Chardon McDonald's is one of the best I think. I think the manager Mary keeps it running smoothly. She's worked there since I was in high school myself.

Went to this McDonald’s location to get a Diet Coke using my app. The wait to place the order was unnecessarily long then when I got to the window to pick up my diet Coke, the woman slams open, the window, shoves the the Coke at me and slams window shut, I drove away from the window opened my diet Coke to find it wasn’t diet Coke. It was regular Coke, so I turned around and went back. When I finally sat through the line again and got back up to the window, the woman was abrupt, unapologetic and rude to me when I told her that it was not diet, but rather regular, she told me to pull up and someone would bring me a Diet Coke …sometime later someone did bring me another drink and this employee was even more rude. In every way they have not met any level of customer satisfaction

McDonald's quality and service have greatly declined over the last decade. I'm very disappointed that I can't take my kids for the same experiences that my parents gave me . Also bad experiences with using the app to try and get good customer service and refuse assistance from employees multiple times

I get a frape whenever I go there after work. They’re usually very quick and talk to me like I’m a person, not just a customer.

This McDonald's is the best around. The food is always fresh and hot! The people that work there are always friendly and nice!

The food doesn't taste like it used to. The sandwiches have gotten smaller as the prices increased. The patience to service hasn't been at this McDonald's in a long time.

Un friendly customer service just handed me my food no thank you or anything .Food quality poor learn how to treat people.
