This is a very decent gym for what you pay for. The machines are all over the place, in order to do chest u have to explore the whole gym so you can find the chest equipment. All the machines are placed to look cute and not to be useful. There’s an unnecessary women only area (what’s this? 1950?) No one even look at the women here. Maybe u could use it as a stretching area for everyone?. Update. Now there’s a strict dress code that doesn’t make a lot of sense since this is located in one the hottest parts of Florida. I believe they should ask their members and base their rules on their feedbacks. I spoke to the manager Mike about my concerns and he was extremely professional and answered all my questions so it really made me change my opinion about some of this issues.

Used to be very clean, but recently changed to a new wasteful “sanitizer wipe” station system that crappier gyms use. They used to provide towels for everyone and most people cleaned up before and after themselves- now most machines get left with sweat on them because no one wants to go grab more sanitizer wipes as it would be a waste. On top of it all, half the sanitizer wipe stations are empty, and the trashcans basically full of wipes. It’s sad because this gym used to be so focused on being clean and that was the main pull for a lot of people. Hope this changes back soon. You can’t even bring your own towel as there is no sanitizing spray anymore.

I go to this gym daily but recently it seems like it is taking a turn for the worst. They’ve stopped handing out towels, and said they were switching to the disinfectant wipes. That’s fine I’ll bring my own towel but there’s no wipes. Wet marks on the benches and no way to clean and disinfect even the spray bottles are empty. Let’s not forget to mention how often they clean/refresh/disinfect the lockeroom/showers. I’ve attached pics of one bench but just about all of them were like that and a shower wall. I went to shower and there was someone hair stuck/dried to the wall. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s nasty.

The staff is very friendly. The classes are fun. The facility is very clean. The shakes and energy drinks available are delicious. I love that they have a female only section. The only issue I've had that 2/2 times I've tried to do the virtual classes their streaming service wasn't working. Gotta get on that CF Fitness.

I love this gym. They have everything I need to workout, the staff is always cleaning as I’m at the gym 6 days a week so I personally see them cleaning. One staff member challenged me and my friend to finish singing frosty the snowman before he was done making our shakes. Just made the mood even better. The shakes the staff make are amazing! The staff is very helpful and explain everything you need to know to you, when signing up. I don’t think I would go to a different gym. They have the sauna, massage chairs, a studio that has dances or body combat etc, women’s only section, cycling room, zumba room, and tanning. What else could I want besides a jacuzzi? Overall, the gym is great!

Fitness CF is a great gym to train at. Came here for vacation and they had a decent weekly rate for the week. Served my needs while I was here and allowed me to continue to train properly while on vacation. They have everything you need and a ton of cardio equipment. The place is kept very clean and the staff are all very friendly. Will definitely be back on my next stay at Orange Lake.

I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves. Get use to seeing this alot when your there. Overcrowding. After school play house for the high school kids. It should be 18 and up unless accompanied by an adult. And they don’t enforce the no cell phones on machine so people just sit there. Cheaper than most gyms but you get what you pay for. An if you go to cancel they treat it like an apartment and make you give them a 30 day notice. I’ve never heard of such a thing when it comes to gyms. Also the pic below of all the weights stacked nicely in order, yea that literally never happens and again no one holds them accountable to put it back.

Its been awhile since I've gone to the gym I'm not going to lie. But I've been wanting to get back into it, but was worried about what this gym did for their COVID sanitary guidelines. Overall I'm impressed with the systems they have put in place. I would have liked to see more people wearing masks, but it isn't required there so I don't see no one wearing them. Mostly enjoying getting back on the grind 💪

Been going for a few weeks and it's a great place. Always clean and the staff are always so nice. My three year old son loves it too his is always excited to go the the kid care area. So happy to find such a great gym.

She was so inviting over the phone and was even better to meet in person. I never felt so good about going to the gym. The price for either a day pass or the week was very economical. I joined Fitness CF because I liked the class offerings and the ability to do unlimited classes. What I wasn’t expecting was the amazing opportunity to work with Jacob, my personal trainer. He is so patient with me and pushes me just beyond my limit. I love how focused he is on technique - I feel like I’m learning things from him that I couldn’t ever get from YouTube videos or exercise plans alone. As someone who has never been a “gym person” I have to say I’ve never felt more welcomed and accepted and I appreciate Jacob for helping me to be my best self.

I used to love it here but this place is going downhill. I don’t think the owners care anymore. They don’t care about cleanliness at all, took towels away, they have empty hand sanitizer stations all over, the wipes bins are always empty, pathetic. There is always atleast 5 things broken. I’m standing in here right now and see 4 machines broken plus the sauna, comical. They got fat trainers walking around now lol the smoothies taste like chalk. Showers are always sticky. They need to sell to Esporta and get out the game. Trash place.

Absolutely love the Kiddie Gym! My son and I are always greeted with a smile! The ladies here are super attentive and caring of the children! 10/10 would recommend. As a first time mom it can be scary to leave your child in the hands of others even if it’s just for an hour, but these ladies have made our experience great!

Awesome place with plenty of equipment. Never had a problem with my late night visits as with every gym 4-8pm will be rush hour, staff is always pretty friendly no matter what time it is. It’s usually very clean as well, if you have a problem in the showers its really not the gyms fault I would blame your fellow hairy members if there is, they clean as much as they can but please try to understand they’re not gonna clean it every time someone gets out the shower, just take your shower and keep it pushing, you gotta see some of the conditions we had in the Army lol

Plus, they didn't have certain equipment that I need to get back in shape. So I checked out this Fitness CF, which is 10 minutes from my home. And I love the place! They have every piece of equipment I could possibly want, plus a special area just for women that is rarely crowded. The staff always is welcoming, and the place is super clean, bright and open. They provide towels and sanitizing squirt bottles by every single machine to wipe down equipment. The locker room is immaculate! I couldn't ask for a better gym experience.

I must say this place was a life saver while on vacation more than decent equipment and I am as picky as they get. My gym has the gold standard of arsenal strength and prime fitness and then some matrix. It seems like a low cost gym because of the traffic being in gym business myself in the past I believe it’s a lose lose situation for the owner and member going below 30 a month but it works obviously. My only complaint is get rid of that woman’s only section. Most of your members are men and u need that equipment for everyone during peak hours. The only women that use that section are the ones not would give a second glance at so your just feeding into there issues even more.

This is the cleanest Fitness CF I’ve ever been to. It’s cleaner than any Just Move as well. The locker room never smells. Nicest locker room of all the gyms I’ve been to (other than Lifetime, which can’t be compared to any gym). This is my favorite. Whoever is managing it and hiring the cleaning crews is doing a wonderful job at what they do. After going to all 3 Just Move locations and seeing how dirty it is in the locker rooms and in the gym, I so appreciate and am glad I can go to this Fitness CF.

We have been looking at getting a new gym membership after deciding to make some life changes but also needed a location with a daycare for our 2 year old. When we showed up we were greeted by Audrey, she was so kind and gave us a tour of the facilities! We were still deciding on where to go and she is definitely a big reason we chose this gym!

The Kiddie gym definitely makes it 100x easier to get a workout in when you have little ones and the staff working give you the extra piece of mind knowing your kids are in great care and really take the time to bond with the kiddos definitely recommend!!!
