    There have been at least three different incidences where I've waited more than a half hour for my curbside order and then I have to go inside and get it. Each time has been a result of the person that the window forgetting to take it out. Not once have they offered to replace the cold food. Their morning staff is fine but they're night staff is awful. Don't come here at night unless you want to wait a half hour for cold food.

    Really? Who started eating my fries before giving them to me? When you pay for a large, you should get a large. This is more like a small-medium 🙄 3 stars because sometimes they're good, but they usually screw you on fries. I've never had them do this bad though.

    On 6/3/22 at 6:30am I tried to get breakfast. Drive through lanes blocked so I went inside since sign on door said opens at 5am. Lady with a manager uniform said they are closed and they are trying to get food ready. I asked why door open and sign said 5am. She said they can’t lock the door and they are getting food ready. On my way out an employee sitting at one of the tables eating breakfast said come back in a few hours. Please stay far far away from this place.

    So I went to is McDonald's because it was the only one open at midnight when I got out of work. I expected to wait at the drive-thru for quite some time so I wasn't worried about that part I ordered my food they repeated the order right back to me everything was right in my bag until I took out my fries at the window. My fries was soggy and cold. When I went to go ask for fresh fries everyone left the window three people looked at the window to see I was still sitting there but never came to the window to see if I needed anything so I waited a minute more when someone realized that I was not leaving the window they asked if we needed anything and I had to ask for fresh fries I had to wait 2 minutes for the fries which by then everyone inside was giving me a attitude rolling their eyes at the window after 2 minutes getting my fries my fries had NO SALT... I've worked at a McDonald's before and at that point if you have several managers on staff at midnight then your managers should know how to take care of your customers I will not recommend this McDonald's to anyone after midnight... Management on staff... Over 6 people working or not working...

    Google and signs on door all say 24 hours, but they’re closed at 1:20am. Drive thru has cones blocking it despite workers being present.

    I waited way too late long for a kids meals. Had me pull up and wait in the side. After 20 minutes an employee came out with the food and forgot the sauce and the toy. Came out again gave me the sauce but forgot the toy. Finally went it with the food had them remake it. The manager never even apologized. Their rude and the service there at that location sucks. Never going back to that Mc Donald’s again.

    This store itself is the worst run franchise I've ever seen. They are constantly closing the store without any type of notification. How are you going to advertise that your open late and close at 10 pm, know that's a very busy time here. Or how about today we did a mobile order cause the app said they where taking them. Charged us and all just to get to the store to see they are closed to the point they blocked off the entrances to the parking lot. Call customer service and all they can do is send an email to the branch to contact me back about a refund. This place is garbage ran and needs a full replacement.

    If I was able to give a 0, I would. I have never been treated so horribly by a "manager." The 1st Window person completely ignored us when trying to pay. I proceeded to the next thinking, I guess I'm supposed to pay there. The girl at the window tried 2x to give us the wrong order. Finally realized what was ours, asked the "Mgr, does that mean its not paid for?" I said, No, we have not paid yet. The Mgr starts yelling at us we were supposed to pay at the other window. That's great, now there's a line.. She looks at the phone that needs to be scanned to pay.. Comes back, "Your Card is Declined, you have to pay at the counter." She nvr scanned the phone. Not sure who she was talking to~"They say they already paid!" Me: "No. I Clearly stated we haven't paid yet." Manager Rude, Aggressive & a Liar! Which is it? The Card You Never Scanned was Declined or I Said I Already Paid for the Food? Which I clearly stated that I hadn't, before being berated by you that I should've paid before. She grabbed the food & says here.. Free Food From McDonald's isn't worth being Abused! I didn't ask for anything free. Just talk nicely. Get Rid of the Manager working the window tonight!!

    I went to this McDonald's 3 days in a row. I went at 3am 4am 430am 5am 530am all 3 days cause I live very close and it was closed! Since it's a 24hr McDonald's why wasnt it open at these times. They had cones blocking the drive through each of the 3 days in a row I went. NOW I JUST DRIVE ANOTHER 12 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD

    Unprofessional we paid for our food and went in the drive thru with our receipt for the manager to yell out loud card declined card declined over and over a bald head lady then when i show them the receipt its pull up to the end of the drive thru we’ll bring it out like what? I said my card didn’t decline then they take their time to bring two meals to us ! I clearly said hot sauce for my burrito and i leave to my destination to find not one drop of a hot sauce or mild packet ! They need to do better seriously and stop hiring idiots !

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Customer service was terrible, didn’t even acknowledge their customers and when asked questions we were given attitude. Couldn’t even order there either, only uber eats and doordash. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

    Popped in for lunch at this McD thinking it was the one we'd been ordering from. It wasn't. They didn't have milkshakes available at all (one of the reasons we like McD for a burger) and having ordered at the screen and had reasonably quick delivery, I went up to the counter to ask the staff for something and was completely ignored for a full 5 minutes, there was nobody at the till and all the stuff just did their thing in the kitchen and talked among themselves despite the counter being in full view of the kitchen. After a few minutes I sat down again as my food was going cold, and watched somebody else have the same problem while we were eating. Tip to McDonalds: if you treat your customers like they are not there, they won't be. We didn't go back, and I suggest you don't.

