We switched from a general practitioner to the Childrens clinic a few months ago. I am very happy with the ability to get an appointment easily when my child is sick. I had a difficult time doing this at my previous Dr. LOVE that the 1st ave. office and the Sale st. office both have the Childrens Pharmacy right there in office. I can just walk a few steps and get my sons script filled instead of driving all over town.

Dr. Maust is really rude and unprofessional. My 7 month old had flu for week ..took him back in because he wasn’t getting better .. he lost his voice and wasn’t eating with bad cough. Dr Maust listen to his lungs said he’s fine sent us home because we were last appt of day an was rushed out the door. 2 days later took him to the sulphur children’s clinic where he tested positive for RSV. If you don’t like your job DR. MAUST, RETIRE!!! These babies are helpless and can’t tell us what’s wrong. We don’t need doctors like you who don’t care, looking over our children.

Dr. Karriker is an amazing pediatrician. I fully trust my kids’ lives in his hands. He’s a highly experienced dr. yet with my premature born son, he always consults someone before prescribing any medication. One time, he waited an hour after-hour in the clinic for my son. This shows he puts kids’ well being before anything else. He is a godsend dr. I know all his patients’ parents appreciate him. I hope his boss also appreciates him. The only downside is the waiting period is long but what can anyone do, there’s only one of him. When he’s not available, we have met Dr. Kurdish, Dr. Wallace and Dr. Karpovs. They all are great too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our doctor for years has been awesome but the scheduling clerks are rude and horrible. I switched doctors because of the unprofessional office staff.

The children’s clinic has some of the most amazing doctors and nurse practitioners. The nurses answering the phone however are unprofessional and rude.

The front desk scheduler needs to be trained on how to deal with people professionally. Very bad attitude.

Dr. Karriker is great. He is experienced and is insightful. He has helped solve many problems that my baby had to face but Dr. Albert Richert Jr. From pediatric center never solved any problems only increased them. I'm so glad I switched. I pray that God give long healthy life to Dr. Karriker so, he can keep helping many children who cannot speak up for themselves.
