Only 4 bounce house for kids older then 3 yrs old and 1 bounce house for 3 and younger. I understand the location space is limited. Good customer service and clean bathroom, but the Counter service guest is a Whole Mess!!! Floor full of little toys, papers, boxes , bags ,etc. They should improve organization , that's the first thing you see when you walk in to sign the waiver.

We love Magical Jump! It a fun thing to do when you don't want to do a lot and want to kick back and relax while the kiddos play! You don't have to constantly follow the little ones around because you can literally see them no matter where you sit! This place is always very clean, good snacks and you can order pizza. Everyone who works here is very friendly and the price is great! I definitely recommend for those days when the kids are driving you up a wall and need to get some energy out or just because you want to surprise them with doing something fun but don't want to drive too far!

We had my daughter's sixth birthday here last week. She loved it. The kids had a great time. The place is small so parents can talk and watch the kids at the same time, and you don't have to worry about your kids getting lost or leaving without you. The owners were so friendly. They had everything prepped for the party and were able to supply me things I forgot like a lighter for the candles. Plus the party prices are just about the best around for groups. I paid only $220 for ten kids, which included decorations, pizza, snacks and drinks, the party room for two hours, and jumping for the rest of the day.

It's a bit smaller than expected. For some reason my allergies were bothered while indoors. But my kid liked it. And Enjoyed herself. They DO take card and cash. Howies delivers directly to them.

We rented this venue for my son's 2nd birthday. The rooms are quite small but I was grateful that there were more tables outsides and it wasn't too busy. We had approximately 30 people. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. My son loves this place and we go there often. Everyone is very friendly there and we were very happy with the outcome of his party. The room was clean and I loved that they set up everything for us prior to us getting there.

It's a small business but it's big enough for children to have fun and enjoy a birthday party. It's in a good location. The bathrooms are very clean. My only concern is that this place might not be the right place for children under 5 years old. They have a bouncy house for small children (under 2 years old if I'm not mistaken) only. There's 4 more bouncy houses for the rest of the kids, different ages. Only been there once. The day we were there it was crowded. All kids were having fun. I saw many older kids jumping and bumping into smaller children. And I saw many little ones unattended. I just think there should be a couple of employees keeping an eye on what's going on around the place. I honestly don't think we would be back. But I think for people with older children this might be the right place to bring them and have fun.

We came here for a birthday party and there were a lot of kids running around. It seems like a safe place to have your child running around. At the end of the day it's worth every penny because of all the food, amenities and drinks that are available all within one package. I definitely recommend this to all my friends and family to come by for any birthdays events or gatherings.

My kids love it, very friendly staff. We had our son's 2nd birthday at the facility, well worth the money! They have different party options to choose from. Just wish there was buffer time to set up and clean. Like 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after so the time for the party is actually 2 hours. The ladies working there are definitely good at what they do!!!
