    1. Michelle walked away from the counter when we walked up, so we waited several minutes to place our order. 2. Food order took 10 minutes (I checked the time of the order on the receipt v. the time our name was called because it seemed like a long time for fast food. 3. The condiment station has no ketchup, so I went to the counter to ask for some. Michelle was busy chatting with the staff to the side. They looked up and saw me and kept chatting. I tried to ask for a ketchup packet, but was ignored. 3 minutes later she finally came back to the counter to hand another customer their order. I asked for the ketchup and she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes and walked away. Because of her reaction the other customer looked at me and said "I didn't think that was too difficult of a request..." I shrugged and said "I guess it was complicated." Michelle returned to the counter with a box of ketchup, instead of just handing me one (because now I've been standing at the counter for 5 minutes), she picked up an empty plastic container and went to the back counter to refill it. At this point I just walked back to the table and my now cold fries. I no longer needed the ketchup, because... cold fries :/ 4. I open my burger and the order is wrong. I asked for pickles only (says so on my receipt) as you can see in the picture it did not have only pickles. I didn't have another 30 minutes to spend waiting for them to try to get it right. Plus, I now see Michelle has disappeared to the parking lot, bent over in her car. Maybe for a smoke break? IDK? Anyway, the whole experience was rather ridiculous and very frustrating. I do not recommend this as a quick stop during a road trip. The low stars are a direct reflection of the service at this location.

I don't know the young lady's name that took our order but she was very polite, professional, helpful and respectful. She's an asset to this restaurant. The lady that brought our food to us was also polite. We received our food quickly. It was freshly cooked. We don't live in this area but if we did, we would definitely come to this restaurant regularly.

Just walked in to get a kids meal for $1.99, their 4 for $4 meal deal and a chicken sandwich. Greeted by manager and crew, very clean and spacious restaurant with a pair of TV sets in the lobby, a nice section in the backside facing US 90W that could be used for meetings and the like. Courteous staff and speedy service. Meals were tasty as usual!

Went to Wendy’s hungry and wanting nuggets. They came out burnt and falling apart. Should have taken a picture of them. They said it was the grease and something about them being frozen and thawed out. They kept handing them out like that to other customers while I was standing there. They told me to get whatever I wanted for the inconvenience then they changed their mind and I told them to give me a refund. The people were not very clean and I was shocked to see them in the food industry. And the guy I talked to completely ignored me and walked off. I just wanted some nuggets man.

Went just after noon on a Saturday. 5 in line ahead of me. 28 minutes to take order. Order ready in 6 minutes. 1 person ahead of me gave up and left. Completed order of person in front of me before taking my order. Restaurant was NOT understaffed. Highly unorganized. Sadly, many Wendy's restaurants have taken a nosedive in recent years. Wendy's used to be the best of the bunch.

We stopped by while road tripping. We went inside for the restrooms, but the line was a little bit long, so we opted to do the drive-thru, which had a very short line. Our order was taken immediately and the woman taking our order was super friendly and helpful while completing the kids orders. She went out of her way to make this a very pleasant experience. The food came out hot and fresh, and it was ready quickly.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. The food was fine by the time we actually received it. We waited on the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for the employees to figure out what we ordered. The employees working the windows seemed high and completely out of it. We didn’t any rap assistance until the manager came to the window. She did an amazing job at clearing up the situation very quickly.

They were having a bad day because a chunk of the ceiling in the dining room had fallen but it looked like only a minimal attempt had been made to clean up other than setting out a couple of wet floor signs, and a couple of buckets. The pieces of ceiling were still on the floor and there was water everywhere. That doesn't excuse the service, though, and it was the second time in two visits about a week apart to that location where there was bad service. Today, the cashier just ignored me standing at the counter while she talked to other employees for several minutes until I finally said something, and even then, she was slow to come over. Another customer was getting a refund from the manager because they had screwed up his order so badly. Something that was also happening last time. Maybe go to the Main St. location for a few weeks to give 90W time to work out their issues.

My whole family waited around an hour for our food. They gave us the wrong order but the right tickets. Our burgers got all mixed up. When my dad finally got his, he opened it to check it and there was a giant Lougee inside his burger. Refunded and won’t be back. Made us all puke and stop eating immediately

Pulled up to the drive thru, ordered with a coupon. Buy one classic chicken get one $1. The lady asked for the coupon code number. We pulled up the the pay window, payed, then went to the next window. She gave us one spicy sandwich. The girl said we were rung up for that but we explained that’s not what we ordered. She said “Did you give her the coupon?” but the lady hadn’t asked for it, only the numbers for the coupon. We give her the coupon and she asks us “do you want fresh ones?” Of course we want fresh ones dude. Then it comes out quick, too fast for fresh ones.I check it, both sandwiches were only Mayo. When i asked, three separate times for mayo AND pickle only.

Sometimes, having a slightly below par experience initially helps to give the staff an opportunity to make a more than positive & lasting impression. And, that is exactly what happened for us at the Lake City, FL Wendy's. _ _ _ _ We live in GA and were driving to Ocala & Orlando to see family. We stopped at the Lake City Wendy's to walk our dog, use the restroom & grab a treat. The ladies' room was very clean, and was a nice surprise for a fast food restaurant, on a busy exit off of I-75. Unfortunately... I didn't realize that the small stall in the ladies' room was out of TP (toilet paper) until I was "trapped." (Life curiosity: Ladies' rooms always have a line of ladies waiting... until you have no TP, and then... there is NOONE. LOL.) After wrapping up in the restroom and warning the next lady who came in about the the TP, I went to the counter to place our order. If the team member who came to take my order wasn't in mgmt, then he really should be. I let him know about the lack of TP. He immediately apologized & immediately started asking someone to go fill it. While waiting at the counter, I smiled and laughed about the lack of other ladies in the restroom fir once & my having to contact my husband via phone, to get my daughter to come inside, so she could get me some TP. 🙄 The male team member (I missed getting his name) seemed embarrassed & apologized again. And, when I ordered a drink for my husband, he filled the order, but didn't charge me, for the inconvenience. I know that a drink seems like a little thing. But, it was the icing on the cake & we will be planning to stop at the Wendy's in Lake City every time we go back & forth to see family in the future. Not just because of the free drink, but because it was combined with this team member's sincere apology and his sense of urgency to correct the issue immediately. So many people who work with the public these days, don't care if customers are happy or not. I was very happy with the cleanliness & genuine courtesy of the Lake City Wendy's.