    This was by far, my best McDonald's experience, ever! This crew is the ish! One, we were visiting from Atlanta and two, I don't eat much fast food. Even when we buy it, it's by way of drive through. I haven't been inside of a McDonald's in yeaarrrsss. So Idk if it was just a Florida thing or if I just don't know because I don't go.🤷🏾‍♀️ Anyway, we had to place our orders on the machines and take our receipts to the counter to pay. That was a first for me. It was cool. We dined in and the manager brought our food to the table for us. Her customer service was exceptional! She was very pleasant and hospitable. Not just to us, but to the others dining in as well. Her interactions with her team were also A1. I could tell that they are close knit and that she respects them as much as they respect her. I almost wanted to work there. By far the kindest gesture ever was her acknowledging my daughter's birthday, by way of her attire. After chatting with her for a minute, her and her team came out and sang happy birthday. It was the most awesome thing ever! Her name was on her shirt and they mentioned her by name. And who says the ice cream machines don't work? They made and gifted her a cute, fun birthday treat that had her smiling from ear to ear! This isn't the service you think of when you think of McDonald's. They truly set the standard of excellence. My daughter and I will ALWAYS remember this visit and how you made us feel. Thank you, thank you, thank you!♥️ Oh, yeah, the food was hot and fresh and prepared in a timely manner. The place was clean and fresh and they even had exciting menu options that were new to me and or ones I hadn't seen in a while. Anyway, best McDonald's experience ever!

    On vacation. Ordering went great in drive thru, when we went to the window to receive our food we weren't greeted just told to go to the stop sign to wait for our food. It wasn't a stop sign it was a yellow sign that said slow down. They gave us the food but forgot the coffees and was asked for the receipt because they didnt know what drinks were missing. When the coffee was given it was all wrong. It was disappointing. But in the end they got it right.

    Look, you guys have started doing better. It's great. But fix your uber eats page. Mocha frappe is set to only allow an order for a small. The caramel has all sizes. Please fix this.

    Food is fine. Employees are always rude. I'm guessing they're short staffed & overworked since they close most nights. It's causing employees to be miserable & treat everyone with disrespect. I come here a lot for work purposes & see it all the time also with customers. I've even heard them talking bad about people who come in out in the open. I've even witnessed people saying things to them about it on multiple occasions. Of course, they didn't like it, so they now have signs up about it. I'm always nice when I come in & they're still rude. I've had enough of it. Please find another job if it makes you so miserable. There's a new McDonalds down the street that's fully staffed & always friendly. I recommend going there instead.

    Just ordered via Uber eats. We received the order an hour late because they were still preparing the food (they had two sandwiches to make). We got the sandwiches with just the meat (yet we ordered a mc chicken and we got beef inside the sandwich) and nothing else inside. Unbelievable. PS: oh and no fries also

    The building was clean and welcoming. Ordering was easy and the food was delivered promptly. Everything was hot and freshly cooked. Will happily eat there again.

    Despite being busy and in a rush, Enrique and Evan were friendly and extremely patient with my large order. I truly appreciate their amazing service! Employees like them make a quick fast food trip efficient and easy.

    This is my go to McDonald’s (I literally don’t go to any other!). Food is always hot and fresh, the drive thru is never too long of a wait, and the customer service is great! It doesn’t matter if I come at 2 AM or 2 PM, I get the same great service. Whatever y’all are doing keep it up and other McDonald’s should take note!!

    We had just come from a theme park, and my children wanted McDonald's. I didn't know if they were open on Christmas, but they were Service and food were delicious, according to my kids.

    I finally went inside this place and that was a big mistake. It was pack. The machine inside didn't give me a receipt. Than the cashier told me a number when it was called another person had the same number. Overall I finally got my food, but stick to the drive thru. The are nice and very well presented.

    The food here is okay. I usually get chicken mcnuggets with fries, the chicken nuggets are good and they are crispy. But this McDonald’s only gets 2 stars because the French fries are absolutely disgusting. The fries are soggy and cold every time I come here. Maybe the hotness of the fries last 5 minutes that’s it. They also never have enough salt and just taste like old patatoes. I know this Is fast food, but I have had better fries from other McDonald’s before.

    Didn't carry biscuits and gravy, which is fine, but didn't say anything until the paying window. (Ordering for bother people). Then missing a lot of my food. Not the best customer service experience either. But you get what you pay for I guess

    I don't know what was going on here the night we went-- but there were cones blocking the drive through and signs on the door stating that the lobby closed at 9:30. We were told that we could place a mobile/door dash/uber order but couldn't order inside. So we placed a mobile order and had to wait about 15 minutes, as they had A LOT of orders that they were working on. The good thing about the minor inconvenience of having to order through an app was that the food was nice and hot and they didn't mess up any of the sandwiches (we get quite a few customized sandwiches), they didn't forget the sauce, and the staff was very nice.
