Front desk is always helpful when booking - I believe the last person to help me was named Hema and she was quick to get me scheduled and very attentive but honestly they are all good at what they do! Ive been seeing Dr. Chats for years and he is very knowledgable when it comes to the prescriptions I take and very understanding when crafting a medication plan around the issues in my health. I haven't had an issue with Inland Psychiatric for the last 4-5 years I've been coming here. I would recommend to anyone needing a good medical group with a good prescribing psychiatrist with helpful staff.

Hema was very nice and polite, being quite patient despite having to take a call while I was working and less than patient in return. I understood her clearly and liked her nice temperament, I would happily prefer to conduct any business with Inland Psych through her

Abi pasala was phenominal! He aided my every needs and was very helpful and respectful! I will give him a 10/10! You can tell he really loves his job and is passionate for it!

I have been very pleased with Inland Psychiatric Medical Group service. Dr. Puchakayala is an excellent Dr. who takes time and cares for her patients. The Front office is very efficiently run, and I cannot speak highly enough about Priyanka! Priyanka is truly the heartbeat of the office, keeping everything moving yet she's never too busy to be kind and helpful. Priyanka has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me on several occasions, and I know I am not the only one, it is just her incredible work ethic and dedication to excellent patient care. IPMG you are very fortunate to have an outstanding employee like Priyanka!

Unbelievably poor front office staff. I was out of my medications for a week and a half because no one in the front office would call me back. They also misinformed me that my insurance no longer covered video and telephone calls when in fact they do. No one seemed to be able to get a call through to my psychiatrist for the entire week. I'd recommend finding another place.
