor with his laptop just right there and then can order in my prescription in today's day and age. I feel that Dr. Petrusek does not have the empathy / wherewithal to be a professional doctor.

100% of the experience was outstanding. The support team is professional. Dr. Cundiff is not just an excellent doctor - he is also a patient educator. I've been to the Center twice for two different issues can could not be happier.
