I've
shopped
at
Publix
ever
since
I
can
remember
(started
going
with
my
mom
when
I
was
a
kid).
Shopping
here
has
become
quite
disappointing.
I
understand
Covid
has
caused
ingredient
&
supply
shortages.
However,
when
you
have
everything
necessary
to
make
a
weekly
sale
item,
such
as
in
the
meat
dept,
and
it's
*never*
in
the
case
when
I
shop
(true
story),
it's
very
frustrating.
I
don't
always
have
15-20mins
to
wait
for
you
to
make
it,
and
I
shouldn't
have
to
either.
Either
advertise
that
you
don't
keep
weekly
ad
items
on
the
shelf
bc
they
aren't
made
regularly
(not
bc
you
don't
have
the
ingredients,
bc
you
do)
or
tell
Corporate
to
change
your
specific
ad.
Publix
has
created
these
expectations
and
should
either
live
up
to
them,
or
change
their
approach.
People
pay
more
to
shop
at
Publix
bc
it's
supposed
to
be
a
pleasure
&
bc
you
have
staff
on
the
floor
to
assist
customers.
It's
not
worth
it
when
you
don't
have
what
customers
expect.
One
last
comment,
unrelated
to
the
above.
Lori
the
Deli
Mgr
is
NOT
friendly.
She
needs
some
coaching
&
an
attitude
adjustment.
I
don't
expect
attitude
when
I
didn't
start
with
any
when
inquiring
about
an
item.
I
understand
times
are
tough,
and
that's
not
my
fault.
Why
shop
here
when
I
can
get
treated
like
that
anywhere
and
at
least
pay
less
to
do
so?
