Great place to get together for coffee with friends or to work. The avocado toast is a must!

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the staff was nice. The coffee here is habitually burnt. They offer no light roast coffees and I'm not sure if they use the same arabica type beans Starbucks uses but it has a horrid aftertaste very similar to something that has been sitting for hours. If you go here, just don't get coffee.

Update (12 May 23). my prior review still applies. The Breakfast Burrito 🌯 and coffee is my go to breakfast. The large Dark Roast is wonderful. Ask about their loyalty program (punch card). They are located on the first floor. Handicapped parking is available. We also buy local harvested honey here. It's the best! I have not been disappointed in any meal they have offered. I would highly recommend this place, and I'm a loyal/frequent customer. They used to sell mugs too (discounted refills).

Pistachio Rose Latte is very unique and tastes simply Fantastic! Super friendly staff who made me feel welcome with my two little kids which doesn’t happen too often in coffee shops if you know what I mean. Thank you, Ladies!😊❤️

In all 84 years I have been watching the people of this planet never has the amount of Harmony, Kindness, Vulnerability, and Truth collected in one area such as it does at Pepper Park coffee! Their barista's are not only welcoming but outgoing and immediately learned my name! Pepper Park coffee is not just a Coffee Shop but my Zen Spa Garden of Peace.

The girls there seemed more preoccupied with talking to each other than to take my order… I normally wouldn’t care but the coffee was absolutely terrible. The espresso shots in my drinks tasted like it came from some stale, burnt beans. The drinks were not very enjoyable. It takes a lot for me to say that I would have gotten better drinks from Starbucks. I respect and enjoy craft coffee shops but this doesn’t seem to be one. One coffee was way too sweet and the other not sweet enough but they were both BITTER AND BURNT tasting. Disappointed. I had high hopes for this place and I wish they cared more about the product they serve and a bit of customer engagement wouldn’t hurt.

The youth employed at this establishment brew the most delectable coffee and ensnare the senses with their delightful latte concoctions. Five points to Pepper Park!

This has been my go-to place for amazing coffee but was dismayed and concerned when I saw absolutely NO protocol for face masks or gloves for their personal.

AMAZING!! Popped in after stopping at Northstar just down the street. My husband and I always like going to random new cafe/coffee shops and this spot stop did not disappoint! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great coffee and food options and great atmosphere. Don't second guess it, well worth it!

This is a nice shop and great alternative to chain stores. Service was friendly and swift, and there was plenty of staff working to handle the business. I am impressed with the food and drink menu. Others around me were complimentary of their avocado toast. Quiche, and pastries. I had a latte which was made well and generally good - but I did not care for the espresso used in it. This is a personal taste and certainly others will have a different perspective. I rated a 4 on service versus a 5 because the table I randomly chose to sit at was not clean. The store had just opened so there wasn't opportunity for another customer to sit there prior to me. Ambience is comfortable and chill. I enjoyed being in this shop.

today was my first day trying this place, its down the street from my kids therapy place. i was hungry and had time in between my kids therapy sessions to take 2 of them over to try and get some food. It has a simple but nice design on the interior. Lots of staff were there and they were also amazing. My kids have special needs and a gentleman walked in after us so i tried to let him go ahead. The server grabbed another server to help him and told me not to worry about it and to let my kids take there time. She noticed and understood what was going on and was absolutely fantastic. my kids loved picking out there food from the counter, a donut and a chocolate chip muffin, my son loved carrying it on its own little platter outside to the tables. I had the El dorado panini, so good, the chipotle mayo really added something to the egg, pepper jack and bacon. Great experience overall, good atmosphere and good staff.

Outstanding experience at this coffee shop. The coffee and avocado toast were excellent, and I was able to find a quiet spot to work for a bit.

On top of their fresh, perfectly roasted, and always on the mark with any additions I request to be mixed in, the service itself is impeccable. That personable touch makes the whole experience one I keep coming back to. I visited this café while I was getting my car fixed up the street. The staff were very nice. The coffee was good for the price and the atmosphere was also decent. The music was a bit more up-beat than what I would expect, so I had to put on my headphones while I got some work done. Would definitely go again.

Excellent coffee spot. The staff is as great as others have noted, and they work very well together. They help make it a great experience. The cappuccino was top tier quality and artfully presented. Additionally, it's a beautiful space. Seating ranges from your "pretending to work" spots to tables for 4+, there are nice, clean leather chairs and couches as well. Good group area in the back and some games for kids and books for adults.

Food and coffee is far better than any Starbucks you go to!! The coffee shop is cute, with adorable repeat customers and local honey/candles/other things to purchase. The barista's were a little loud with each other while everyone else in the shop was trying to have a conversation. Over all a good coffee shop. NOT AFFILIATED WITH COOK ST/CONCIOUS CUP, as I thought lol.

I like their coffee and I like when I walk in they say hi. You know what else? They always say thanks or have a great day after I pay for my coffee. There are so many places out there now with a slacker mentality, but this isn't one of them. I always know I can get coffee I like there and no attitude with it.

The frappe was yummy. The worker there was grumpy. Not professional or polite.

I stopped at Pepper Park just after 7am on a Friday, and there weren't a lot of cars in the parking lot so I wasn't sure if it was open. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted by a cheerful gentleman. I was very happy that they had lavender syrup for my latte. Drove to work before taking a sip, and IT'S PERFECT! Not too sweet or too milky.... absolutely perfect. Wish I lived closer and I'd go there more often. $5 for a small latte is a lot, but for the quality and unique syrup flavors, and to support a small business, it's worth it.

I love the location of this place, and after a brisk walk from work nearby the staff are very welcoming. The Chai latte I had is as good as anywhere else and the sitting area looked great I was just in a rush. I will be going back!
