I had very bad experience with Bagels and Brew. We as a company usually order/get food from there very often. In the last order I found a bug on their salad, I couldn’t identify what it is but I felt so sick after that. When I called the manager to share my experience, it got forwarded to catering manager. Connection wasn’t good to finish whole conversation. But catering manager responded very rudely without apologizing for un-cleanliness of the kitchen. Her response was, so do you just want a meal, in a way that if I am doing this for their cheap $10 meal or bagels. You should respect your regular customers and their reviews and be considerate of someone is genuinely reporting you about something. This will help to improve the restaurant. I am way professional to give you a 10 min call just for a $10 free meal. Please respect your customers.

My veggie omelette was great. The staff remembered to leave out the mushrooms; yeah! My daughter felt her bagel could have been a bit warmer. The staff asked about my day. Best of all, the food was ready in only about 5 minutes! Impressive.

I enjoy this place every time I come here. Their bagels are made from scratch and boiled (just like in a typical New York City bagel shop). I usually get a breakfast bagel sandwich and an iced coffee (the iced and hot black coffee is self-service with free refills). They have a big menu selection for both breakfast and lunch. Ample indoor and outdoor (dog friendly) seating.

The food and coffee was delicious. It’s definitely crowded on the weekend and there’s a wait. It wasn’t too long. We got our food about 25 minutes after we ordered. We were there at 9 and the place was already full with a line. There’s indoor and outdoor dining there. Prices are reasonable.

An amazing cafe with the best smoothies Ordered their Pipeline Smoothie and French Dip, they where both amazing. The smoothie has such a refreshing taste to it with out it being too sweet, the dip was surprisingly very savory. The customer service here it top notch and get out orders quickly even during busy times, they make everything fresh yet are extremely efficient. A bit on the pricey side for a cafe but will gladly pay their prices to support a local business. Can’t wait to keep coming back

Good place bit too many people around and inside. We spent 15 min in line. However, we got our order very fast. The bagels were good but nothing special.

The freshest bagels in town. I have been in this town for years and this is always the best place for bagel breakfasts. The same people have worked there for a long time. Which shows quality food. They also have the best fresh oj in town. The brand is Perricone, the best quality orange juice. I am happy to spend my money here.

Took a star off due to the lack of bacon on my bacon egg and cheese. (I’m from the east coast so I know how a bacon egg and cheese should be prepared.) Took another star off because the coffee is not up to standard. My friend literally went to Starbucks after we visited due to their current coffee situation.

My mom used to pick up breakfast here before school when I was a kid in the late 90s. Was recently in the area a week for work and decided to stop by a few times. Happy to report it's still as good as ever. Menu is a lot bigger than I remember. The bagels are solid, coffee is great, and breakfast scrambles are savory. The salads are huge and will fill you up. Service was friendly every time I went. It can get busy though so plan your trip accordingly.

I ordered avocado bacon cheeseburger and a smoothie, that’s perfect, I really really like them.

Dependable delicious breakfasts and bagels. We love all of the bagel flavors. Try the egg Sammy bagel sandwiches. The smoothies are great too. The scrambles are salty for our taste.

The service and professionalism very bad. The food is ok. My experience today was EXTREMELY BAD. I have a 5 lb Yorkkie dog. She’s very insecure and I never leave her inside the car alone, specially when it’s hot. The sign on the outside said it was dog friendly. I went in to order and while I was in line an employee whom I assumed was the manager came and shouted “ The dog needs to go” “ the dog needs to go” a couples of time and pointing toward the door. Now, I wouldn’t be writing this if she would have been courteous, and approached me as a customer and not shouted at me in front of the whole room, Because I understand some establishments don’t allow pets. But, based on the way she looked at me she assumed I didn’t speak English or I was lesser than her. because She is signaling to me as if I was dumb or did not speak English. I like to support local businesses but in this case I’m going to stop spending my money here. There are plenty of other places to eat where the food is good and you feel welcome.

For a place that sells bagels, they do not know how to toast bagels. We ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese— most basic order. They did not take the time to properly toast the bagel. We couldn’t even go home and toast it ourselves because they already put cream cheese on it. Unsalvageable. Their omelettes are decent. Customer service is good and friendly, but bad bagels are bad bagels.
