Enjoyed our shopping experience at the mall, felt very safe (which is so important these days). Besides the shopping my granddaughter had the best time ever riding the little rides they have. Best 75 cents ever spent!

It was ok we mostly went for the walk and see what was new. Not the same as when it opened years ago. Seems to be kind of boring most of the time. We usually go to bath and body when my wife gets some new coupons.

No what it use to be. From my understanding nothing stays because rent is too high. Too many empty spots. No kid stores. Tons of shoe stores and hair places. Kid rides never work. Kid zone is a little lame. Food court is the best part of the mall.

Love this place for the kids and even myself. I love the fact that Auntie Annie's pretzels is rite there soon as you enter the mall. Great way to keep me coming back. Stores are cool and there's alot of play places for the kids. The food court is also amazing.

Gone very, very downhill since around a decade ago. My mom got violently sick and sent to the ICU from eating here at the food court btw. They were sued and somehow still sell that kind of food there. Many good places are shut down or changed in style that was nothing like before that made them unique. In other words most of the fashion and merch shops look so similar to one another and following the current fads and trends. Very bland overall. Occasionally there's a good sale but for the most part overpriced, place like jc penny wanted to charge me over $40 for a single pair of khakis I wanted for work. For some reason the main bathroom that's near the entrance of the store is closed down, there's no other bathroom for use besides one by the food court. It's dirty and doesn't have any protective sheets to put over the toilets in ANY of the stalls. It's all just sad honestly, this place used to be my go-to before and after watching a movie at the Cinemark. Now I really only shop there at the shoe dept and Aeropostale, as it seems many stores are moving to online shopping anyways.

This mall is a good place e to shop with ample parking. I do wish other stores would consider leasing space in the mall. We need more shops so local people wouldn't have to travel out of town. It's a clean organized mall with several eating places in the court yard.

A nice little mall, they had some stores closed but it can't be helped. Nice and cozy with a variety of shops in it.

Our mall has several stores within it; most people, both male and female, of all ages, and different styles will find something to their liking.

Very clean mall with lots of stores. Very quiet too. I live closer to Louisiana than I do Houston, so for me to make a 1hr 30min drive from Jasper Tx to this mall is definitely worth it for me.

Mall was clean but it seems like its never busy anymore.. No one can afford to shop like they used to with everything increasing in price who can afford to just go shopping anymore. Everyone shops online now or just buys necessities. Seems like shopping for fun is no longer fun.

Enjoyed stopping in when I visit my home town. Still cozy lil mall with something for everyone. Always find good items not in TX. Some one the stores have changed but still nice but the candy store is still there.

this place is huge now. They added a great movie theater and it has more stores than ever. Very clean and the Starbucks in there is nice too.

It’s the only mall we have obviously in our area so it doesn’t matter if we love or hate it. It’s all I have ever known and appreciate having it. I wish it had a bigger and better selection of stores. Less annoying people in the middle trying to lure you to either try and buy their products or come into their shop to try them.

A shame so many stores were closed when we went. Enjoyed looking around but not much variation. Was very quiet. Some interesting vending machines, with socks and hair extensions. Loads of parking though!

Things are looking up these days! Which makes me happy to see! The stores have good selections and new businesses are opening inside.

Its big enough, but not enough comfortable chairs to sit in, when NOT shopping. Also, not enough stores for men. And the FOOD COURT needs some free TV screens in it. And of course, all prices are too high. And not enough pretty women in the mall. LOL. Hey America, STARTING DIETing.!! And LOSE your FAT. !!! FAT is UGLY.

I have always enjoyed going shopping here... just wish they would expand to add more store choices

Thankful for the stores that are open, but hate seeing all the other empty stores gone. This area was already limited to places to shop before the hurricanes, freeze, flood, etc etc,but now it's like a ghost town.

Our mall is dying. Once a place of laughter, families & fun but now a quiet, sad & empty shell of its former self. Some would advise covid restrictions of the closing of so many stores, but I'm sure it's the fact that internet shopping has gotten so easy. Now that Chick-fil-a is gone I'm not sure how long they'll make it. I was hoping they'd keep a bookstore here but sadly it didn't happen. I wish they'd get a frozen yogurt place & a good toy store. Broaden the horizons & reach out for some DIFFERENT stores!
